"So what other choice do you think you have, genius?" Aaron asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Fine," Aetherion agreed after a long pause.
"We go with your plan. It's in our best interests to fight the Transcendents together."
"Our? No, please, you're getting it wrong," Aaron corrected bluntly.
"It's in your best interest. Not ours."
"So, like I asked," he continued, "how much control do you have over the Primordial realm?"
"Seventy percent," Aetherion answered.
"The other thirty percent belongs to the Primordial King. But after his light battle with Chen Mo, he won't be interfering in any of our plans."
"That's perfect," Aaron replied, a satisfied glint in his eyes.
It was a win-win for him.
He could sort out the problem of the Primordial beings while freely devouring the realm to boost his own strength.
Aaron believed it would be more than enough to push his rank close to absolute.
