Seconds later, as the boy was deciding whether to run or stay, the teenager, who was dressed in strange, grey colored materials lightly landed on the ground and spoke to him in a foreign language, while beckoning him to come over with his hands.
Looking at the teenager, the boy froze for a second and rubbed his eyes. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. The teenager before him had eyes so breathtakingly blue, that the little boy felt like he was looking at the bluest sky in the world. The teenager whose entire body was colored in different shades of grey, strangely had eyes that were so blue, that the little boy couldn't help being mesmerized by them.
After a few seconds of absentmindedness, the little boy snapped out of his daze, and finally realized that maybe something wasn't wrong with his eyes. Maybe the world around him was the problem. The world seemed to lack every color but grey. Strangely, the eyes of the teenager in front of him seemed to be an exception.
But the boy didn't think about his lack of ability to see for long before he remembered the teenager's gesture. Remembering the teenager's gesture, and his strange words, confused the boy even further. But after a minute of thinking, he decided it was better to go to the harmless looking teenager before him than stay there in the sweltering hot desert and eventually starve to death. Maybe the teenager could take him to a world where he will regain his ability to see colors again.
After making this decision, he slowly walked towards the teenager that was watching his every move in confusion the entire time.
After moving closer to the teenager, the teenager asked him another question in the same foreign language, but since he was unable to understand him, the boy simply nodded at his words. The boy assumed the teenager was probably asking him of his origins, but since he didn't know how to answer back, the boy replied with a nod.
Seeing the boy nod his head, caused the teenager before him to look at him in confusion. The teenager then took a minute to look around the boy, as well as everywhere around them, hoping he would find the answers to his own questions in the surroundings.
Maybe the teenager was looking for his parents? Or maybe he was looking for something else? The boy wondered to himself as he watched the teenager look here and there in confusion and interest.
But after the teenager looked around for a while, the teenager gave up looking around, then slowly reached for the boy and picked him up by grabbing him by his arm pits, before carrying him and jumping upwards towards the beast in the air, after saying a few gentle words to him.
