Chapter 43 STATS
Ray thought that he had not heard what the system had said to him and at the same time he had a confused expression that hung on his face. The words [As the World Tree's messenger l will be your guide] kept on ringing in his mind as he reminisced what it had said. It stopped talking waiting for him to digest the profound reality. Ray's thoughts were disorganised for a couple of minutes making him feel a searing pain as his two hands clutched his head in a bid to try to remain sane and tranquil. Other than the tree he could not see anything else. After a couple of seconds he was better and he felt good and better than ever. 'Since you are my guide in my journey l would like to ask you in what way are you going to help me like are you going to make my life easier because l could use your help since l need answers to the questions that l have in my heart, questions that have to do with my life and my purpose because l feel like l have something to prove? The cold mechanical voice came out again [As your guide l give you information, host and as the messenger of the World Tree it is my duty.] [My Job is to convey information and show host's stats and finally but not the least is to be the one who reveals fragments installed in the World Tree and offer you missions to accomplish when you reach a certain stage].
Ray was shocked because it really was last but not least. Fragments were obtained when one either passed an inheritance, grasped a concept, principle and law and when they killed power beasts. One would be granted a unique weapon or item called a memento or a clue that would help the person to discover what he or she needed in order to do what had to be done to claim something that would transform him or her forever. A fragment contains within it something that is called a soul remnant which is the container of everything that a beast or even a person has gone through, it is unlocked once one has solved a fragment, so in short a fragment is a container of a soul remnant. A soul remnant contains the power of a blessing that the predecessor leaves behind. A person and even a beast has a spirit, soul and body. A spirit is not like the soul but it is the genetic code of a person, it is the very expression of one's being and everything to do with the spirit is in what is called the spirit source which is the foundation that the spirit is laid upon. A spirit source is the one that balances and protects the spirit, serving it as its shell or we can say a shield. The spirit source is the foundation of the spirit and is the fundamental essence of a person's being encompassing their spiritual energy, vitality and consciousness and also contains one's true nature since it is a genetic code. The spirit contains hidden secrets and mysteries and one's true potential and they are stored in the innate shard. What is an innate shard? Well an innate shard is the one that contains the things that the spirit source has to some extent and has a communion with it to a certain level because the innate shard which is within the soul contains one's potential, development and realization of one's fate and destiny hence by helping an individual to discover more about him or herself. It is the key to the lock because while the spirit source which is the one that empowers and protects the spirit is the lock it serves as a key because of its connection. An innate shard is not the central part of one's soul but it serves as a bridge between the spirit source and the soul source. The spirit source and innate shard are interconnected because the former serves as the foundation and the innate shard represents the person's growth and development, aligning it with the spirit and soul code. The soul source or soul core is the central system of the soul. Soul contains will, emotion, consciousness and destiny points that are tied to an individual. While there are spirit codes, soul codes and parched which are important also without the tripartite comprising of spirit, soul and body with the innate shard as another important aspect but is between the two and relates with them, the spirit as the essence is important, the soul as the one that yields to that essence is important and the innate shard as the one that plays as a balance between the two because it relates the spirit and soul codes henceby governing one's fate in this world is also important. Spirit and soul codes are the secret patterns of a person's existence and they serve as an anchor to one's purpose, they are linked to one's name. Take Ray example. A ray represents hope and the like meaning that the codes are the ones that can relate with a person's purpose.
Ray knew all of this because he was taught at school and had been given this information by Zeno Nagisaki, his uncle. Ray knew to some extent. There are seven cultivation realms and they are Body Refining realm/Replenishing realm, Higher realm, Fragmentation realm, Transcendent realm, Rozvi realm[it means destroyer and it is whereby one's humanity is destroyed little by little] , the sixth realm is called pious and at the end of this realm one becomes a lesser deity and the last one is known as the Theos realm whereby one becomes what is called a full fledged deity.
Cultivation is divided into two groups based on the concept of good and evil. Where there is a concept of light there is a concept of darkness and where there is a concept of abomination there is also that of righteousness and where there is sanctity there is corruption and where there is purity there is impurity. There is always a ying and a yang. In this world there are two paths, the other leads to sanctity while the other leads to profanity while the other is known as the path of the pious which l mentioned earlier. The level of souls are soul Soul Forging realm/mind, Rise, Collapse, Terror,Fiend, Scion, Beyond. The reason why one must cultivate his soul is so that they might protect a very tiny fragment called a true soul from breaking and with each rank there are soul cores for example mind realm has one, the second realm has two, the third realm has four, yes each level is multiplied by 2 from there. The level of spirit are Spirit Forging Realm/ Nigh, Horror, Wane, Canon, Sera, Asura and Sanctum it is like the soul source, with each stage there is a multiplication. The power beasts levels which when they are not corrupt are seven also and they consist of Trident, Raze, Blaze, lord, Sovereign, Ancestral and Divine. When the beasts reach the Sovereign level they start ascending the ladder of deity since they will be shedding their mortality and start embracing immortality which will lead them to their godhood. When a beast reaches the Ancestral Plane it would be at its peak as it ascends and will be a quasi god by then while the very last one called Divine is where they become fully divine and can do many crazy and brainstorming stuff. The first stages where meant for body forging and reaching mortality and whilst one would cultivate his spirit and soul, it was different, very different since the next stages had to do with qualitative change. The corrupt power beastsare Despicable, Evil, Turmoil, Terror, Horror, Fiend and Sera-fiend which were the dark or evil version of the former.

Ray knew what he was seeing even if he were to be called a blind man, lame or anything he did not need to wreck his brains even if he did not like it or even gave damn about it. He felt irritated by what the system had said even if it was true because the truth hurt like hell.
