Ray woke up early in the morning, jumped off his comfortable bed and yanked the window so that pure fresh oxygen would make its entrance into his room and bombard it filling him with vitality and zest as he got prepared to start another day.
It was four o'clock in the morning and today he was happy because it was Saturday hence he felt absolute euphoria because today there was no concept of schooling and after that conversation with his teacher, Mrs Belinda Reynolds he felt like he needed to do what she had just said. He did not have to forget his parents and his uncle but he needed to be strong for all of them hence he did not need to be weak and sob in tears wheneber he thought oout them or when he looked at their photos or something like that. Instead of them being his absolute feblesse they were his indomitable strength, his anchor and support hence he needed to be strong.
He had talked with Austin yesterday concerning exercising and sparring together and they came to a decision that they would continue what they used to do. They would train ar Ray's house. They would train together not from quarter past four, no this was Ray's personal jogging without anyone bothering him in anyway. They would start from ten and end it six o'clock. Ray went to his bathroom and opened the tap making the water burst forth because it had been unsealed and he washed his face and dried it using a drying towel. He wore his pods and prepared to live the room as he listened to songs of motivation and stuff.
'I do not know how but l know that one day l will find the answers that concern the three of you and l will avenge you', he said as he took off. He felt energetic more than ever as he jogged. He felt energetic but not this type of energy that came from focusing on what he was doing and clearing his head of all the negativity that wanted to trouble him. 'System why am l feeling like this is it because of the trials ', he asked. [It is the reason according to your human saying it was truly a blessing in disguise] the system said and Ray agreed to what it had said but he had a question in his mind yet again. 'But if that is so then why do l possess the negative emotions', he asked the system. [It is because change takes time and even though you have been cleansed it does not mean that it is all over for it takes time to conquer all of the negativity]. Yesterday when Ray checked his stats he promised himself that he would use all of his strength and sheer might to do what had to be done and that was to level up and levelling up he was going to do. A youth who was running in the streets, meeting a few individuals now and then could be seen smiling from ear to ear. Ray was feeling better and better nowadays because when it came to jogging he no longer perspired that much after his encounter with the amulet which not only changed him but changed the way he saw things. After finishing his morning exercise he went home and took a quick shower as he sang sweet melodies. After he was done he entered the kitchen and made cereals for himself as he whistled a sweet tune to himself with a hint of gloom hanging on his face which he quickly let go. lt's six o'clock huh', he thought to himself as he ate his cereals. After he was done he decided to write his assignments and by 7.30 a.m he was done. Feeling bored he started fiddling with his amulet as his thoughts got lost in the world of imagination. He was fascinated by the fact that he was the only one who could see the beautiful, mysterious but terrifying images that were imprinted on the amulet. He felt the urge to ask it why it was talking like that but he did not care about it at first for a second. Anyways he would ask it since he had nothing to do now. It did it again making Ray feel like punching it. 'System why are you acting weirdly?, he asked. [What does thou mean host] the system's cold mechanical voice bellowed yet again in his soul making him feel more irritated as he thought about going back to the World Tree and tell it to remove this abomination that was embedded on his tripartite self. 'You have been saying thine, thou, hitherto goest ever since I started my conversation with you today', he said. [What I want I do host, I will do and you cannot do anything about it so if I have chosen this accent l have chosen it and thou canst not do anything about it].
Ray wanted to say something but the words were not coming out. The system was right Ray could not do anything to him so he let it slide as he rubbed his temples but what Ray did not know was that he would regret the decision he would take later on in life concerning the system's accent. Ray decided to cool his head for two hours as he told the system to show him his stats that went like this.

Ray did not get angry because this was the truth. His curiosity peeked when he saw the notification that said they were other things that were locked and he knew that he had to accept this truth before segregating himself from it. He had many things to learn and sooner or later he would be gloating because he would soon be capable of beating the likes of bastards like Li Cheng who acted in a braggadocios manner but he would need to train hard. Although he wanted to ask him why the sprit code, soul code and innate shard notifications had a question mark but Ray kind of pissed off by what the system had said gradually hence he decided to ask this pathetic system later. He decided to start training which he started doing.
Entering the combat room which was also the weaponry room he could not help but breathe in the oxygen and smile as he thought of the three most important people in his life. In the combat room there was a dummy that was made from Genova wood and he knew that he was in for a hellish training but it did not matter because if there is no pain there is no gain. He got into action and started punching the dummy on its vital points with bandages that were wrapped in his hand up to his whole shoulder and on his legs as he repeated the same action again and again. He decide to put his whole focus on punching and kicking this wooden strong dummy. He was fighting against the pain as his knuckles bled because of the bruises that developed into heavy wounds that were inflicting with hellish pain yet he decided to ignore it because he needed to satiate the hunger he had in his heart and that was the hunger to grow, the hunger to persist and he had to quench his thirst as he let go of every negative emotion with every strike on the dummy. The Yearly Elite Combatant and Weaponry competition was near and even if he did not win it he had to give it his all because he was Ray Nagisaki, perfection's gleam a creature more unique than other creatures that have and shall exist. He did not know that it was ten o'clock until he heard a knock on his door. 'I am coming', he said as he went to open the door for the expected visitor but before he opened he saw something strange that made him feel wary because if he had invited Austin Ares then why were there two cars parked outside, two familiar cars and he hoped that what he was seeing was not real, if the Amulet was playing tricks on him then it had done well but now was not the time to have a heart attack. 'Be still, be bold it is just an illusion. Yeah Ray it is the illusion from the second trial so if you open the door it is all over', he said to himself. As he opened the door he was terrified that they were truly here, the two of them, the ones he never wanted to be acquainted with. 'Oh Austin you are going to get it', he thought to himself. 'Greetings ladies', he wore a smile as he greeted the girls who were in front of him.
