A month had gone by, and Hani had been in this cave studying and practising nonstop. Hani knew something was happening. Everyone knew as if it was just at the brink of the cup before it started to overflow. The only problem was that they did not know when.
She could not afford to have another day like it was back in the hall. She had been keeping everything tightly wrapped in a small pocket in her mind.
It was not as if that day did not traumatise her, the blood, the instructor's death, the hurt students, Emma on that floor and Stella gone. The fact that she had left without telling anyone but Emma, and even with only the basic details, hurt her. Still, there was no choice.
It was something that needed to be done.
