After dinner, Cherry took Abby and Jake to the lobby of the apartment building, and suddenly Elijah did the same. The two of them accompanied the couple until they left the building.
Cherry and Elijah took the couple to the taxi, and when they got into the taxi, the two walked back to the apartment together.
"Are you tired from work today, Cherry?" Elijah asked later while looking at the woman.
Cherry whiffled her head. "Not too much, Brother Elijah," Cherry replied with a smile while her eyes were focused on the road. There was no moon that night, but because of the beautiful streetlights, the road was bright that night.
"Just in case you have a problem at work or anywhere else, you can come to me," Elijah said sincerely. "I know you consider me one of those close to you, right?" Elijah joked to the girl in a gentle voice.
