Chapter 15 -  The Ethereal Resonance

But before Arthur could comprehend what was happening around him, the voice began to resonate once more, proclaiming.

"Life is the first light emanating from the heart of chaos, the primordial spark from which souls blossom from the void, and colors interweave in the dance of beginning. It is the melody of first creation, which embraces existence with its tenderness and sows throughout the nothingness the seeds of all that could ever be."

"Death is the ending that arrives when conclusion draws near, a quiet whisper of darkness that erases every trace and returns everything to the silence of the beginning. Death is the wind that calms the storm, the ending that grants meaning to all things, and the foundation stone for every subsequent birth."

"Time is an eternal river, forever flowing without pause, carrying in its current the memories of the world, its luminous moments and dark shadows. Every second tells a story, and every century opens doors to mystery. Time is the eternal line that connects beginning and end."

"Space is the vast, infinite void, a silent sea of endless possibilities that embraces the stars in its depths and swallows secrets. Space is the canvas upon which dreams are imprinted, the arena of infinity that defines the boundaries of all that is possible and impossible."

"Wisdom is the ray of light in the darkness of chaos, the brilliant glow amid darkness that grants insight and understanding of the reasons for existence and the relationships between all things. It is the mirror that reflects the hidden laws of the universe, revealing the truth concealed behind every event and every thought."

"Balance is everything that mediates between life and death, what separates cause from destiny... a hidden point invisible to the naked eye, yet perceived by insight and touched by the soul; the point where the universe finds stability, where forces and laws flow in their proper courses, giving birth to order from the womb of chaos."

The effect of these words on Arthur was profound and immediate. A shiver swept through his body from head to toe, as if every letter of those words struck a sensitive chord directly within him. These were not merely mysterious sentences echoing in the depths of his consciousness through that enigmatic voice; they seemed like keys unlocking hidden doors within him, illuminating dark corners of understanding that had crept in without his awareness.

Because of this, his chest stopped moving for moments when his breath caught briefly, before resuming its motion once more, rising and falling deeply with each breath. Only then did he suddenly realize, without any logical explanation, that everything he had just heard was not merely random description and words, but was in truth an precise description of the Six Ethereal Edicts: of Life and Death, Time and Space, Wisdom and Balance, even a simplified map describing the foundation of all creation and the ethereal laws and edicts that compose the very fabric of reality itself.

The mysterious voice itself had not addressed Arthur with comprehensible human words or terms, but seemed to have inscribed the meanings of those words directly into the depths of his consciousness and awareness, as if whispering in a language understood by the soul before the mind.

Then, before Arthur even realized it, his body had begun to tremble involuntarily. He began to feel a kind of coldness coursing through his veins, not truly painful, but instead carrying with it a profound weight, a weight that reminded him of how small his existence was before what the eternal power of the Six Ethereal Edicts of Destiny represented.

Countless images overlapped in his mind, glimpses of stars being born and worlds collapsing, cries of life blossoming, whispers of death creeping quietly, the ceaseless flow of rivers of time, the expansion of endless space, lights of wisdom piercing through the darkness of chaos, and a hidden point of balance around which all these concepts revolved like an eternal, unending dance.

Then the deep, thunderous voice that had filled the space subsided, though it did not disappear entirely, instead transforming into a distant echo, as if it had retreated to a place deeper than perception. In that majestic silence, Arthur heard a new whisper, faint yet clear, emerging from his heart and consciousness rather than from the space around him, "To understand the truth... you must walk the path. The Edicts are not merely power... they are an experience to be lived, a choice to be made."

Before he had the chance to register and understand the words in his mind, Arthur found that the mysterious space around him had begun to change slowly but steadily, as if the entire world was preparing for a new birth. The broken sky, which resembled the surface of a shattered mirror with gleaming star fragments scattered within it, began to crack further, its pieces separating from each other then merging again in mysterious geometric patterns, glowing with overlapping colors of deep blue and royal purple, while echoes resounded across the horizon like the groaning of an ancient entity breathing for the first time since eternity.

The ground beneath him had begun to move like massive plates, where crystalline islands rose from nothingness, radiating with a pulsing inner light resembling the beat of a living heart. Every rock and crystal flickered with the colors of dawn, as if concealing within them the memory of creation itself. As for the sea that surrounded him, it had transformed from being an ocean containing every possible color, like a living kaleidoscope or vibrant mosaic painting, into a polished golden-purple hue, before splitting into vortexes of liquid light that shimmered with the colors of galaxies, rotating slowly around themselves as if mimicking the movement of time.

Suddenly, in the heart of this profound transformation, six colossal symbols began to rise from the earth, sky, and sea, as if they had been engraved in the fabric of this reality since forever, but were only now visible. Each symbol overflowed with an aura of awe, reminding that these were not mere shapes, but absolute laws governing the foundation of all creation.

Before him flourished a mythical, magnificent tree with glowing roots penetrating the earth and branches extending to the stars, its leaves made of living glass pulsing with golden-green light. From each leaf fell gleaming drops like dew, yet they sparkled as if they were small stars being born anew. The tree was breathing, emitting melodies resembling the heartbeat of galaxies, the symbol of Life.

Beside it stood a black flower in majestic silence, as if it existed outside the laws of nature. Its dark petals were not merely passing blackness, but a blackness that swallowed light and reflected it with a dim gleam, like an eternal night that refused to end. Its edges carried touches of slow withering, fine cracks barely visible, yet suggesting that life within it was seeping away drop by drop, without pain or mercy. In its heart, where the deepest shadow gathered, there was a dense stillness like a final breath caught between life and oblivion, a stillness that made the observer feel that everything, no matter how long it endured, was doomed to perish, the symbol of Death and ending.

Then rose a gigantic hourglass, its glass made of liquid light with glowing golden sand trickling within it. But strangely, the sand was flowing both upward and downward simultaneously, drawing endless loops. Each grain of sand contained within it a flash from a distant past or an incomplete future, the symbol of Time.

After that, a circular form opened in the sky, resembling a gateway of dancing stars, surrounded by vortexes of blue and black light, with galaxies interweaving within them like a living painting. It appeared as a cosmic eye that knew no boundaries, swallowing everything that approached it and then returning it in new forms, the symbol of Space and void.

Before an ancient balance appeared, made of white gold and black platinum, with chains of light and darkness hanging from each pan in perfect harmony. Whenever the balance tilted in one direction, waves of transparent energy appeared to adjust its inclination, keeping it in a state of perpetual stillness, as if refusing to favor any side, the symbol of Balance and harmony.

And at the heart of the entire scene, a vertical purple eye emerged, surrounded by interwoven golden inscriptions like spider's threads, glowing with sacred patterns that moved as if decoding secret ciphers. The eye's pupil radiated with multi-colored, multi-dimensional flashes, changing colors whenever Arthur tried to focus on it, until he felt that looking at it revealed endless depths of understanding, the symbol of Wisdom and reason.

As Arthur stared at this indescribable scene, he felt something strange growing within him that he had never felt before, a deep resonance knocking at the doors of his soul. This sound was different from the previous thunder's roar, more like a cosmic hymn harmonizing with his heartbeats. As that resonance grew stronger, the edict symbols glowed brighter, with the eye of Wisdom in particular beginning to shine with an enchanting golden-purple light, as if responding to his presence personally.

A wave of mysterious warmth rushed toward his chest, making him feel that the Edict of Wisdom had recognized him, as if his soul had carried the echo of this edict since eternity. The golden inscriptions surrounding the eye seemed to extend toward him, threads of light interweaving with his consciousness, whispering in his depths with an understanding that transcended all language, "Knowledge is not what is acquired... but what is restored. You are not merely a student of wisdom... but one of the echoes of its eternal essence."

In that moment, Arthur felt as if the reality around him, the sky, earth, sea, and the Edicts themselves, had become an extension of his inner pulse, as if every beat of his heart was redrawing the laws of the universe for a fleeting moment, before everything returned to its majestic silence, leaving an indelible mark on his soul.

What Arthur felt in that moment was none other than the Ethereal Resonance, also known as the Ethereal Awakening, a supernatural phenomenon that everyone who aspires to walk the path of transcendence and ascension must undergo. Undergoing this phenomenon meant, in essence, that the person had truly succeeded in weaving a bond with one of the Six Ethereal Edicts, opening the way before them to the mysterious ethereal power.

This is exactly what had happened to Arthur, who had indeed succeeded in forming an ethereal resonance with the Edict of Wisdom, the edict that embodies wisdom, knowledge, and the cosmic laws governing the foundations of all creation. With his success in forming this resonance and communicating with the Edict of Wisdom, the mysterious voice resembling thunder's roar began to resonate once more throughout the space of the 'Eternal Dream World,' carrying within its depths the forgotten secrets of the universe, as if an ancient whisper echoing across distant ages.

"The path of ascension and transcendence begins its journey from that first ethereal spark that glows in the heart of nothingness, then flows like a river of light through the mysterious imprint that holds the secrets of existence, to reach the primal harmony where energies dance in sacred balance.

From there, the soul transcends through the aether of knowledge to true inspiration, where that is the moment when truth radiates as an eternal flame, where the essence pulses with infinite life, before the path ascends toward ethereal transcendence where the boundaries between the possible and the limitless dissolve.

In that sacred moment, consciousness ascends once more to embrace the true embodiment of existence in its most sublime forms, and then achieves supreme sovereignty that transcends all constraints of mortality, before finally reaching the peak of eternal perfection in the mysterious ethereal purity that is perceived only by those who have reached the threshold of absolute truth!"

The voice gradually faded away, leaving behind an echo reverberating through the mysterious space, as if its words had been inscribed with letters of light upon the pages of eternity.
