"Since only one of the two Douluo Planes can exist, I propose we strike first. According to our investigations, the other Douluo Plane is entirely inferior to ours in strength. While their soul tool technology may have its merits, in terms of foundational power—whether it be our Federation, the soul beasts, or the peak of individual strength—we can completely overwhelm and eliminate the other Douluo! Moreover, we have two deities with divine seats—the Dragon God and the Sky-Piercing Spear God. If we don't act now, when will we?"

At the council meeting, a representative spoke with grave seriousness.

The assembled representatives were the true rulers of the Federation—twenty individuals whose power and influence stood at the absolute peak. They had received the information Yun Ming brought back and had convened this meeting to discuss it.

As these words fell, silence enveloped the room.

Seeing no response, the middle-aged man spoke again: "I don't understand what you're all hesitating for. If we don't act now, when will we? Once the Divine Realm of this universe returns, the situation will reverse in an instant. The other Douluo will surely come to devour us—so why shouldn't we devour them first? Let me remind you all—on that other Douluo Plane, the Tang family are the masters of the plane! Tang San won't stand idly by and watch that Douluo perish. If we don't act, it will be us who face destruction in the end."

Hearing this, the expressions of those present darkened further.

"Huangfu Mulun, hold on. Even if we conquer the other Douluo, we'll still have no means to resist the returning Divine Realm. Destruction would be inevitable either way. Besides, since the disappearance of that 'Great One,' we've never proactively used military force against outsiders. Acting this way now is highly inappropriate."

Huangfu Mulun frowned. "I understand. But since the cosmic laws have determined that two Douluo Plane cannot coexist, we are mortal enemies. If you're afraid of bearing the infamy, then let me take the lead in launching this war!"

He had always been decisive—once he resolved to do something, he never hesitated. To preserve the Douluo Federation, he was willing to become an executioner.

"Is there any possibility of the two Douluo Plane merging?" someone asked.

"Hmph! How dare you even suggest such a thing? Has our plane master not suffered enough under the Tang family's tyranny? If it learned you wanted it to merge with that other Tang Hao, the first thing it would do is strike you dead with heavenly lightning!" Wang Guangsu, seated to Huangfu Mulun's right, retorted angrily.

"Even if merging isn't feasible, we cannot be the ones to start a war. The incident involving the Great One back then was due to a disruption in karma. The Tang family's oppression of Douluo Continent had pushed the plane's spirit to its limit, forcing it to summon the 'Outer Demons.' If we initiate war now… we'd be no different from them. This is absolutely unacceptable." Qi Donglai, seated at the head of the table, spoke calmly, his aura suppressing the entire room—a testament to his status within the Federation.

He turned to another man and asked, "Have we made contact with them?"

"Council Leader, we have. The other Douluo is also in a state of probing, but they seem aware that our strength surpasses theirs. As such, their stance leans more toward exchange and learning. We've received communication requests from organizations like the Tang Sect, Shrek Academy, the Spirit Pagoda, and their Douluo Federation…"

"The Tang Sect and Shrek Academy… It's been thousands of years since we last heard those names…" Qi Donglai sighed deeply. "Let's set aside matters of the Douluo Federation for now. What are your thoughts on the Dragon Horse Galaxy and the Crimson Abyss Plane?"

"Council Leader, according to the Sky-Piercing Douluo's report, the Dragon Horse Galaxy only exists because the Dragon Tomb drifted there by chance and fused with that plane, evolving into what it is today. As for us? The Ten Thousand Dragon Valley in our Douluo Plane is home to pure-blooded true dragons, all under the Dragon God's command. If we were to confront them, the Federation wouldn't even need to intervene—the Ten Thousand Dragons alone could subdue the entire Dragon Horse Galaxy."

"As for the Crimson Abyss Plane…"

And so, the discussion continued, with each representative adding their input. Gradually, they realized that they possessed the strength to simultaneously declare war on Douluo, the Dragon Horse Galaxy, and the Crimson Abyss.

If they summoned the ancient monsters from the Eternal Life Secret Realm, as long as the Divine Realm didn't return, the combined forces of these three factions wouldn't stand a chance. Moreover, their Douluo Plane—whether in terms of surface area, rare treasures, or precious resources—far surpassed the other three realms. It could even be said that their world had already evolved into a minor universe of its own.

"In any case, we must prepare for the worst. If these three factions unite against us, we must have countermeasures in place. Here's my proposal: treat the Dragon Horse Galaxy, Douluo, and the Crimson Abyss as hypothetical enemies and draft a cosmic warfare strategy as a precaution."

"Reject all diplomatic exchanges with the other Douluo Federation and strengthen defenses around our stellar territory. What follows will likely be a cold war."

"I'll pay a visit to the Eternal Life Secret Realm…"

It was time to inform the ancient beings residing within.

Shrek Academy – Sea God Pavilion.

Several days had passed since the Dragon God, Di Tian, had departed.

The Beast God Di Tian had failed his tribulation and became Lan Xuanyu's spirit soul—though his physical body would reappear in the future.

A series of other powerful soul beasts, such as Bi Ji and Zi Ji, had also become spirit souls for Lan Xuanyu's companions. With this, the alliance of powerful soul beasts in the Star Dou Great Forest had effectively dissolved, and the older generation of formidable beasts had vanished entirely.

Meanwhile, the Douluo Federation had convened an emergency meeting.

Regarding the other Douluo Federation, they were perplexed. That other Douluo Plane was far more prosperous than theirs—even more suitable for human habitation than the Dragon Horse Galaxy. Moreover, they had gathered some intelligence about that Douluo Plane, discovering several key differences in its laws:

1. Soul Beasts Without Heavenly Tribulations – On that world, soul beasts didn't face tribulations at the 100,000 or 200,000-year marks. Instead, they needed to accumulate their own soul power, absorb natural energy, or seek rare treasures to meet the conditions for evolution. It was said that upon reaching 1,000,000 years, they would face a divine tribulation—success meant ascending as divine beasts.

The most famous location on that Douluo Plane was the Star Dou Great Forest, which was tens of thousands of times larger than their own. Within it lay renowned places like the Ten Thousand Dragon Valley, the Lake of Immortal Spirits, the Land of Great Perils, and the Garden of Divine Herbs, all teeming with powerful soul beasts. The most fearsome of them all was the Ten Thousand Dragon Valley, said to house pure-blooded true dragons—including descendants of the Nine Great Dragon Kings, all under the Dragon God Di Tian's rule.

2. Advanced Spirit Soul Technology – The other Douluo Plane had long since perfected the art of creating spirit souls, even developing techniques to artificially craft powerful soul beast spirits (though the limit was around 700,000 years; exceeding that required draining too much natural energy and was thus forbidden).

3. The Eternal Life Secret Realm – Most crucially, it was said that the other Douluo Plane's world naturally nurtured a miniature realm within itself—one with incredibly dense life energy and a different flow of time. This place was called the Eternal Life Secret Realm, and it granted true longevity!

"Tsk—"

The higher-ups who received this information couldn't help but inhale sharply. These were treasures they had long yearned for!

Meanwhile, in the Sea God Pavilion…

Tang Wulin had regained his memories. Nana had found him, and now the two watched over Lan Xuanyu's peaceful growth at Shrek Academy. These days had been sweet and happy.

But now… they had received this news, and it was impossible not to feel curious.

When Nana saw the report, her eyes dimmed with melancholy. She thought of the Dragon God Di Tian in his nine-colored dragon robes and the Beast God Di Tian who had perished in his tribulation not long ago. The mention of the Ten Thousand Dragon Valley struck a deep chord within her.

"Pure-blooded true dragons… Another Douluo… Has the dragon race already been revived?" she murmured.

"Are you worried, Nana?" Tang Wulin asked gently.

"Yes… I haven't done enough."

"You've done more than enough for the soul beasts. Didn't we agree not to interfere in the affairs of humans and soul beasts anymore? Right now, the three of us are here together, and that's enough."

"No… Xuanyu… The conflicting golden and silver dragon bloodlines in his body… Unless he becomes the Dragon God, he might…" Nana gazed worriedly at the sky.

"Are you concerned about that Dragon God… Di Tian?"

"Yes. For Xuanyu to inherit the Dragon God's divine seat, he must first defeat him… But the chances are slim. I can sense that even though Di Tian isn't at his peak, he's still far beyond what the two of us can match. And now, from what we've learned… that Douluo Plane is far superior to ours."

"And that mysterious child…"

Nana recalled the silver-haired, violet-eyed girl she had seen—the one who resembled her. That was the daughter of her counterpart in the other Douluo.

Tang Wulin fell silent as he read the final piece of information.

Na'er approached and read alongside him.

4. The "Immortal Lord of the Five Elements' Marvelous Art" – Within the other Douluo Federation, there existed a figure known as the "Immortal Lord of the Five Elements' Marvelous Art" No one could speak his true name—even writing it seemed forbidden, as if cosmic laws deemed it taboo. He was also called the "The Demon Lord of the Five Elements' Ultimate Law" and was said to be the mastermind behind Douluo's great upheaval ten thousand years ago.

He had destroyed the Sea God Tang San's family, eliminating the plane's usurpers—Tang Hao and A'yin.

As for the Dragon Emperor Douluo Tang Wulin of that era? He had been killed by the Silver Dragon Douluo Gu Yuena—who was, in fact, the Immortal Lord of the Five Elements' Marvelous Art's spouse. After the conflict, the two had left for the cosmos and never returned.

Tang Wulin's expression darkened instantly. Nana, reading alongside him, also went silent.

The atmosphere grew awkward.

"Silver Dragon Douluo… Not Silver Scale Douluo?" Nana sighed softly. She still struggled to accept that her counterpart in the other world had made a different choice in love. And judging by how things had developed over ten thousand years… it seemed her other self had… won.

Comparison was a cruel thing.

Tang Wulin clenched his fists in anger. "They killed Father, Mother, Grandfather, and Grandmother…"

Even if it wasn't his own family, he couldn't help but feel fury on behalf of his other self.

"Wulin… Should we go to the other Douluo and see for ourselves?" Na'er asked solemnly.

"Alright. I'll go with you."

They needed to verify whether these reports were true.

Tang Wulin added, "The Sea God Pavilion and the Federation originally planned to gradually assimilate the Dragon Horse Star to facilitate our Douluo's evolution. But now, with another Douluo appearing—one with a far higher world rank— Given their level of advancement, they could have created a Divine Realm long ago. Yet they chose not to, instead developing alongside their planet. In essence, to reach such heights, they must have devoured many other worlds."

"So the Sea God Pavilion's plans have changed?" Na'er asked.

"Yes. The other Douluo… is far too tempting. But they've rejected all diplomatic exchanges and tightened surveillance around their stellar borders. The Federation can't easily gather more intelligence."

"Then this trip of ours…"

"Let's consider it a contribution to the Federation."

The two shared a smile before soaring together into the starry sky.
