"News has arrived—the leader of the Dragon Horse Galaxy has made contact with Douluo, and no conflict broke out. Instead, it seems they are conspiring. There's also the vanished Crimson Realm… This is extremely unfavorable for us!"

At the Federal Council, the powerful figures once again engaged in heated debate regarding the other Federation.

"The Dragon God has revealed to us that the other Federation will inevitably invade. The Dragon God's divine position is unique—for their Dragon God successor to truly ascend, they must first surpass him. And then there's Tang Wulin's parting threat… War is already unavoidable."

The weight of the Dragon God's words was clear to everyone. If the other side were to produce a Dragon God, the situation could reverse in an instant.

"Our preliminary strength assessment is complete. The other Federation's technological level is on par with ours. If war breaks out, we can utilize the resources of Douluo Star to manufacture more interstellar warships. As for high-level combat power, we far surpass them. Moreover, according to the Dragon God, their Beast Clan can hold their own against the Dragon Horse Galaxy without much issue. The real variable… is the Crimson Realm."

"That Crimson Mother is wildly ambitious. It's said she's already at the level of a first-grade deity, doing everything in her power to break through to God King and join the ranks of the universe's strongest. To that end, she's devoured countless planets," someone reported.

Forbidden Land of the Ten Thousand Dragon Valley.

The Water Dragon King lounged idly, glancing at Nana beside her. "Why don't you just go back? Guarding you here is so boring!"

Nana sighed. "That's not my decision to make."

The Water Dragon King studied Nana closely, puzzled. "I really don't understand why His Majesty hasn't just killed you. That son of yours carries the Dragon God's bloodline, but to become the true Dragon God, he can't bypass you and Tang Wulin. If he killed you both here, severing the bloodline forever, no one in the other Douluo Federation would be a match for His Majesty. The future threat would be eliminated."

Nana was stunned. During their time together, she had thought the Water Dragon King was kind and amiable. But now, hearing such cruel words paired with that innocent, questioning expression was unsettling.

"Perhaps… he still have some scheme in mind," Nana murmured, her voice tinged with resignation.

"Exactly! Schemes. I feel like His Majesty has gotten better at scheming lately—so much that it's hard to follow. Ugh… I'd rather just go to war. The Dragon Horse Galaxy and the other Douluo Federation are about to form an alliance, and it was the Dragon Emperor Douluo we released who's leading it. I never expected he was the only Transcendent God-level expert in their Federation. If war breaks out… you stand no chance. Still… the Dragon Horse Galaxy evolved because the Dragon God's power leaked into it after the Dragon Tomb drifted there. If your son, with his Dragon God bloodline, goes there to negotiate, he'd easily gain their favor. In a few years, he might even become the leader of both forces. And since you're imprisoned here, he'll definitely come to rescue you. Then we'd have a touching tale of a son saving his mother—how amusing!" The Water Dragon King chuckled, her mind racing with possibilities.

The Dragon God's bloodline destined its bearer to godhood and supreme power—that much was undeniable.

Whether he could actually save his mother, however, was another matter entirely.

Nana's heart ached. Xuanyu was already walking a path of no return—his clash with the Dragon God, Di Tian, was inevitable. The other Douluo Federation also coveted this land's abundant resources, but conquering it would be no easy task. Just those two girls, Bai Yue and Bai Na… Nana sensed they were far more dangerous than they appeared.

Yet… there was nothing she could do. Deep down, she knew it didn't matter whether she was imprisoned here or not. The outcome wouldn't change.

The more she thought about it, the deeper her bitterness grew.

Hum!

Space rippled slightly as a radiant, multicolored figure appeared before them.

Dragon God Di Tian glanced at Nana in the forbidden land, his expression unchanging. "In ten days, the other Douluo Federation will send someone to take you back."

!!!!

Nana's heart pounded.

The Water Dragon King, however, cheered. "Finally! No more being stuck here like a prisoner!"

"You… you're really letting me go?" Nana stared at Di Tian in disbelief.

"Yes."

"Water Dragon King, you may leave. For the next ten days, the Dark Dragon King will take your place. You've worked hard."

"Great!"

With that, Di Tian turned to leave.

"Wait!" Nana called out. "Can I ask… why?"

Di Tian paused, looking back at her in mild confusion. After a moment of silence, he replied, "As the Silver Dragon King… you've outlived your usefulness. But you still have one final role to play. When the Dragon God was split into the Golden and Silver Dragon Kings, your last purpose is to help your son ascend as the Dragon God. After that… you may live as a human. And as for the battle between him and me—we'll see who survives."

"This is a death trap!" Nana's pupils shrank. "With your Dragon God divine position still intact, even if Xuanyu absorbs both the Golden and Silver bloodlines, he can't inherit the old Dragon God's divine throne. Without it… his power will plummet." She had uncovered Di Tian's scheme.

For Lan Xuanyu to survive, he would have to stop cultivating to prevent his Golden and Silver bloodlines from spiraling out of control due to excessive power. But that was impossible.

"It is a death trap—for us as well. The Divine Realm is about to return. The gods still pose a threat to us. If it comes back, we perish. But behind you… are him and your three sovereigns."

"We can't rely on Their Majesties forever. Nor do I believe the Divine Realm would hesitate just because of them. Besides, your Douluo Federation can't stop now. And we need you to keep going. This is an open scheme—no one can escape it."

"Is there really no way to avoid war?" Nana knew that once war began, their Douluo Federation would surely lose. Millions, if not billions, would perish.

Di Tian said nothing, only giving her a silent glance before vanishing.

Nana felt despair. In all this time, no one from the other Federation understood this world's strength better than she did. And with Bai Yue and Bai Na in the picture… even if the Divine Realm returned, the other Douluo Federation could never win!

"You know, even if I return, I can't stop this war, don't you?"

Ten Days Later.

Outer Space

Led by Dragon God Di Tian and Yun Ming, the first formal meeting between the two Douluo Federations took place.

Aboard the interstellar battleship, Tang Wulin stood with Tang Xuanyu and Dong Qianqiu behind him, their gazes burning with concern as they watched Nana.

"Mom!"

The cry snapped Nana out of her thoughts. Seeing her son, she forced a smile, silently reassuring him.

Tang Wulin transformed into a golden dragon as he approached, his expression grave. Even now, facing these two filled him with immense pressure.

Nana looked at Wulin, unsure how to react. Slowly, she walked toward him, glancing back at Di Tian and Yun Ming. The two stood side by side, their expressions unreadable—a sight that weighed heavily on her.

"Don't worry, Gu Yuena. I won't let your suffering be in vain," Tang Wulin vowed, his gaze unwavering as it locked onto the two figures.

Xuanyu rushed forward. "Mom! Are you okay?"

"I'm fine…"

Nana suddenly felt exhausted. Seeing Tang Wulin and Lan Xuanyu again made her realize—she could never abandon her son. She couldn't resolve the bloodline conflict within Xuanyu, nor could she stop him from cultivating.

The other Douluo Federation and the Dragon Horse Galaxy had reached an agreement to carve up Douluo Star like a feast.

It was all too suffocating.

Only now did she understand—she never had a choice.

They could only march forward with the Douluo Federation, this colossal entity. Toward rebirth… or ruin.
