(As night fell, and after everyone finished bathing and spending a day full of fun, the members of both families began preparing for bed inside the inn.)
The rooms were adjacent, and the connecting door between them remained open so that everyone would feel reassured. And before they went to sleep, Honoka and Yoshika approached Ahmed.
Honoka (in a low voice): "Ahmed-niisan... I feel more comfortable when you are close by."
Ahmed smiled a warm smile, then said:
Ahmed: "I am here, and our whole family is close to us. There is no need to be afraid anymore."
Yoshika smiled while holding her sister's hand.
Yoshika: "Then I will be able to sleep peacefully."
Ahmed nodded reassuringly.
Then everyone headed to their beds, while the room door remained open, and the voices of the family members in the adjacent room gave the place a sense of safety and warmth. The lights were turned off gradually, and it wasn't long before everyone was overcome by sleep after a long day full of beautiful memories.
