Chapter 250 - Chapter 247: Obito Uchiha Becomes Omnipotent and Omniscient

Kaguya quietly stared at the massive black coffin for several moments, her eyes carrying an unusually complicated look.

Isshiki Ōtsutsuki…

Had truly died.

For a being like Isshiki, that outcome almost felt unreal.

After all, Kaguya knew better than anyone just how monstrous he truly was.

Even when she betrayed him back then, she had never believed she could kill him in a direct confrontation.

That was why she had chosen to ambush him instead.

And yet now…

Obito had simply overpowered him head-on.

At that moment, Obito turned his head abruptly, his gaze settling on Kaguya.

"Well?" he asked, his voice carrying a teasing edge. "How about it? Do you feel happy now?"

For a moment, Kaguya seemed distant, as though her thoughts had drifted far beyond this place. Then her gaze sharpened again, returning to the present.

Her voice came low and calm.

"It matters not. Isshiki's death does not bother me."

She paused, her expression unreadable.

"Yet… it still brings me some comfort."

Obito stared at her for a second before letting out a small, disappointed laugh.

"Heh… and here I thought you'd be all over me with joy." He shook his head dramatically.

"What a turnoff."

Kaguya merely stared at him blankly.

"…?"

She clearly did not understand what kind of reaction he had been expecting from her.

Bored of trying to squeeze a more entertaining response out of her, Obito turned away and began walking.

Kaguya watched his back in silence.

For the briefest moment, her eyes flickered.

A small smile touched her lips, so faint and fleeting that it almost seemed like an illusion.

Then it vanished.

Without saying another word, she followed him.

Behind them, the absorption finally reached its end.

The moment it completed, everything that had belonged to Isshiki flooded into Obito.

Memories.

Knowledge.

Techniques.

Secrets.

Obito's eyes narrowed thoughtfully as the information settled into place.

"So that's where you hid the good stuff…"

As it turned out, Isshiki had hidden most of his valuable research, resources, and collected specimens inside a private dimension, separated from the main spaces he normally used.

Obito smirked.

"What a sly bastard."

Kaguya spoke quietly from behind him.

"…What exactly is that thing?"

Obito turned slightly toward her.

"The Devouring Coffin?"

He gave a lazy shrug.

"Something I made after studying too many annoying abilities."

It was a lie.

And a terrible one at that.

He did not even bother making it sound convincing.

Kaguya only looked at him in silence.

Obito clearly had no intention of explaining further.

A moment later, space twisted around them.

The scenery shattered and folded inward, and both of them vanished from the place.

Their destination was the hidden dimension Isshiki had kept sealed away.

Inside Isshiki's private dimension.

The world before them resembled an endless white wasteland.

Gigantic black cubes floated silently throughout the sky, casting enormous shadows across the barren land.

Below them, countless strange biological containers lined the ground in neat rows, stretching into the distance like a graveyard of experiments.

Obito walked calmly through the dimension with his hands in his pockets.

Kaguya followed nearby, silently observing everything around them.

Even she seemed somewhat surprised.

"…He hid quite a lot."

"He was after all paranoid," Obito replied casually.

"Honestly, if I lived while constantly worrying someone might stab me in the back for thousands of years, I'd probably become paranoid too."

"…"

His gaze slowly shifted forward to center of the white land… where something enormous was sealed there.

The Ten-Tails.

Or more accurately…

The incomplete juvenile form Isshiki had been nurturing.

The creature remained restrained beneath countless black rods and layers of sealing formulas.

Yet the moment Obito approached, the monster began trembling violently, as though its instincts had sensed danger before its mind could understand it.

Its massive eye locked onto him with something completely foreign to a beast of its kind.

Fear.

Obito smiled faintly.

"Well, aren't you adorable?"

BOOOOOOM—!!!

The restraints sealing the creature shattered instantly.

Before the Ten-Tails could even react—

Darkness exploded outward.

Behind Obito, the Devouring Coffin manifested once more, towering above the wasteland like an endless abyss attempting to swallow reality itself.

The Ten-Tails immediately let out a distorted roar filled with instinctive panic.

But it was meaningless.

Massive black chains erupted from the coffin like countless venomous serpents.

They wrapped around the creature's gigantic body almost instantly before violently dragging it toward the endless darkness.

The Ten-Tails struggled desperately.

Its tails lashed across the land.

Its chakra exploded wildly.

Yet none of it mattered.

The closer it came to the Devouring Coffin, the weaker its resistance became, as though its very existence was being erased layer by layer.

The enormous body disappeared completely into the abyss.

Silence returned.

Only darkness continued to ripple behind Obito.

A few moments later, the coffin slowly dissolved into black particles before disappearing entirely.

At the same time…

A terrifying wave of chakra erupted from Obito's body.

The ground beneath his feet cracked apart instantly.

The surrounding space itself trembled faintly under the pressure leaking from him.

The abilities of the Ten-Tails.

Its chakra.

Its vitality.

Its evolutionary potential.

Everything had become his.

Obito slowly exhaled.

A satisfied smile appeared on his face.

"…Now that's better."

Kaguya silently observed him from nearby, her pale eyes carrying faint shock however Obito himself barely cared because the thing he truly wanted…

Was still waiting for him.

His gaze slowly shifted toward one of the white shelves nearby.

Then he suddenly crouched down.

At the very bottom of the shelf sat several small cube-shaped containers covered in mysterious patterns.

Inside each cube…

Fragments of pale white tissue floated silently within strange liquid.

The moment Kaguya saw them, her expression immediately changed.

"…Shibai's cells."

Obito casually picked one of the containers up and held it toward the crimson light above.

For a brief moment, even he felt something strange.

The cells themselves carried an indescribable pressure.

As though the thing these cells originated from no longer existed on the same dimensional level as ordinary lifeforms.

Kaguya's expression became unusually serious.

"Be careful."

"Shibai Ōtsutsuki is not like us."

"After devouring countless chakra fruits across countless worlds… Shibai eventually abandoned physical existence itself."

"He transcended."

Her pale eyes remained fixed on the floating cells.

"According to the clan's records… he shed his body and evolved into something closer to a phenomenon than a living being."

Obito glanced at Kaguya after hearing her warning and simply waved a hand dismissively.

"Relax."

"I'm not stupid enough to shove those cells directly into myself without testing them first."

Kaguya fell silent again, though the caution in her eyes remained obvious.

Meanwhile, Obito simply raised his hand casually.

Snap.

Space distorted instantly.

A terrified man wearing a white scientific uniform suddenly appeared before them.

The scientist stumbled violently before collapsing onto the ground.

"W-What—?!"

His confused voice echoed through the silent space but the panic only lasted for a second.

Obito's hand suddenly grabbed his face.

"Hold still."

The moment those words fell

Dark markings spread from Obito's fingers.

They crawled across the scientist's skin like living ink, rapidly covering his entire body.

"AAAAAAAGHHHHH!!!"

The man's scream instantly echoed throughout the dimension.

His body twisted violently.

Bones cracked apart one after another.

Organs shifted unnaturally beneath his flesh.

His entire existence was being forcibly rewritten.

Kaguya's eyes narrowed with focus as she watched.

Obito was directly altering the structure of the man's body itself…

Transforming him into a perfect vessel capable of containing Shibai's cells.

A normal human should have exploded the moment the process began.

Yet under Obito's control, the scientist's body continuously adapted and stabilized over and over again.

Then…

Obito activated his ability once more.

The scientist's body suddenly began evolving at a terrifying speed.

The countless abilities flowing through his system started adjusting themselves automatically.

The Shibai cells.

The foreign powers being forced together.

Everything synchronized unnaturally.

After several moments…

The screaming finally stopped.

The scientist slowly lowered his trembling hands.

His entire appearance had changed.

Moon-like eyes had formed within his sockets, resembling the strange divine dōjutsu possessed by Eida.

An overwhelming pressure radiated from his body.

The sheer strength leaking from him now was enough to make even Isshiki Ōtsutsuki seem inferior.

The scientist stared at his own hands in disbelief.

"I…"

His voice trembled with suppressed excitement.

"I can see everything…"

Information flooded endlessly through his mind.

Past.

Future.

Knowledge.

The world itself almost seemed transparent before his eyes.

The sensation of omniscience mixed together with the overwhelming distortion of omnipotence flowing through his body.

Then suddenly...he began laughing hysterically.

"Hahahahaha!!"

His laughter echoed throughout the silent dimension.

"I've become a god!"

His face twisted with madness and ecstasy.

"This world is mine!"

"I can do anything!"

Kaguya silently watched him the same way one would watch an insect lose its mind.

"Would you look at that…"

Obito's amused voice suddenly echoed out.

The scientist immediately froze.

His laughter stopped abruptly.

As if finally waking from a dream, he slowly turned toward the two figures standing nearby.

His expression darkened as the memories resurfaced.

This man…

This man had done something to him.

Anger immediately appeared across his face.

"You—"

He had not even finished speaking.

Snap.

The scientist exploded instantly.

BANG!!!

His body burst apart into countless fragments of blood before he could even comprehend what had happened.

The overwhelming power he had gained only moments earlier proved completely meaningless.

The blood did not scatter.

Instead, it rapidly gathered together in midair until finally a deep crimson fruit formed.

Obito casually caught it with one hand.

Without hesitation, he took a bite.

Crunch.

He ate it calmly, almost leisurely, as though consuming nothing more than an ordinary snack.

Kaguya watched the scene in silence for several moments before quietly closing her eyes.

A small sigh escaped her lips.

"…Foolish."

Her voice carried faint amusement.

That human had obtained power surpassing Isshiki himself for less than a minute and immediately believed himself invincible.

Even Kaguya felt somewhat speechless and strangely embarrassed on his behalf.

The absorption process took longer than Obito had expected this time.

He could feel the countless abilities, and fragments of information being forcefully broken down and integrated into his existence one after another.

The process was so dense that even he needed time to fully digest it all.

Obito let out a quiet breath before casually walking toward one of the massive cube-like structures nearby.

With a simple wave of his hand, the black cube shifted and reshaped itself into a chair-like form.

He sat down lazily atop it, resting one arm against the side of his face while silently continuing the absorption.

Kaguya saw his actions and did not want to make Obito lose focus, so she stayed silent.

After a while, boredom finally settled in.

She glanced at Obito once more, then calmly opened a portal and left.

The place she appeared in was a lake.

It was the same place Obito had taken her before, back when they had fought.

Seeing the huge waterfall in the distance, Kaguya simply sat down near the edge and quietly watched the flowing water.

"…Obito Uchiha."

Her voice was soft.

"A monster he is."

That was her conclusion.

After witnessing everything today, even Kaguya almost felt numb.

The unfair ability to devour others and take their abilities for himself while growing stronger was something the Ōtsutsuki Clan possessed as well, but only through the Ten-Tails.

And even then, there were countless restrictions involved.

Unlike Obito, who could do it swiftly in one go.

"But his presence is undeniably reassuring."

Kaguya plucked a flower from the side and tossed it down into the lake.

The flower drifted across the water without sinking.

Meanwhile…

Obito's absorption had finally ended.

The results were better than expected.

When he had first devoured the Ten-Tails…

With that, Obito could now do things he had never been capable of before, just like with that scientist earlier.

One of them was the ability to create a perfect vessel for almost anyone, so long as he possessed their blood, cells, or enough of their biological data.

Not just a body that could survive their power but one perfectly suited to them.

On paper, it sounded simple but if the Ōtsutsuki Clan heard of such an ability, their reaction would be anything but simple.

Obito could almost picture it.

A massive line of Ōtsutsuki standing before him, trying to book their turn like desperate customers.

The thought amused him.

Of course, reality would not be so pleasant.

They would not treat him like a savior.

They would try to turn him into a tool.

For the Ōtsutsuki, finding a proper vessel was never easy.

Finding one capable of containing their full power was even harder.

Isshiki himself had spent a thousand years searching and still failed to find a body truly compatible with him.

But Obito no longer had that problem.

With enough data, he could make a body with perfect compatibility.

A vessel at one hundred percent with no rejection.

Just a flawless container built exactly for its owner and that was not the only change.

Obito had awakened Omnipotence and Omniscience.

Because of his Ōtsutsuki blood, and because of the purity he had gained from devouring pure-blooded Ōtsutsuki like Borushiki and the others, his Omnipotence was on an entirely different level from Eidas.

It was not even fair to compare them.

He had also obtained the Ten-Tails' data-related ability.

The creature could copy the entire information of a planet, gathering a nearly infinite amount of data from the world itself.

Because of that, Obito's devouring ability evolved again.

Before, he had to consume something completely to gain everything from it.

Now, that was no longer necessary.

He could directly devour the data of a person's life.

Accurately and cleanly, without needing to fully consume the target and it did not stop with people.

Before, he could not truly absorb something like the planet itself.

Now, he could.

The realization made something evil stir within him.

For a moment, the thought tempted him.

To devour the planet's data.

To take everything.

Its history. Its chakra. Its life.

All of it could become his.

Obito stood up silently as the temptation passed through his mind.

His closed eyes slowly opened.

As expected, they had changed once again.

Midnight-blue sclera.

Dark irises wrapped by uniquely shaped black crescent moons curving toward the right.

Then he chuckled softly.

"Not yet."

"For now, at least."

Then he tried his ability.

Without any effort, he could clearly see what Kaguya was doing in a faraway dimension.

The feeling was like watching everything from a god's perspective.

"Hmmm~ not bad."

Obito smiled faintly.

"An evolved version of that crystal ball belonging to that pervert Sarutobi. How jealous he would've been."

After making that light joke, the familiar feeling of destruction tingled within him again.

So before slipping into another dimension, Obito casually threw out a red chakra ball no larger than a basketball.

BOOOOOOM!!!

The entire dimension exploded instantly like a massive firework.

Far away…

Within the quiet waterfall dimension.

The endless sound of rushing water echoed peacefully through the air.

Kaguya still sat silently near the lake's edge, her pale eyes fixed on the flowing water below.

More specifically…

She seemed to still be following the flower she had tossed earlier.

The small flower continued drifting atop the lake's surface without sinking.

Space distorted quietly behind her.

Obito stepped out casually with both hands tucked inside his pockets.

Kaguya did not immediately turn around.

"…Finished?" she asked calmly.

"Yeah," Obito replied.

He walked over before sitting down beside her near the edge of the lake.

After that, neither of them spoke.

The waterfall continued roaring softly in the background while the wind carried faint mist through the air.

Kaguya's gaze slowly shifted toward him.

Then her eyes paused slightly.

His eyes had changed again.

Midnight-blue sclera.

Dark irises shaped like crescent moons twisting unnaturally within them.

Even without intentionally releasing pressure…

His very existence now felt different.

Kaguya quietly stared at those eyes for several moments before letting out a soft sigh at the unfairness of reality itself.

"…"

Obito raised his eyebrow at her.

"Hm?"

"Why are you sighing?"

Kaguya looked at him silently for several seconds before sighing once more without answering.

"…"

Obito's mouth twitched slightly at her strange behavior.

For a brief moment, he genuinely wondered whether something was wrong with her brain.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

Another sigh.

"…"

This time even Obito looked genuinely speechless.

"You're doing that on purpose now."

Kaguya quietly shook her head before looking back toward the waterfall.

The silence lasted a while longer before Obito suddenly asked,

"So?"

"Are you planning to come back with me?"

Kaguya's expression remained calm.

"I don't have another choice either way."

Obito shrugged casually.

"Well, you can stay here if you want. I'm not exactly forcing you."

"…"

Those words made Kaguya fall silent for a bit longer.

Her hands slowly clenched slightly.

After several moments…

She quietly stood up.

Her dark blue dress fluttered lightly beneath the wind generated by the waterfall, while her long white hair swayed softly behind her, the black hairpin resting quietly in place.

No words were exchanged but her actions already made the answer obvious.

She was following him.

Obito narrowed his eyes slightly before laughing under his breath.

"Heh…"

Without another word, space distorted beside him once more.

A portal slowly opened.

As Obito stepped toward it, Kaguya followed behind him while calmly tucking strands of hair behind her ear against the blowing wind.

At that moment, Obito's crescent-shaped eyes glowed faintly blue with power.

"It's about time…"

"To finally put an end to everything."
