Dan hneg : Jarilo"-VI, We're here.
March 7th shivered and said "Brrr... it really is one big snowball."
Behind her, Stelle copied march, "It really is one big snowball."
March turned, raising an eyebrow. "When did you get this copycat syndrome?"
Fan cut in, voice firm and impatient. "Let's stop the yapping and get moving. Dan Heng, where do we go?"
Dan Heng responded with a nod up the snowy path. "Just up ahead."
The group began to move, their boots crunching over the frostbitten ground. Not long into the walk, shapes stirred in the distance it was Fragmentum monsters.
Dan Heng narrowed his eyes. "This place hasn't been corroded... yet Fragmentum monsters have already made their way here."
Without a word, Fan changed his hotbar to his toy bow (a gift from March 7th back in Chapter 4) he used six-phased-ice arrows (also gift form march back in chapter 4)
The arrow hit its mark, The monsters immediately slowed, their movements sluggish and jerky. The slowness effect lingered—Level 3 for 1 minute. In Minecraft, that would only affect walking and running speed. But here, it made their entire bodies sluggish. Even a five-year-old could dodge them now.
March's was in shock becuese her arrows didn´t had those effects.
She turned to Fan. "Did you do something to the arrow?"
Fan replied to her. "Just a little modification."
fan still had Sixteen arrows still remained in his inventory.
Meanwhile, Dan Heng and Stelle moved in, dispatching the slowed monsters. The moment the last one fell, Dan Heng turned back to the others.
"Let's keep going," he said.
March and Fan followed soon.
As they walked through the snow, a muffled sound reached their ears. someone was shivering beneath the snow.
March hurried over, spotting movement beneath a thick pile of white.
"Hey!" she called. "Get out of there—you'll shiver to death!"
The figure underneath held their breath, trying to stay hidden.
March crossed her arms. "Holding your breath won't help."
Dan Heng stepped in calmly. "I got this, March. If someone's got their head stuck in the sand—or snow, in this case—they just need a helping hand."
He knelt down and dug into the snow, pulling out a shivering man. The stranger had blue hair and wore flashy, uniquely styled clothes.
As the man opened his mouth to speak, Fan interrupted him sharply.
"dont even bother yapping, just give us your name and tell us why you were hiding in the snow. I don't want someone to start yapping again—we already have a master in that field."
fan glanced at March.
the stranger straightened his coat. "Pleasure to meet you, kind sirs and miss. I'm Sampo Koski."
He dusted off some snow. "Before I tell you why I'm here… is Captain Gepard around? He's an old buddy of mine."
March blinked. "Who?"
Sampo's siad to the team "Wait—you're not Silvermane Guards? Why didn't you say so? Looks like we're on the same side after all."
Without missing a beat, he changed the subject with a sly grin. "Say, why don't we join forces?"
Dan Heng answered flatly. "Not interested."
Sampo stepped closer. "Come on, friend. I'll give you intel on the Silvermane Guards. They're being deployed to the frontlines—this is a great opportunity."
March crossed her arms. "No need. Why don't you just take us to the city?"
Sampo hesitated. "The city? Already? I haven't even started trading yet... Showing you the way is easy enough, missy, but it would cost—"
Before he could finish, Dan Heng's gave spamo a death glare.
Sampo froze mid-sentence. "B-but it would be my pleasure! 'Kindness' is Sampo Koski's middle name. Follow me, friends—and keep quiet. We don't want to be spotted by the Silvermane Guards."
The group followed Sampo through the snowy planes.
Up ahead were armored soldiers—men in silver helmets with blue suits and halberds in hand.
Dan Heng leaned toward him. "Who are they?"
Sampo's voice dropped to a whisper. "Uh... remember the Silvermane Guards I mentioned? That's them. Help me, friends—I don't want to be caught!"
One of the guards suddenly shouted, "It's the suspect—and his accomplices! Catch them!"
Fan acted instantly. His arrows flew in quick succession, freezing the soldiers where they stood. Their movement slowed down, even slower than before—turtles could have outrun them.
One man, however, stood out. A blonde with armor distinct from the others tried to grab the arrow flying toward him, but it broke through his defenses (becuese in minecraft you cant block attacks without a shield).
He, too, was slowed.
Dan Heng stepped forward. "You're the captain, judging by your clothing. We don't mean any harm."
The blonde man frowned. "Aren't you the prime suspects? With the blue-haired one?"
Dan Heng calmly explained what had happened, and why they were here in middle of explaining silvermane gaurds snowness effect disipeted.
The man's expression softened but still weary of the team. "Sorry about that. I'll take responsibility for what happened just now. I'm Gepard, captain of the Silvermane Guards."
Gepard siad to the team ´´Outsiders, follow me. Belobog lies beyond this blizzard."
They followed him up a steep trail. As they reached the edge of a towering cliff.
Gepard: welcome to belobog city of Preservation
Below them, the city spread out across the snowy land like a beacon of survival—fortified, proud, and enduring against the bitter cold.
