Early the next day, Lu Lin rubbed his eyes and got out of bed, glancing at Lu Chen who was sleeping soundly wrapped in the quilt. He got out of bed, put on his clothes, and went to wash his face and brush his teeth.
When he reached the kitchen, he saw Lu Feng busy inside. Seeing Lu Feng, Lu Lin was a bit stunned.
"Dad, where is my mom?"
Lu Feng, hearing Lu Lin's voice, turned and smiled. "Your mom is still sleeping, I'll take you to school today."
"Is mom not feeling well?" Lu Lin frowned. Usually, it was always Fu Xiaoxiao who, no matter how tired she was, would get up to make breakfast for him before going back to sleep.
"She's just tired, let her sleep a little longer." Lu Feng thought of something and smiled brightly.
Lu Lin frowned, finding that smile from Lu Feng inexplicably a bit... infuriating.
Absent-mindedly finishing breakfast, Lu Lin slung his backpack and prepared to head to school.
