"Dowager Kane, why did you just tell me it was a severe injury?" Serena Sullivan seized on the Dowager's slip, paused, and realized, "You were deceiving me! You deliberately tried to scare me!"
"And so what!" The Dowager Kane simply made it clear.
"Serena, I'm indeed threatening you. You have only one chance, pick the first, or the second!"

The Dowager watched Serena lower her head, thinking she was considering, and curled her lips, slowly counting down.
She counted, rhythmically.
"One!"
"Two!"
"..."
At "nine," the Dowager was puzzled that Serena hadn't agreed, her hand clenched, and just as she was wondering, Serena sitting in the wheelchair laughed aloud.
The Dowager Kane froze, puzzled by Serena laughing at her, this time Serena's eyes were clear, not a hint of red or panic.
"Dowager, your setup is quite meaningless."
