The journalist didn't plan to let Yan Zhengxiong off, thrusting the microphone towards him and sharply asked, "Chairman Yan, it's heard that you and President Lu have deep-seated grievances. Is this true?"
Yan Zhengxiong smiled awkwardly and waved his hand, saying, "This is all a misunderstanding. I'm not aware of these things; there must have been some mix-up."
The journalist persisted, "Chairman Yan, what's your explanation for this incident? Have you really manipulated things from behind to create big trouble for Mainland Group? Are you admitting to breaching the principles of fair competition in business? Please provide a reasonable explanation."
Realizing he couldn't hide it, Yan Zhengxiong's face turned extremely grim.
He turned around and hastily headed for the exit.
