His figure was tall and straight, his features handsome. A pair of clear, jade-green eyes, like those of a ragdoll cat, combined with his long, snow-white hair fluttering in the wind, made him particularly conspicuous in the crowd.
Sheng Tianze glanced behind him and, seeing no guards, gave a gentle smile. "Is something the matter?"
Bai Yao bowed. "Someone from the Empire has arrived. They request to see you."
"I was about to send someone to fetch you, but when I checked the town's entry logs, I found you were already here."
Sheng Tianze's smile vanished. "Who?"
