Inside Universe 6's Observation Room.
Champa stood with his arms crossed, looking thoroughly annoyed.
He just couldn't understand what Sarada was doing. On the surface, Sarada kept saying he was fighting for Universe 6, but it was obvious the guy wasn't going all out.
"Damn it! What the hell is Sarada doing?" Champa grumbled in frustration.
Vados smiled gracefully, teasing him. "Lord Champa, are you getting anxious?"
"Hmph!" Champa snapped. "As the strongest Saiyan in our universe, I just want him to teach those Saiyans from Beerus's universe a lesson!"
Vados rested a finger against her chin and widened her eyes, feigning surprise.
"Oh my! Lord Champa, have you forgotten? The reason our universe's Saiyans are where they are today is thanks to Broly from Lord Beerus's universe. Sarada had already shown plenty of talent before, but it was only after Broly guided him that he became who he is today."
Champa shot her a glare.
"Tch... so what? Why'd you have to bring that up? Vados, whose side are you on, anyway?" he complained.
Just then...
'Rumble... Rumble...!'
The brilliant light spilling out from the screen immediately drew Champa's attention.
...
Sarada and Super Broly locked hands, their fingers intertwined as if glued together. Neither of them would let go.
Both poured every ounce of strength into overpowering the other, but their power was so evenly matched that neither could gain the upper hand. At the same time, they bent their knees and slammed them into each other.
'Bang!'
Their knees collided with a heavy thud, like two massive boulders crashing together.
At the same time, they pressed their foreheads together, only a hair's breadth apart. Each could clearly feel the blazing aura pouring off the other.
"Hahaha!! This is awesome! This is what I'm talking about!" Sarada roared with wild laughter, his eyes burning with excitement like blazing flames.
Super Broly wore the same satisfied grin, the smile that only appeared when he met an opponent truly worthy of fighting.
As the battle continued, the clash between them grew even fiercer. Their power poured endlessly from their bodies, flowing through their arms, knees, and foreheads as they pushed against one another.
Gradually, two enormous pillars of energy began rising from where they stood. The twin columns shot straight into the sky like roaring dragons, twisting upward with unstoppable force. They climbed higher and higher, accelerating as they rose until they seemed to reach the heavens themselves.
The surrounding air warped under the overwhelming pressure, sending visible ripples through space. From a distance, the two pillars looked as though they were about to tear open the sky itself.
...
Inside Universe 7's Observation Room.
Beerus stared intently at the enormous screen before him. The longer he watched, the stronger an indescribable feeling of familiarity became. He couldn't shake the feeling; the more he watched, the more suspicious he became.
It was just too similar. But he didn't want to jump to conclusions in case he was imagining things. After thinking it over, he finally couldn't hold back any longer and turned to Whis.
"Whis, don't you see it too? Those two... their fighting styles and even their level of strength are unbelievably alike."
Hearing the question, Whis shifted his gaze to the screen. He narrowed his eyes and carefully studied Super Broly and Sarada. The longer he observed them, the more thoughtful his expression became.
Beerus was right. The similarities between the two were undeniable.
The biggest difference was their hair; Sarada's long hair flowed all the way down to his waist, while Super Broly's was much shorter. Even their auras shared the same pale green color. There was no denying how alike they were.
"You're absolutely right, Lord Beerus," Whis replied politely. "The two of them do share quite a few similarities. Besides, if I remember correctly, there's someone else in Universe 6 who's quite similar as well."
Whis's words immediately made Beerus think back to the Universe 6 contestants who had appeared earlier. He frowned, searching through his memory, and then his eyes widened.
"You mean... that female Saiyan?"
Whis smiled and nodded. "Exactly. As expected of you, Lord Beerus."
Only then did Supreme Kai Shin seem to catch on. "Oh! Now that you mention it... you're right!"
Standing beside him, Old Kai narrowed his eyes and shot Shin a look full of disdain, as if mocking him for finally figuring it out.
Beerus frowned thoughtfully.
"So... everything our universe has, Universe 6 has its counterpart too." He narrowed his eyes as countless thoughts raced through his mind.
"Right... that female Saiyan's name was Kale, wasn't it? And Universe 6 actually has 'two' Saiyans like this. That's pretty interesting. But then again... our universe has two similar ones as well."
His eyes suddenly lit up. "Then does that mean my guess is right? That guy is basically Universe 6's equivalent of our Super Broly?"
After saying that, Beerus fell silent and looked at Whis, waiting for his answer.
Whis smiled and nodded.
"Yes. Your analysis is correct, Lord Beerus. But..." he added with a mysterious smile, "...you're still missing one more connection."
Beerus immediately became interested. "Oh? What connection? Hurry up and tell us."
Supreme Kai Shin also leaned forward eagerly, curious to hear the answer.
Still smiling, Whis said calmly, "Everyone, listen carefully. In our universe, the two Brolys are twins."
His words landed like a stone dropped into a still lake.
"Following the same logic... I'm sure you've all figured out the relationship between Sarada and Kale."
The moment those words were spoken, the entire Universe 7 Observation Room fell completely silent.
At last, Shin could no longer contain his shock.
"Mr. Whis... are you saying that Kale and Sarada are actually brother and sister?! Or... or could they even be twins?!"
