Chapter 32 - XXXII Prepration Pt.3

The Morning After Noctis Snuck Back Home…

Angel Dust was strolling with Husk through the halls of Hazbin Hotel, following the early morning sounds of growing moans coming from the penthouse, his intention not at all friendly when he woke up and heard said sounds that shouldn't be coming Charlie and Vaggie during preparations for Adam and his army in a few days.

"It is too early for this shit." Husk groaned tiredly with a flask in hand, his eyes bagging from the early rise.

"Yeah well something is going on." Angel droned.

Both he and the bartending demon were unhappy about being woken up before the rise of the hellish sun and we're assuming the worst when Noctis was away for training still.

Or so they believed….

"Are they moaning?" Husk perked up just as Angel did the same but glared in following the sound.

"If they are cheating on him….." Angel Dust let that threat hang in the air and growled out of pure animosity, his mind taking on the worst assumption that his best friend was being replaced by another guy.

"Calm down." Husk groaned in annoyance, though his mind had the same concern. "We don't know yet."

"Don't know yet?!" Angel laughed bitterly whilst drawing into the penthouse door with phone in hand and ready to record. "I know when someone is getting laid and those ain't baking sounds."

Husk wanted to deny what they were hearing behind that closed door but the moans grew even louder the closer they got. Even the bed could be heard creaking once they got to said door and heard in the background Charlie being completely uncharacteristic.

Nothing bubbly, optimistic, nor sweet, just feral indication that she and Vaggie were both doing the dirty with someone or something.

"Fucking bitches." Angel Dust snarled and grabbed the door handle, his camera on his phone pointed and ready.

He swung the door open and stepped inside to ruin both girls of their relationship. He raised his camera but paused at who it was that made the girls scream and moan.

"Noctis?" He was shocked to find the man behind Charlie and roughing her up on the edge of the bed, yanking her tail dominantly with each thrust while using his fingers on Vaggie. "When did you get back?

Both the spider demon and the cat demon went wide eyed at the sheer dominance of this man manhandling their leader, gawking at their friend and his animalistic transformation. They always thought Noctis was a bottom with how many occasions he would come downstairs exhausted and worn down.

Now they weren't so sure.

"Fuck!" Charlie squealed from orgasming on the pull-out.

Neither demon said nothing as Vaggie laid back and got her turn, screaming the moment their mate folded her legs back and rammed inside.

"Mi Amor…." She moaned, her body shaking with the bed as each thrust was a primal snarl from the man with his wings fanned out.

"Oh shit." Husk realized what was happening and zipped out of the room to cover his own ass before the three panting mates looked to Angel Dust there.

"You're back for some fucking?" He said so casually, as if it wasn't creepy.

"GET OUT!" Charlie roared, horns visible and her hair igniting before crawled over to kiss the moans out of Vaggie.

Noctis stopped and glared back at the perverted demon, his transformation at its second phase with the third eye and even his horns visible.

"Always at the wrong time." He growled in an otherworldly voice, paying no attention to Vaggie writhing so desperately for friction.

"Mi Amor, why'd you stop?" Vaggie cried, gripping his wrists as she was folded back on the bed and completely pinned.

"Sorry baby." Noctis leaned over kissed her her head before resuming the soaking of the sheets.

"I said get out!" Charlie snapped with fire in one hand, threatening to burn the pornstar.

Angel Dust flinched at that command and smiled sheepishly before bolting out of the bedroom with a hard slam of the door. Husk was quickly to follow after hiding behind the wall, he ran with Angel to go back downstairs while the moaning and screaming resumed.

As soon as they got downstairs they caught their breath in the midst of finding Alastor patrolling the lobby with Rosie at his side and sharing the same glance at the ceiling.

"Sounds like someone is making a baby." Rosie laughed warmly but not sharing the same amusement as her irritated companion.

Alastor had a different opinion as the moans still filtered slightly down into the lobby for all ears to hears, including the cannibals outside helping set up more defenses around the hotel.

"If this keeps up there will be an heir soon." He said flatly underneath his smile, his ears folding back to his head to muffle the sounds while Husk and Angel had their own problems.

"Next time knock dumbass!" Husk snapped at the spider demon who was smiling strangely. "The fuck you smiling at?"

"Simple." Angel widened his smile evilly while saving a photo. "I got a pic of his ass."

Husk had enough at that point and simple leaned over his bar and passed out, too tired to deal with Angel being his perverted self again now that Noctis was back somehow.

Rosie was having the time of her life seeing how uncomfortable Husk and Alastor were while the moans continued on for just a bit longer. If anything she encouraged this type of connection with a subtle wink of her eye to the annoyed Alastor while the cannibals that helped inside to fortify the hotel had stopped to listen.

Some were disgusted while others snickered at hearing this man they had yet to meet giving a very good morning to both of his mates.

"Damn." Angel gave a low whistle when he heard the thudding of what had to be the bed against the wall. "Guess he really is a divine beast."

Husk, barely conscious as is from tiredness, groaned at his comment. "Shut the fuck up Angel."

Later that morning, Noctis came downstairs alone both proud of himself and boldly showing off the fresh bite marks and nail scratches across his skin.

Everyone who was awake gathered in the lobby at the command of Rosie herself whilst being handed out weapons by Carmilla, Clara and Odette in order to prepare for extermination day in the next few days.

"Now remember everyone, we handle the army while—" Rosie froze and looked back to the states with her own people, along with the Carmine family freezing at the sight of him.

Even as disheveled as he was from sex, Noctis had everyone silent and gawking at the form of he could take on. Of course this was due to letting himself go and be transformed, but to see his scaled arms and chest, the eyes in his wings, even the third eye and horns sprouted in front of his halo crown, it was something truly new to the cannibals while the Carmine girls were surprised by another reason.

"Something is different. He looks confident." Odette said whispered to Carmilla and noted it down quickly.

"Brother?" Clara said quietly, watching him while Max squealed happily in her arm.

Something was completely different about Noctis and it sparked to life in the way he descended the stairs with his posture bearing no hint of submission or gentleness. He had his chest out and his shoulders back with pride, his posture as strong as a statue with all six wings fanned out and the eyes beading around at every person in the lobby.

Carmilla felt what she hadn't described to herself in decades as an overlord and it fluttered her chest with step her took that spoke authority. The silence from him alone was enough to make her touch her own chest and feel her heart throbbing with this feeling that made her smile.

She was proud of him and proud of the man he was becoming. Whatever changed in him had to be due to the upcoming battle and the changes from his power.

She wasn't complaining though.

"Oh my. Make an old woman blush." Rosie playfully chuckled and fanned herself.

"Hey Noct, when you get back?" Angel asked abruptly from the bar with a drink in hand.

"I flew in last night to get away from the chaos." He answered after he reached the floor, his gaze filtering slowly around the room.

He watched with a raised eyebrow when Rosie took a bow with her people to follow, wondering why.

"Your majesty." She said politely with that toothy grin.

"No." Noctis said sharply, surprising everyone.

"No?" Alastor tilted his head and chuckled. "Are you not heavenly royalty?"

Noctis knew the answer to that even while show his true self to everyone that remained bowing to him. He was royalty of heaven and by the power he received from god when he was Romna, but he didn't want to be seen as royalty...not yet.

He gazed down at his own hands and clenched them into fist, driving his claws to bleed his palms while his mind stiffened with his heart.

"These hands have always fix, built, and repaired." He said quietly and glared at the people. "And now I have to take up the responsibility of defending you all by killing Adam."

Nobody said a word but there was comfort in his family coming to his side. Carmilla, Odette, even Clara, all three of them touched his shoulders as he spoke to the cannibals.

"I am many things, the son of an overlord, son of the high seraphim, a royal, but I say I'm not to be treated royal until I've earned it."

"Earned it?" Alastor laughed at such a thing, but faltered when Noctis reacted blankly.

"Yes, earned it." Noctis said bluntly. "I don't care if I have power or some stupid status or title. I know who I am."

He turned and smiled to the one overlord who he trusted and loved. "I'm the handyman of Hazbin Hotel, and most importantly I am the son of the most amazing woman who adopted me. Demon or not, she's the most royal person anyone can be."

Carmilla smirked and nodded in approval, her pride swelling for Noctis. And said pride came with surprise when he kissed her cheek and hugged her.

"I'll make you proud." He whispered.

"I know you will. I taught you." Carmilla said gently, pulling away so he could finally address everyone in the lobby.

Noctis resumed his look around the room of his friends and the large number of cannibals that finally straightened up with a mild respect for his humble thinking. By his own declaration he showed them there was more than authority in how he acted but an understanding that power did not make him above them.

"Are you all hungry?" He asked politely, surprising not only these people but Alastor as well before he chuckled.

"Oh you naive boy, the cannibals don't—"

The radio demon found himself silenced as Rosie approached Noctis, as if testing to see just how hospitable he could be amongst flesh-eating demons. Obviously Alastor knew to make himself go quiet around her, and stepped back in respect and other reason.

Noctis watched with his family as the cannibal overlord got close to him and smiled brightly.

"Famished, sweetie. However I don't think you have the meat we prefer sinking our teeth in."

Noctis smiled and shook his head, chuckling with her.

"No I don't. But I can cook other things if you're not set in stone on just eating people."

One hour later….

Everyone was gathered in a line within the dining hall when Charlie and Vaggie limped inside uncaringly of their attire being their robes, their bodies thoroughly used but ultimately filled with satisfaction as the grogginess melted away from their eyes to find the cannibals in line and holding soup bowls.

"Why is everyone paused on working?" Vaggie asked, surprised and suspicious while Charlie tightened her own robe to cover her chest.

Both girls watched each cannibal move one by one through the dining hall with one going in empty on one side of the room and another coming out with a hot bowl of familiar soup that Nifty loved. Said demon was giggling madly while eating her own at the dining table where everyone of their friends were sitting peacefully having a late breakfast.

The scent finally hit their noses and the hunger was immediately activated with their bodies moving needily through the crowd for nourishment after their intimacy with Noctis throughout the night.

"What's going on?" Charlie asked while one cannibal tipped his hat and left to go eat outside.

"Ah you're just in time!" Rosie said optimistically and gestured to Charlie. "Come on in. Your man was kind enough to feed everyone."

"Noctis is cooking?" Vaggie questioned before they both saw him in the kitchen stirring one pot while Angel Dust carried another one out to share.

"He sure is." Rosie nudged the princess who was still surprised by this wholesomeness. "If this is how our future king will be, I'd say he's making a good start."

Charlie went as stiff as a board and immediately panicked at seeing if Noctis had overheard what was just said, but to her relief he was too busy making spicy potato soup and letting the rest of the gang distribute it. Still her emotions went rampant as she tried to defend herself from the knowing overlord.

It didn't go unheard though from Alastor who lurked in a shadow and listened.

"What….Noctis won't—I mean—we have—"

"You can't fool me." Rosie giggled and leaned down to whisper in her ear. "You claimed him as your mate. You knew what you were doing but I'm guessing you didn't think the rules applied, did you?"

"Charlie…." Vaggie drawled in suspicion with her arms crossed and glared. "What is she talking about?"

Charlie tried to put on an innocent smile whilst batting her gaze to the side to find the former exorcist tapping her foot impatiently.

"Nothing." Charlie raised her voice higher and tried to shrug it off. "It's nothing at all, nothing we need to worry about."

Vaggie wasn't convinced at all by that lie and had no desire to waste time after how much tension they had before.

"Vaggie please. Not here." Charlie grasped her hands and looked back to Noctis still oblivious to whatever was going on. "He has enough on his plate."

"Charlie we agreed no more secrets." Vaggie scolded quietly, making the Princess flinch at their own agreement.

"I know but this is something that can wait." Charlie tried to get her with the puppy look before tension got too high amongst all the togetherness in the dining hall.

Unfortunately the weapon of cuteness didn't work this time for the bubbly princes, not when Vaggie stood by their agreement and now looked to the amused cannibal overlord.

"Talk now." She ordered in a commanding tone.

"I mean if you insist." Rosie teased before she spoke out knowingly. "Well she informed me of your mate bond, but what she didn't tell you is that by doing so she made you and Mr.Charming over there her consorts."

Charlie felt her world was going to collapse again as of that moment and all she could want was to find a dark spot in the hotel and disappear after the revelation made Vaggie drop her tough facade and gawk slowly to her.

"What?" Vaggie exaggerated before confronting Charlie. "You're hiding the fact that Noctis will be king of hell!"

Charlie panicked completely and shoved her hands over Vaggie's mouth but it was too late for any secrecy to be kept. The truth had echoed in the dining room and probably all the way outside. Everyone had stopped and gone silent to look at the three women having this conversation. Their friends had the same reactions except for Alastor who screeched mild static and twitched in his shadow with deep intrigue.

Husk dropped his liquor bottle, Angel and Cherri almost dropped the pot of soup they were carrying out, even Nifty ceased her messy eating.

"What the hell did Vaggie just say?" Cherri asked quietly but Angel was too stunned to answer.

The cat was out of the bag now.

"What?" Rosie said innocently. "Didn't everyone know that's what happens when you're claimed by royalty?"

"Charlie—" Vaggie pushed off her hands out of frustration just before Noctis walked over calmly to confront this matter. "Is she telling the truth?"

Charlie knew there was denying the matter now but it didn't feel any better letting that truth come out when she was trying her hardest to keep Noctis' stress as minimal as possible.

She quivered her lip and looked to their mate as soon as he stood beside them, and nodded reluctantly to Vaggie.

"This about the royal thing?" Noctis asked out of the blue. "Because I already knew."

Both girls turned in shock to his casualness about being a potential king, and just stared silently in shock while Alastor finally made himself known when he stepped out of the shadows.

"And how did you know that?" He asked curiously, his fingers tapping on his microphone eagerly for such knowledge.

"Do tell." Rosie encouraged while Charlie hid her face in her hands, groaning in embarrassment while Vaggie continued to glare at her.

"Well mom taught me this stuff." Noctis stated with a casual point of his finger to the overlord feeding Max. "During my times of learning to dance and amongst other things, mom taught me how the hierarchy works down here."

Everyone turned to the weapons overlord who simply focused on feeding the hellhound pup his purée beef.

"How very maternal of her." Alastor commented with a hint of mockery.

"Of course she taught you." Vaggie facepalmed and diverted back to the blushing princess. "Charlie you should have brought this up with him in the beginning."

"I know. I know~" Charlie whines in defeat before putting her best puppy dog look again for Noctis. "You're not mad at me are you?"

"No." Noctis shook his head. "Besides, I don't care about the throne. That is Lucifer's problem."

"Oh thank Satan." Charlie breathed relief finally, though a bit dramatic. "I was certain you'd be mad about that or that Max is in a deal with Alastor."

Suddenly the room went quiet again and Noctis froze the same as his mother and sisters who slowly turned their gaze from the table to the gasping Princess with her hands over her mouth now.

"Oh shit….." Vaggie whispered, knowing good and well Charlie was in deep trouble.

The atmosphere became stale with betrayal and deception, a pin needle being audible should one fall in the silence. Noctis slowly gazed down at his quivering mate who immediately backed away.

"What did you just say?" He asked quietly, his many eyes focusing on the princess.

"Vaggie knew about it as well!" Charlie blurted out.

Vaggie dropped her jaw on the spot, the betrayal almost as painful as the fear that lumped in her chest after Charlie looked at her apologetically.

"My grandson is in a deal with Alastor!?" Carmilla shouted angrily and slammed her hand in the table, startling the entire group.

"It was an accident." Charlie raised her voice defensively.

Noctis and Carmilla snapped their horrified gazes to the radio demon.

"Oh relax, he still has his soul." Alastor played it off like it was nothing, per the norm while all the attention shifted to him. "The little mutt is—

Suddenly an echoing boom shook the entire room and rattled the radio demon into painful realization that he had just been assaulted by a strong punch that made him fly off off his feet.

The only sound that came right after was Charlie yelping in fright of the punch that blasted Alastor right out of one of the boarded up windows. He came to a skidding halt when he bounced on the ground and crashed into the outer wall of his radio tower.

"Oh shit." Husk drawled, slowly descending behind his bar.

"What the fuck?" Alastor sat up in the mound of dirt before feeling his blood trickle off his lip while a wilted daisy sat on his head.

Back in the dining hall everyone turned their attention to Noctis to see his fist still extended and smoking from the energy he expelled, his intention clear as day whilst illuminating the room with the outline of his aura.

"Uh oh…." Angel Dust said and backed away from the tension that was about to come, followed by their friends who followed just as Stolas, Loona, Beezlebub and the primordial came through a portal outside.

"Where is he!?" Stolas yelled angrily, gazing around the yard to find the destruction. "Where is that boy!?"

Everyone in that group was upset for different reasons but none of them were taken into consideration when every cannibal and the Hazbin Gang was still silent from what just transpired.

"What's going on?" Octavia asked herself while Beezlebub and Loona sensed something wasn't just off but also a powerful pressure radiating around them.

"Something's wrong." Loona sniffed the air and felt her fur bristle while Beezlebub rushed inside. "You can almost smell the bloodlust."

"What is wrong with everyone?" Stolas started investigating the scene outside.

He looked down to see his grimoire was shaking even when tucked under his arm. His eyes widened and he understood that Noctis was causing this with just sheer pressure from his divine energy.

"His power is growing faster than anticipated.....but how?"

"Noctis?" Charlie even as much trouble as she was in, reached hesitantly to touch Noctis.

To her dismay she touched air though when Noctis barely took a step and disappeared from his spot, stunning the crowd both in and out of the hotel in gasps before he reappeared in front of Alastor.

"Hey, what's going on?" Beezlebub came through the doors like a bull and found everyone staring at the new hole in the wall.

Charlie and Vaggie rushed with Carmilla and her daughters to the hole and looked worriedly to find Noctis squatted down and just glaring at the infuriated radio demon who spared not a word to him. Both of them exchanged only glares and silence in the middle of everyone watching them just stare eachother down.

"Now this is getting interesting." Rosie commented, taking in the behavior of both men. "Alastor might have bit off more than he can chew."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Beezlebub asked rudely after approaching her with hostile assumption.

"Noctis calm down. It's my fault!" Charlie admitted and went to run out to stop the conflict.

Rosie stopped her though with a quick grab of her wrist.

"Ah ah ah sweetie. Alastor needs to learn." Rosie chortled.

"Damn right he does." Husk agreed smugly and drank from his flask as the silence continued between the divine beast and the radio demon.

"Learn what?" Charlie looked back just before the auras between both men radiated, causing calm but dangerous crackling of electricity between them.

Rosie grinned wickedly and breathed the answer like tasting candy for the first time again in her life.

"That you don't play with a man's family."

"You are testing forces beyond you, stupid boy." Alastor sneered, gauging any reaction he could use against Noctis.

Noctis didn't give a reaction however, and remained deathly quiet and coldly observant of the radio demon as he stood up. The conflicting auras of green and blue became more aggressive and with said conflict now sparking electricity that arced around them, creating a dangerous barrier that no one dared to approach.

"Oh it get it." Beezlebub stood behind the girls and crossed her arms with a smug grin. "Hubby is establishing a pecking order."

Charlie, Vaggie, even Carmilla and her daughters, turned to the smug sin that was watching with a small but clearly lustful bite of her lip as Alastor showed signs of trepidation when he attempted to establish his place against Noctis. The aura clash however was getting to be overwhelming when the infuriated man before him wasn't at all acting like the scared little boy that feared anything and everything in hell.

And he was starting to learn the hard way that Noctis didn't just change physically and somewhat emotionally. It was everything, even his mentality was much stronger now in how those multiple eyes were locked in on him.

"Elaborate." Odette demanded politely and began noting down everything while Stolas and the others approached Noctis.

Loona on the other hand was panting heavily from all the dominance she sensed but tried to suppress her own instincts whilst hugging her uncontrollably wagging tail.

"Simple," Beezlebub chuckled darkly and licked her lips. "Whatever that asshole did to piss him off, Noctis is now marking his claim in front of that radio prick and establishing a hierarchy. Look at his posture."

Everyone listened, even the cannibals, and together they looked outside as she continued.

"Noctis is establishing his place here. His posture is saying this is my territory and you are a threat that I will eliminate if you continue."

"But Alastor isn't our enemy." Charlie said certainly which earned her both skeptic and scrutinizing glares from the Carmine family.

"Stupid girl. Don't ever trust someone like him, especially when he hasn't even broken the contract with Max." Carmilla scolded and gave the princess a firm slap to the back of the head.

"Wait, that's why?" Beezlebub said questioningly and stared at Noctis with quick understanding. "Oh shit, this is him being a protective dad. That's even worse."

Beezlebub licked her lips hungrily, grinning sinisterly while disappearing in a swirl of honey so suddenly. Her sudden disappearance and wicked smile did not go unnoticed though when she disappeared with an echoing statement.

"Get him hubby."

All in the while of this chaos came concern for I'm the angry Goetia teenager she tried to get to Noctis and try to calm him down.

Not that she could with her father keeping the distance.

"No Octavia!" Stolas intercepted his own daughter by pulling her back before she could get closer. "This is dangerous."

"Let go dad!" Octavia demanded and elbowed her own father. "Noctis is my friend!"

"Not right now he isn't." Stolas argued and forced her to watch. "Pay attention."

Octavia tried still to break free but complied and watched the conflict escalate.

"You better stand down before—" Alastor was gagged by Noctis suddenly grabbing his throat.

"You listen here." Noctis tightened his grip, silencing everyone with his aggression.

In the scheme of things Alastor expected emotional outrage and even physical confrontation when it was found out, but his eyes widened at the sheer fact that the situation had taken a seriously dark turn from him when his own shadow was firmly attached and thrashing on the ground.

"I can't faze out."

Alastor wasn't just concerned now, he was actually scared when he realized his powers were not at his command and he began to thrash like his shadow for freedom.

"Noctis stop!" Carmilla shouted and stepped through the hole in the wall.

She ran over with her daughters and Max stocked in her arm as the situation got worse for Alastor. As satisfying as it was for her to see her son show such authority she knew better as an overlord to let this escalate when the entire cannibal community was watching.

Carefully she touched his arm and drew his attention away.

"Mi Carino, not here." She whispered, gazing into those eyes that reeked of Malice. "You have an army watching you. You need to show your collected or they will falter. Compose yourself."

"Mom….." he said defiantly.

"She's right Noctis." Clara whispered in agreement. "Save your energy for the war."

Noctis was beyond conflicted at this point when he wanted nothing more than to snap Alastor by his throat even when he was uncertain if that would kill the demon. But fatherly rage was overcome by the only gentlness he trusted at the moment and he slowly loosened his grip.

With begrudging control he dropped the radio demon to the ground but scowled down at him while his mother cupped his cheek in one hand and kissed the other to help calm him down.

"I'm not gonna hurt you." Noctis warned in a quieter, more mature tone. "But understand this, Alastor. Old Noctis is long gone. If you ever manipulate or hurt anyone I love again I will personally make sure to eradicate your existence, and I say that as the seraphim lord."

With that warning spoken with promise Noctis walked away and resumed his hospitality though with a hardened gaze.

"And fix the fucking hole."

He stepped through said hole but stopped long enough to gaze at both Charlie and Vaggie, his expression softening into one of betrayal and hurt.

All they could was stand there quietly and wonder just how far this simple action with the radio demon had put them in distrust.

"I have never been so disappointed in you both." His words were soft but carried their guilt so deep, like driving a hot knife through their chests. "I was gone a little over a week and you got Max in a deal with Alastor"

"Noctis it isn't like that." Charlie whimpered as she held back her tears. "I swear it was an accident. It was meant for me and it was a simple deal."

"Doesn't make it better." He turned away and sighed while the cannibals resumed their eating. "Because right now I can't even trust you two as mothers."

Vaggie flinched at that agonizing truth but it was Charlie who showed true emotion to such a wedging conflict between them. She choked on her own emotions but ultimately was overcome with quiet sobs after she pressed her hands to her face to try and hide just how much it hurt to hear him say that.

"I still love you both but….."

"But?" Charlie whimpered, fearing the worst of her paranoia.

"But right now I can't trust either of you with Max."

He walked away to the kitchen to resume his cooking and focus on the growing hungry crowd.

Charlie was completely speechless and her mind went heavy with all the baby names she came up with now feeling like a ton pressing down on her chest.

How could she bring up the idea of having babies now when she lost his trust as a parent?

"Charlie?" Vaggie touched her shoulder but flinched with the princess ran out of the room sobbing into her hands.

It didn't take anyone long to figure out she was going to their shared to let herself cry out her own screw-up. Vaggie on the other hand turned her attention back to Noctis and followed him into the kitchen. She was not ready to let another wedge come between the three of them when she was the first one to cause it with her past life.

"Noctis….." she said hesitantly and stepped inside, ignoring how Angel mouthed to her to back off.

He said nothing, not even a grunt of annoyance. His gaze wouldn't break away from mixing another pot of potato soup with spices and ingredients. The way he moved though, the aggression compared to his normal gentle manner of cooking, he was angry.

"Baby," she took cautious steps to him and inhaled as much courage as she could. "We should have told you in the beginning, what Charlie did."

"Ya think." He snipped while chopping potatoes.

Even as reactive as she usually was, Vaggie did not know how to act with such intensity from her mate.

She visibly flinched but still reached to touch him on his arm which stopped the cutting.

"Are you still with us?" She asked hesitantly.

"Yes." He nodded sharply, his hand shaking with the knife still grasped.

At that answer a hint of relief was breathed from the former exorcist before she took her other hand on his, and placed herself between him and the counter to face the anger.

"Charlie shouldn't have done it and we should have told you from the beginning."

At that Noctis huffed and stepped back. "No shit. I mean come on Vaggie, that's our kid. That's our son."

He started pacing in front of the guilt-ridden woman who just watched with a sorrowful expression, fighting her own tears that threatened to escape.

"I was gone a little over a week and Charlie does something as stupid as go for a deal with Alastor but Max is the one caught in it. How can I trust either of you after this?"

Vaggie went to counter, maybe even argue, but her mouth hung open and closed with the harsh truth.

All she could do was shake her head, not even breathe an apology.

"I love you both, but this is something I can't just forget. This may be Charlie's hotel but that is MY son who got snagged in a deal."

"He's my son to!" She exclaimed.

"Then show it!" He raised his voice and closed off their argument with waving the doors closed with his powers. "Both of you need to show it! I don't care how important the hotel is! Our kids come first! Our family is priority!"

"It's my priority to!" She yelled and closed the gap with a firm press of her hands to his chest, desperation in her eyes when she looked up to him. "We fucked up. Charlie got Max in a deal and I didn't keep an eye on her. I am sorry okay!"

"Sorry isn't gonna fix this!"

"Then tell me!" She pleaded angrily, grabbing both of his hands almost painfully in hers. "Tell me and Charlie how to fix this so we don't lose you."

Noctis was getting more frustrated by this fight and began shouting as the kitchen door creaked open.

"You're not losing me, but you two have to take being parents seriously because we have that primordial to think about as well!"

Vaggie was about to agree on that but stopped when the door gave away.

Both heads turned to find Angel Dust poking in with a cautious smile and an empty pot in two of his hands.

"Hey guys. Don't mean to interrupt but that one pup with Loona is crying."

"Crying about what?" Noctis asked rudely.

Angel Dust flinched and could almost feel the tension in the kitchen when he stepped inside to get more soup, and explained whilst switching out soup pots.

It certainly didn't help that Noctis was showing his features quite prominently in how the eyes in his wings and the one on his forehead glowed with divine energy.

"Well he's crying for you and that Stolas guy is pretty mad as well. And that loona chick ain't happy either since you bailed, something about that pup feeling abandoned. Oh and Stolas' kid is upset because she feels like you lied about being her friend since you bailed."

"What!?" Noctis said sharply in disbelief. "I mean I get the pup feeling abandoned but I didn't bail for those other reasons. I just wanted to get away from the craziness for one day!"

"Try telling them that." Angel quipped before he left them.

Noctis threw his head back and groaned out of frustration. He knew he was in trouble now but he didn't have time to deal with all the drama he brought on himself.

"Alright just tell them I'll be right out and grab a bowl if they're hungry. " He told Angel in a frustrated tone.

"Got it hotstuff!" He hollered out the door.

"What about Charlie?" Vaggie asked as Angel left. "She's crying her eyes out right now."

"I'll talk to her and you tonight at bed." He answered with a quick kiss before leaving. "I love you both, but we gotta establish boundaries as parents."

Surprised as she was, Vaggie still felt relief wash over her as she watched him go handle things with the shouting demons.

"Boundaries." She repeated, pacing in the kitchen and motivating herself. "I can do that. Boundaries."

"But you're both still in trouble!" He hollered down the hall.

She could only imagine the only punishment fitting for what happened with Max.

"He better not deny us sex." She stared flatly at the doorway.

Meanwhile for Noctis it wasn't an easy welcome from Stolas and the others when they all had the same angry look about in his approach. If he wasn't already racked by nerves he would handle this more delicately with a proper apology.

However…..

"Look guys I just—"

"Asshole!" Octavia interrupted angrily and ran at him, closing the gap.

Noctis barely had time to flinch before he was bombarded on his with slaps from the teenager. Most people would make an attempt to defend themselves but for Noctis he felt nothing but the already burning guilt in himself when he looked down to see how expressive Octavia was.

"You said you were my friend and you left!" She screamed as everyone in the hotel watched. "You're a fucking asshole. You left. You even dumped off that hellhound!"

"I was going to come back." Noctis said softly but there was no edge of defensiveness in it.

"Doesn't matter asshole!" Loona scolded with raised hackles as she held the primordial. "Here's another fucking lesson on hellhounds, dumbass. You're the alpha so when you bailed like that he felt abandoned! You can't leave pups alone!"

"And you are not done with your training!" Stolas reprimanded in his turn, making the young man flinch once more. "How dare you fly off in the middle of the night like that when I am supposed to be helping you!"

"Here!" Loona shoved the primordial into his arms. "He's been whining for you!"

"Look I'm sorry I just—" Noctis froze at the sudden punch to his arm. "Loona did you—"

"That's for scaring him!" She snapped before slapping him this time.

Every Cannibal in the dining room gawked at the hellhound for her blatant assault even though she hurt her hand more than she hurt hurt him. They expected him to be a divine beast and do something after having someone beneath him actually try and cause harm, but he just stood there and took it while Octavia resumed slapping his chest.

Noctis just stood there though and took it as he tried to comfort the whimpering primordial.

"I'm sorry." He said quietly.

"Sorry doesn't fix you being a selfish dick!" Loona raised her hackles again and snapped her jaws. "You're lucky you're cool but you have two hellhounds to raise so fucking man up and act like an alpha!"

"Yes maam." He didn't even try to argue.

It was going to be a long day for him now, and it didn't help that all three were now ganging up on him.

"Sucks to be him." Husk chuckled while pouring a little whiskey in his bowl of soup, earning curious glances from a few cannibals. "Goes to show being a parent is more important than being a godlike being."

Meanwhile on a beach in Heaven...

Sun, ocean, and sand—the perfect combination of a relaxing evening with the heavenly sun beaming on her flawless skin as she laid on her beach chair having a quiet drink. Seven years of isolation from her family, from the truths she kept to herself and buried deep to maintain her perfect life in paradise.

However…..

"Haven't heard from you in ages?" Her voice was elegantly sweet, but perhaps too sweet underneath the mockery that edge as she watched the waves crash and the sound of footsteps behind her in the same.

She bothered to pay not a shred of attention or even a glance at the angel that boldly approached and stood next to her to share the same view.

"Lilith….." Sera said smoothly, her body tense with trauma from her latest loneliness with Adam, bruises hidden beneath her robe.

Lilith, the queen of hell and Charlie's mother, finally glanced with a side eye to the seraphim and saw how the horror of Adam still went on after thousands of years.

"Still playing the savior of your council." She mocked in a gentle tone, making Sera tighten with anxiety and a long chained rage.

Every fiber of the seraphim wanted nothing more to crush Adam as always, but she kept herself ground like usual with a deep inhale of breath.

Not that it stopped the hellish queen from being cruel.

"I'm surprised that little man hasn't tired of your body." She laughed quietly.

God how Sera wanted to smash her head in the sand but remained composed for the conversation to come.

"I didn't come to banter." The high seraphim turned to the unapologetic demoness sipping on her drink. "I came to inform you that Adam might be ending very soon."

"Oh?" Now that piqued Lilith's interest in enough to bring her sunglasses down a smidge to look up to the angel. "And how do you plan that when he has you all in his palm?"

"Or in this case…." She eyed the tense Angel up and down. "Has you at his beck and call for his male urges."

Sera's wings bristled at the taunting comment but she stayed her form still and spoke firmly.

"Romna is back."

Lilith was a strong and composed woman but nothing could prepare her for those three little words. She showed actual emotion and dropped her glass in the sand as the fogging revelation chipped away a wall of emotion she had put up so long ago.

"You lie." She breathed the shock out before her fists clenched so tightly her knuckles turned white. "I saw you kill him."

Sera stared back at the ocean dismissively and sat down in the sand, her sore body disregarding all elegance as a seraphim whilst feeling Lilith bore that scrutinizing gaze into the side of her head.

"Is this some cruel joke?" She began to laugh bitterly. "Because I find nothing amusing about—"

"He was reincarnated." Sera interrupt.

Lilith froze for but a moment before disbelief could be expression underneath her anger. "That's impossible. Once an angel dies their soul is cast to oblivion!"

"Not if it was her." Sera implied whilst casting a shell into the water, her mind rippling like the the waves that filled her memory."

Lilith knew exactly who Sera was talking about and looked away in though.

"Natasha…." She breathed the name as though it were new on her tongue yesterday, her gaze shadowed with understanding. "So it's happening as she predicted. The past horrors are..." she dared not think about them.

"They are coming back to haunt us, and Lyoria has already returned." Sera finished with a grim outlook.

"The first flaw." Lilith hated the idea of the first angel being back. "Is he….."

"Resealed for now by unknown ally." Sera answered.

"Good." Lilith felt some relief knowing it wasn't time to worry, but now her mind clouded with thoughts. "And where is your son now?"

"In hell with your daughter." Sera smirked at feeling the demoness bristle her power. "And she claimed him as her mate."

Lilith groaned out frustration at such a thing, knowing how passionate her own daughter could be and the fact things were now very complicated.

She could only imagine the drama that could or has unfolded as she facepalmed and huffed.

"Tell me Beezlebub isn't….."

"She knows and isn't letting go." Sera widened her grin and listened to Lilith mutter incoherently.

"So why tell me?" Lilith spat in the midst of materializing another drink in her hand, needing the alcohol to calm her nerves. "It's not my problem."

"No but you still care about him." Sera stated matter of factly and stood up to approach her. "Tell me, do you think my son can beat Adam?"

"Beat?" Lilith questioned, and then laughed at such a stupid question. "Of course Romna can. Adam is but a flea in comparison to his power!"

Sera remained unconvinced of the answer as Lilith laughed on and on about the comparison.

"I mean what the fuck do you expect!?" Lilith asked in a mocking tone before she realized how serious Sera was.

Her laughter died out with knowing the severity that a mother's love was as intense as a volcano erupting. The way Sera now carried herself just now, the concern mixed with fear, Lilith could see and even sense that something was off.

"What's wrong?"

"Adam has control of Michael." Sera answered, making the demoness herself slowly stand up finally.

Lilith's face became one of shock and concern before she asked with her emotional walls cracking again.

"How?" She asked with slight trepidation.

Sera glared to her in a way that had not been seen since the first extermination, and it downright terrified even the strongest individuals with how someone angelic could appear so menacing.

Lilith shivered but dared not show fear when the high seraphim answered her so coldly it almost brought back memories of Lucifer's fall.

"He's using the binding sigil that was once used to control defiant exorcists in training."

"Of course that rotund prick is." Lilith scoffed, knowing the bitter truth behind that sigil. "You're wanting to know if he can beat Michael and Adam?"

Sera barely shook her own head before looking away. "No. I want to know if Michael can be saved or if my son will have to kill him."

"Why?" Lilith asked harshly, and she wasn't going to like the answer.

Even the truth was a bitter taste coming off Sera's tongue as she spoke it with such disdain.

"Because he altered it where he can take Michael's grace."

Now that took Lilith by surprise, she had heard of many forbidden rituals and spells done before the fall of the garden but never in her existence did she hear about an angel stealing another's grace.

"I don't know if Romna can—"

"No." Sera interrupted. "His name is Noctis now."

Lilith was growing tired of this banter and rolled her eyes as she swirled her drink.

"Okay fine. Noctis, that's his name. I don't know if he can save Michael at that point."

"Any suggestions?" Sera asked before throwing another sea shell into the ocean.

"I don't know." Lilith yelled out of irritation. "Maybe if he can somehow burn the sigil off."

Sera didn't like how far fetched that sounded but it was the best answer she could get from the demoness that showed how much she was finished with this conversation by walking away to find another peaceful spot on the beach.

"Don't bother me again." She ordered Sera coldly before that slight hint of something else, maybe affection, escaped her breath.

She barely looked back at the desperate angel, hiding what may have been the first sign of care both in her eyes and tone

"And...I'm glad he's back."

What they didn't know was that Jophiel had been listening in secrecy and disappeared in her own light.

Back at Hazbin Hotel...Nightime

The hellish sky dimmed as it cascaded over the city, chaos ensuing by the nightly territory wars between lesser overlords. Fires burning both the streets and some people while those who survived were still caught in the crossfire. Screams would echo along the city limits while everyone tucked into bed for the night to prepare for a little training of their own with the angelic weapons Carmilla provided.

Noctis was tired as is from all the scolding and frankly all the smacking he received from Octavia and Loona. Stolas wasn't any better about how a lord should not leave in the middle of his training and abandon his child.

He carried himself tall still and entered the penthouse with the primordial to see Charlie and Vaggie were already changed for bed but having different motives of sleep. Vaggie was already in her spot and anxious underneath her tough facade if he would even come to bed.

Charlie on the other hand just stood there with a picture in hand that she hand drew herself as part of the apology she came up with. Her eyes were still puffy and burning from all the crying she did, possibly dried out with how hard she blinking to make them water.

Noctis was even sure what to think of some childish drawing that showed him holding hands with both girls and the two hellhounds on his shoulders while the words I am sorry were in the background.

His gaze shifted to the hopeful but lip-quivering princess that just stared, his response expected but also terrifying when he didn't know the full story.

Finally he asked and took the drawing.

"Why did you do that deal?"

Charlie flinched at that question and was overcome with guilt again.

"I didn't mean to get Max involved." She whimpered loudly and looked back in her room where it all started. "It was meant for me."

Vaggie didn't move from the bed as Charlie hugged herself tightly from feeling even smaller than ever under Noctis' judgmental stare. If it was at all possible the young princess would simply shrink down and hide away somewhere.

"I'm at fault to." He sighed admittedly, stunning them both with his guilty confession. "Last night when I came home I snuck out of the goetia palace. I let my stress get to me."

There was mild silence before Charlie spoke to him.

"So this whole time….." she paused and raised her eyebrows in realizing the hypocrisy.

Noctis took the drawing and waved it into Moira's album with his power before it was time to swallow his pride and admit his own fault.

The album glowed for a minute in the darkness of their bedroom, cascading briefly the look of hurt on Charlie's face before she composed herself.

"That's not fair." She stated firmly as Vaggie watched. "You get onto me for my mistake while hiding what you did."

"I know."

He tried to look away but found himself forcefully turned by his mate when she grabbed his chin.

"Look at me!"

Noctis flinched at the order but looked at Charlie right in her eyes.

"What was your plan?" She asked with both arms crossed. "Come home for a little bit and then go back with no repercussions!?"

"Hey I'm not the one who made a fucking deal with Alastor!" He raised his voice defensively.

Charlie recoiled at that fact but stood her ground and while the tension grew. She knew she wasn't the only one at fault and planned to make sure Noctis knew he was just as inexperienced as she was.

Or so she thought….

Before she could flare her horns like Noctis she was surprised by Vaggie hopping out of bed to get between them with both of her hands keeping them at bay.

"That's enough. The three of us fucked up in our own way and it's affecting our relationship!"

"I'm not the one who left a child with strangers!" Charlie yelled defensively.

"Yeah well I'm not the one who got OUR kid in a deal with an overlord!" Noctis yelled back at.

"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!"

"IT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!"

Noctis and Charlie were not done at all with letting their emotions out. At this point they didn't about the relationship part and were more focused in on fighting as Max's parents while the primordial was still in his arm and just watching the drama unfold.

They started shouting and yelling at eachother with Vaggie in the middle and growing annoyed very quickly by the fact she was tired as is.

Meanwhile downstairs…..

"Lovers' quarrel." Rosie chuckled warmly before a quick sip of her blood-honey tea.

"Some days I do not miss that kind of tension." Carmilla admitted with a smirk as she listened with her fellow overlord at the muffled shouting echoing down the halls.

Rosie nodded solemnly and sipped on her tea some more. "I don't miss all the petty drama, it's why I ate my first husband."

She looked down at her cup and remembered in her reflection of that day that made her a cannibal.

"Then again the taste wasn't as sweet back then," she shrugged off her own grievance of the past. "But he did try to eat me first."

Suddenly the shouting of Charlie and Noctis ceased completely throughout the hotel and both the cannibals and the friends could finally sleep peacefully in the darkness with a still very irked Alastor patrolling and plotting his revenge against Noctis.

"Was that perhaps too quick?" Rosie asked, her hollow gaze fixed on the ceiling.

Carmilla glared up at the ceiling, her suspicions concerning as a mother growing. She stood up and adjusted her sleeping hellhound grandson in both arms before making her way out of the lounge room.

"Finally." Husk groaned with relief and collapsed behind his bar.

Carmilla rolled her eyes at Husk's complaining and made her way upstairs with Rosie to find out why Noctis and Charlie stopped fighting so abruptly.

"Maybe they made up?" Rosie pondered with a mischievous smile. "They are young."

"No," Carmilla shook her head and rocked Max as he started to fuss. "That was too quick to be a simple kiss and make-up scenario."

The confusion continued to grow as they wandered floor to floor to figure out what had happened. When they reached the penthouse of the hotel they heard groans from both individuals that sounded as though they were in pain. Carmilla was tense now with maternal instinct kicking in before they reached the door that was cracked open slightly.

"Oh my." Rosie peaked inside first and stifled a giggle before she leaned away.

Carmilla peaked in next and gasped to find that no matter how strong a person may be there was always the one deciding factor in a relationship— the one in control always won.

She watched intently as her son kneeled on the floor with Charlie, both groaning even more while Vaggie had them at her mercy.

"Are you two done fighting?" She asked firmly, emphasizing her lack of tolerance with a firm squeeze of their groins.

Noctis and Charlie could barely nod from the pain, but unfortunately were forced to double over in said pain when Vaggie squeezed even harder.

"Vaggie, mercy." He wheezed whilst tapping the floor with his hand to surrender.

"We will be good." Charlie was turning red with agony of her nethers being crushed.

"Good!" Vaggie snapped hatefully but refused to let go. "Because I'm sick of all the fighting ever since my former life was revealed. I'm tired of it. We all fucked up and it's time to let go."

"But—" Noctis felt his eyes bulge when she gave a hard twist. "YOURE GONNA BREAK IT!!!"

"Are you done?" Vaggie enunciated, getting rapid nods from him.

"YES NOW LET GO OF MY JUNK!"

"Well that's one way to get the fighting to stop." Rosie whispered amusedly and shrugged. "I guess now we know who is in charge."

Carmilla nodded silently and watched with her own smile at how her child had godlike power but was ultimately defeated by something so simple by one of his mates.

Meanwhile in The Court of Sins….

"And you're sure he has grown into his power?" Asked a titanic demon in his seat, his draconic features brightening in the hellish moonlight that glowed through the skylight above.

The halls were empty save for five other demons that gathered in the courtroom at his command after Ozzy was dismissed of the order to retrieve Noctis. This wrathful demon glared at his colleagues intently but stopped on the only one that mattered the most for her insight.

"Well, Beezlebub?" His deeply masculine voice gave no room for argument or excuse.

Beezlebub looked strangely serious amongst her fellow sins that watched as she composed the answer she gathered from her little visit earlier today without interrupting.

"He's still growing, Satan." She answered from her seat. "And he's already establishing his place."

"Elaborate." The draconic demon rumbled his voice.

She took in a breath and explained to the detail of her memory.

"The radio demon struck a deal that went fubar when Noctis' son touched him. The princess screwed up and let it be known."

"And how is that fucking relevant?" A jester-themed demon sneered with crossed arms as his black and green themed attire jingled from the bells.

"Quiet Mammon!" Satan barked, making the greedy sin flinch and grumble under his breath. "Continue Bee."

Beezlebub gave Mammon the bird and stuck her tongue before she resumed her proud yet snarky explanation.

"So anyway, my hubby kind of lost his shit and attacked the radio demon."

"Obvious response since he is a father." Ozzy pointed out, getting a nod of agreement from everyone.

"Oh it gets better." Beezlebub gave them all a dangerously wicked smile, her eyes burning with hunger and lust. "Noctis had him by the throat and threatened his life, scared the absolute shit out of that little frequency fucktard."

"Why did he no fight back?" A two-head demon spoke, her left head being the voice but both being curious of their reincarnated friend.

"He couldn't," Beezlebub laughed heartily. "Because Noctis overwhelmed Alastor with his power."

Satan puzzled his chin on that answer and narrowed his gaze, his mind playing both logic and memory of their past with Romna to try and understand what exactly they were dealing with.

"So Romna is truly reincarnated and growing into the power he never got to harness." He pointed out to Beezlebub.

She agreed quite rudely with a dismissive wave of her hand.

"Pffft! Dude my hubby is growing big time. I'd say by the time he reaches full power he will—"

"Can we stop talking about his power!?" A sheep-like demon with purple fluff spoke out of turn, her melting candle on her head burning mildly brighter by the emotions she let out.

All eyes turned in surprise to their fellow son actually showing something other than being the sloth she usually is around meetings such as this. None of them, not even the hotly tempered Satan, expected her to speak up and show emotion for the one person that still mattered somewhat in their hearts.

"And why shouldn't we?" Mammon asked with a roll of his eyes. "Come on Bel. We got a real powerhouse back from the dead and—"

"Silence." Satan interrupted, making the greedy demon snarl but stay quiet once more.

"Fucking asshole." Mammon muttered.

"Go on Belphegor." The wrathful son beckoned her.

Belphegor moved her eyes around each sin and expressed wholeheartedly her perspective on the matter about Noctis, even going as far as showing a smile and a brim of tears that wanted to escape.

"Romna is back and you're all worried about his power. We should be celebrating that he has come back from the dead and is now here to help end the extermiantions."

"Bel it isn't like that." Satan responded firmly.

"Then what is it!?" She raised her voice and slammed her hands on the table. "Why aren't we going out there and seeing him!?"

She leaned back in her seat, sniffling and growing more teary-eyed at the memories though long dead while Beezlebub and Ozzy comforted her.

"I miss my best friend. I miss having him around because he didn't care about what we looked like. He treated us as people."

"We know, honey." Beezlebub hushed her in gentle smile and rubbed her arm.

"Emotional much." Mammon huffed but was given no attention from any of the other sins.

This was much harder for the Sin of Sloth than what it was for the others, maybe even as strongly heartbreaking as it was for Beezlebub when they both were the closest things to Romna. They knew all too well from the history in heaven how she was not just mistreated for being different but also mocked by other angels for how laid back she was. Nobody understood or even tried to understand how she could be angel back then, but it never stopped Romna from being her friend or her protector.

Satan surprisingly softened his voice and expression for her as he spoke.

"Bel, we are assessing this new version of him not just for our benefit but to be sure that he is ready." He gestured to Beezlebub and Ozzy. "You heard them, Lyoria had come back and now this Noctis is going to be fighting both Adam and Michael."

"Then why not help him?" Belphegor asked on the spot. "Why not help out?"

"It's not that easy sweetie." Ozzy said gently in hope of leveling her concerns. "He has to find his own path and we can't intervene."

"Can we at least see him?" She asked her colleagues with hope filled in her voice.

"In time." Satan nodded to her before his gaze hardened. "But for right now we need to sit back and watch how this plays out. If what Beezlebub said is true about him being mated to Charlie then we could be looking at a diplomatic conflict with Lucifer."

"Meaning what?" Levi leaned in with both her heads tilting in expectancy.

His gaze darkened and the room fell into a grim atmosphere.

"It means Lucifer could be overthrown, and we all know that won't be pretty should Charlie take up her position one day as queen of hell."

Everone grimaced at the idea for the potential conflict and wondered just how much danger this could put Noctis in if they decided to do something about Lucifer and his absence. They knew the lazy king all too well for his pride and lack of empathy for anyone that was a threat to his throne, even amongst old friends.

"Noctis has no desire for the throne." Beezlebub pointed out dismissively.

"Regardless, by being mated to the princess he's automatically made himself consort and there are laws even he must come to abide within time." Satan countered in a strangely calm and mature tone with his arms crossed.

"Can we please just focus on how he is our reincarnated friend?" Belphegor asked almost pleadingly, just before a flash of light had come and gone above them with a worried angel make her entrance.

"Yes let's worry about that." Said Angel spoke elegantly and startled the sins as she descended.

"Jophiel!?" Satan snapped at her and grew instantly to his true size, slamming his fists on the desk as the flames around them erupted. "YOU HAVE SOME FUCKING NERVE!"

Jophiel only offered a sad smile at his known rage and landed in the center as the others grew to their own sizes and scowled down at her.

"I did not come to fight. I'm here to only talk."

Mammon smirked sadistically at how surprisingly calm she was and guessed that it came from her previous encounters with them.

"You got some balls on ya missy, coming into our realm like this and not thinking we wouldn't pull you apart."

Jophiel didn't know what it was exactly that made the room suddenly lose temperature, but she had to assume it was from Belohegor who showed her jagged teeth and radiated a coldness even with her blazing candle.

"I'm here to warn you." Jophiel said, a little more somber. "Adam plans to wipe out hell and he has control of Michael."

"No shit." Beezlebub spat hatefully, quite rudely from her spot in surrounding the Angel. "We already know because I told them. So why the fuck are you here?"

Jophiel sighed, knowing it was a foolish attempt on her behalf to try and hold the truth away.

"Fine. Maybe I am concerned about my old friends since Adam will be here in a few days to wipe out all of you."

"Wipe out all of hell, we know." Mammon laughed at her so deeply his saliva marked on her skin. "You think that fat fuck can do that!?"

"He can." Jophiel assured, and glared over her shoulder. "Especially when he altered the sigil to control Michael."

Silence overtook the six sins, passing through them like a fearful wash of water over their animosity that doused away.

"What do you mean altered?" Satan asked after a long and hard minute of suspicion, leaning down with two critical eyes on her.

The gentle angel herself expressed grimly the threat that loomed over both Heaven and Hell as she glared up to him.

"If Adam wanted to he could take Michael's grace for his own and make himself the strongest archangel."

All the sins shrank down and fell back in their seats, this faces frozen with terror at such an unholy act. It was always known that Adam was not just evil but very sadistic and willing to do anything to make himself rule over heaven. They knew this all too well when they were banished from heaven after sacrificing their own grace long ago to try and revive Romna.

But this alone, not even they would wish for something so cruel.

"He could…..steal….Michael's grace?" Levi asked from both of her heads, shivering with fear.

"Why hasn't Sera done anything?" Ozzy asked on the spot.

Jophiel turned around to look at Ozzy and she quickly flapped her wings to close in, before expressing her anger about the situation.

"Because the sigil is built to where angelic power cannot touch it. That's why I'm here, to see if you all know a way to stop it."

The sins looked back and forth at one another with not a clue as to how anything could be used to save Michael—save for Satan who puzzled his chin thoughtfully before an old memory surfaced from his brief glances at the spells Romna studied when he first became the leviathan.

"Maybe not break," he puzzled some more while Jophiel flew up to his eye level. "But it might be possible to save him."

"How?" Jophiel pleaded to the Sin of Wrath, even so bravel landing on his nose. "Please tell me you know something!"

Satan sighed, knowing it was a long shot.

"Noctis is reincarnated from Romna and has the power god bestowed him, correct?"

Jophiel nodded and listened intently with the other sins.

"Okay well there is a spell in that book Metatron wrote."

"The heaven grimoire." Jophiel said questioningly, earning a nod from the sin. "Well what is it?"

He growled at his own foggy memory whilst trying to figure out how to explain it.

"I don't remember the exact name of it but it can powerup the user and force their full potential to be drawn out. Maybe Noctis can use it to overload Michael's grace to burn the sigil off."

"What the catch?" Beezlebub asked, showing that she was invested now as Satan expressed concern.

"If his body isn't acclimated....it will overload his energy and set him off like a bomb."

Everyone went silent at the draconic demon, their fear as wide as their eyes and their minds wrapped around the fact that it was a gamble of life.

"He's not ready..." Beezlebub whispered to herself.

That same night in Heaven

"I'm sorry but what!?" Gabriel spoke out of turn from his seat in the council room, his mind skeptical and worried like the other council members.

Jophiel stood in the center with all eyes on her, especially Sera who remained silent but angry at knowing this revelation concluded her own colleague had spied on her about Lilith. She didn't speak of it though when there was no telling if Adam was around and keeping an open ear on them.

"You went down to hell and confronted the sins!?" Uriel shouted questioningly and slammed his fists on his desk. "Are you insane to ask them for knowledge on how to save Michael!?"

"I did what was necessary!" Jophiel screamed back at the archangel and flew up to his place in the council room.

She confronted the archangel, who was surprised by her boldness when her representation was beauty and elegance.

"This is not just about saving Heaven and Hell from Adam, it is about saving Michael as well because his life is danger as well!"

"But you had no authority to—"

"DAMN THE AUTHORITY!" Jophiel interrupted, screeching her angelic voice so strongly she shook the entire room.

"Jophiel please!" Emily didn't like how this was going, but then again she never like conflict and was a pacifist. "Please calm down!"

"I will not!" Jophiel barked at the flinching seraphim who hid behind the disgruntled Sera.

The council was in a state of desperation as is with hoping and relying on Noctis fulfilling his destiny as the leviathan, but that alone was what set Jophiel off and have herself a screaming rant both emotional and needy for clarity.

"You all forget the most important thing!" She cried in the air, spinning gracefully with her wings as they all saw her cry for the first time in thousands of years.

"What are we forgetting?" Sera asked firmly with Emily clung to her hip.

"You forget Noctis!" She spun and confronted Sera personally. "He is not just our sword and shield against Adam. He is one of us but most importantly he is a scared young man who is working so hard to make himself ready for the fight to come."

She zoomed up to Sera and screamed her heart out, hoping the seraphim would understand.

"He is your son!"

"I'm well aware of that!" Sera raised her voice. "What is your point!?"

"My point!" Jophiel laughed in disbelief of how even her own leader couldn't understand. "My point is that underneath the man we see there is still a scared little boy that is going to be fighting the first man and the strongest archangel."

She closed in on the glaring seraphim, watching the anger rise and hoping for a response.

"Don't you get it? Your son may be strong but he is still terrified. Your little boy is about to fight our mistakes. Can't you see that?"

"You think I don't?" Sera growled as her wings began to open with their eyes. "You think I don't understand what's at stake?"

"Please stop fighting." Emily whimpered but was ignored by the two as the council watched in silence.

Jophiel scowled beneath those tears of hers and pushed the very last button any angel would dare press on the high seraphim, and she didn't boldly out of her own love and pain for the man she loved as a brother.

"I don't know. We were all there on the day you stabbed him in the heart. So tell me, high seraphim, where are you now amongst all this chaos?"

In that one moment of conflict Jophiel had pushed Sera over her limit as both a leader and more importantly as a mother. She unleashed a terrible hawk-like screech and snapped completely from her broken composure, turning into a massive swan-like bird with a display of many eyes both in her wings and body.

The temperature in the room itself dropped to almost freezing as Sera rose out of her seat and screamed everything she had at Jophiel. Her power radiated as a dark light that cast in shadows that worried the rest of the council.

"You think I don't know this? I am his mother. I am his creator and in his previous life I was his destroyer. And now I must sit back and watch as MY CHILD, MY BABY, corrects all of my mistakes with Adam and extermiantion day."

Sera shoved her back with a gust of her wings and continued to unleash her pain, uncaring if the council saw her for what was beyond a leader—a grieving mother.

"You do not understand the pain and torment I feel every single day ever since he came back to us, Jophiel. I know he is scared. I know he is uncertain...…and it eats away my soul to know that he must fight my battles for me BECAUSE I HAVE FAILED MISERABLY AS A MOTHER!!!"

Jophiel was stunned and afraid now, her wings shivering as she flapped them a couple of times to make space. It didn't help her though when Sera was there in her face again and screaming her heart out as the tears of a broken mother gushed out of all her eyes and puddled onto the floor.

"THERE IS NO GREATER JUDGMENT AND HATRED THAN MY OWN WHEN I HAVE WATCHED MY BABY FALL AND RISE AGAIN BECAUSE OF ME!"

Nobody said a word after she screamed, not even Emily who always had something to say or do in order to comfort her sister. But how could she do anything to help a broken mother that collapsed so emotionally that she was falling to her knees after changing back.

"I can't breathe…." Sera heaved her breath and felt her chest tighten.

The council seemed to close in around her as the emotions she locked away unchained those god-awful memories of her sins against Romna. She breathed erratically and cried on the floor with flashing imagery of her hands soaked in the blood of her child, her cries sending panic around the room.

"Sera!" Emily yelled and flew down with a bow guilt-ridden Jophiel.

The two landed hastily and touched the high seraphim on her shoulders, but found only that haunting look of recollection poisoning her dilated eyes.

"Sera calm down!" Jophiel pleaded sharply.

"I'm sorry." Sera cried, staring at her hands and seeing the blood as if it was reality. "I'm sorry my darling. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry."

"She's having a panic attack!" Jophiel knew this all too well from the beginning of Romna's death the first time. "Emily, go to the hotel. Get Noctis now!"

"But what if Adam comes in and—"

"Now!" Jophiel snapped, startling the seraphim into disappearing in a watery portal.

As soon as Emily was she turned her attention back to Sera, grasping her leader tightly in a hug and shielding her in a winged cocoon.

"Breathe Sera!" Jophiel tried to hold herself together as she spoke desperately. "Noctis is coming."

"I need my son!" Sera started pulling at the feathers in her hair. "Where is my son!? Where is my baby!?"

Nobody, not even the other archangels knew what to do with this situation. They could do almost anything within their power to be angelic beings for the greater good, but to comfort a mother was a battle they could not win.

So they all watched as she cried in Jophiel's arms, praying silently for Emily to hurry back.

Meanwhile at Hazbin Hotel—Nightime

A few minutes earlier

The heat of the penthouse radiated in Charlie's bathtub, the water easing both her mind and her body as she laid back against Noctis' chest. She breathed out the tension from earlier and moaned softly to the bliss of his hands running down her arms and shoulders with sudsy soap she personally wanted.

The fight from before seemed to lack existence after Vaggie got Max and the Prinordial to bed before having enough of the drama and simply went to bed without them, knowing they needed to get things off their chest.

Plus she was just pissy.

"I'm sorry." She whispered down to the rippling water, her reflection coming in clear of the regret from her fubar deal with Alastor.

"Me too." Noctis said and continued to admire her body with each little tender scrub of her skin, his touch as soft as the loofa she picked out.

"Are we still us?" She asked and materialized the shackle of the mate bond, feeling it hum with her powers as it connected their wrists.

Noctis sighed and smiled with a kiss to her head. "Yes baby. We still are. We're just shitty at parenting."

Charlie giggled quietly at that and relaxed herself completely in the water, melting against his body after he changed out of his transformation.

She loved Noctis more as himself and tolerated just the wings and halo-crown more. To have as this, more human like he was before they found out he was a divine beast, it gave a deeper sense of peace than she would admit.

She smiled at their reflection in the water when it came clear again and took a breath of courage, her mind locked in on her secret.

"Do you ever wonder what it would be like if we had babies?"

"Babies?" He questioned, blinking at the possibility as she nodded nervously with a hand on her stomach.

"Yeah. You. Me. Vaggie. The three of us having our own." She looked up to him with hope to the idea. "I always wanted a big family."

"Bigger than what we have now?" He chuckled playfully. "I mean we already have Angel to wrangle."

Charlie knew he was being a tease and gently smacked his chest. "I'm serious. I want the three of us to have a big family when things get better."

"I mean yeah I've always wanted kids." He finally admitted, sparking her hope like a wildfire as he pondered such a future. "I think I'd want two."

"I want five." She countered playfully.

The silence played with only a small echo of Vaggie snoring with Max and the primordial in the bedroom. Noctis was in quietude but all-around nervous that the smiling princess was daydreaming about having so many children around the hotel.

"Five…." He gulped thickly and laughed with an edge of concern.

Charlie ignored his reaction and simply adjusted in the tub. She grinned mischievously and played her game of teasing him to arousal whilst tapping a finger to her chin with thought.

"I'm thinking the best name on the list I made would be Noctina." (Knock-teen-uh)

"What!?" Noctis turned completely red whilst adjusting to Charlie moving to straddle him, locking her legs around his waist.

She gently nuzzled in his neck and felt what had to be those instincts of his escaping for a moment when he shivered and purred.

"Oh is my beast enjoying this?" She teased with a soft nip of the scar from her bite, relishing how their bond was from her ownership.

"Charlie stop." Noctis begged though there was no edge in his tone. "I don't have control over—"

Charlie interrupted him with a kiss, giggling against his lips while the warmth of the water increased magically from his power radiating.

She pulled away with a nip of his lower lip and whispered lustfully, "Maybe we should work on that right now."

Noctis shook off the fog her seduction put on his mind and stiffened when her hand reached where it shouldn't right now. It was only natural for his arousal to grow with the few strokes Charlie started giving while her horns sprouted on her hairline.

"Maybe we should practice on making those babies." She reached back to take what belonged to her and prepared herself to have her own fun. "I never got alone time with you like Vaggie did."

Noctis opened his mouth and shut it, wondering if this was his gentle princess or her demon tendencies coming out as she started to sink on his tip.

"Horny demon." He commented before grunting from the feeling of her walls vicing when she clenched.

Unfortunately he had to be the bigger person and he hated. God how he hated having to stop this when Charlie was letting herself go for the first time without interruptions.

He grabbed Charlie by her shoulders and held her from moving. "Baby wait."

"No." Charlie whined pitifully and moved her lower half. "Need you now."

Oh fuck how that turned him on, but again he had to stop her.

"Charlie we are about to go to war." He reminded, ruining the moment with his words. "We need to get back on track before even thinking about kids. Plus we already have two and—"

"I'm on a spell." She whined, grabbing his wrists and forcing his hands away as the water waved and splashed out onto the floor. "I just want you."

"A spell?" Noctis questioned before a hard grunt was forced out by her pelvis thrusting against him.

Charlie nodded and moaned quietly to not wake Vaggie, draping her hair over him.

"Yes baby. I can't get pregnant unless I turn it off." She panted before blinking to show her demon eyes, growling like the unholy creature she becomes when needy. "Now shut up and let me fuck you."

Noctis went wide eyed as it all made sense now how he had sex with her and Vaggie without repercussions. He had no doubt now that Vaggie was probably on the same spell as Charlie and nodded before leaning back in the tub to give better access.

"Good boy." She purred, moving her hips in circles.

Charlie gripped his shoulders as tears of ecstasy fall with each thrust of her pelvis, devouring his cock again and again.

"Charlie! Oh fuck—" Noctis tried to form words but the pleasure overwhelmed his senses until he was growling like a beast, his instincts taking control.

A laugh both proud and playful escaped the demoness as she played with fire with how hard Noctis was trying to control himself, her legs trembling around him.

Each thrust of her wet the entire floor of the bathroom, splashing and seeping from under the door.

"Come on baby. Let it out." She instigated his lack of control for a more rough treatment. "I wanna feel it."

His entire body quivered uncontrollably, his senses completely abandoned with a snarl as he grabbed her rear and bucked in the water.

"Yes baby. ...that's it." Charlie panted between her moans, looking deep into those eyes that radiated power. "I love you. I love you so much!"

She hugged Noctis tightly but bit down when one of her secret kinks was finally made fruition. She drew blood and suckled between moans after Noctis sank his fangs into her shoulder and bucked to match her pace. It was nothing like before for the princess when she recalled every wonderful session being that she and Vaggie were in control.

But this right now, this possessive grip Noctis had as she thrusted up to match in the splashing tub, this was him finally taking dominance of her body and fucking her like she wanted.

"Harder." She begged without a care if Vaggie woke up. "Baby harder."

Noctis stood up with Charlie and pinned her against the wall as his blood and hers dripped from their shoulders and fell into the tub, mixing with a powerful glow and becoming a golden orange before diluting in their magic.

Charlie noticed it but didn't think to wonder how in-sync that was just now, not when her mind was almost blank from Noctis thrusting up inside her and biting down on her shoulder again.

Her body shuddered with each thrust of his cock hitting her spot, breaking her control so easily that it made her hiss before her tail came out.

"I can be an animal too." She hissed between moans and did what she loved with her tail like the first time in heaven.

Noctis didn't even think to understand what his princess meant and growled with greater arousal at the only spot her tail could intrude his body.

"What's the matter baby?" She asked darkly, pushing her tail deeper to taunt and invoke his instincts. "Can't handle your princess fucking you while you fuck her?"

Noctis completely lost from there, his control finally slipped and gone as the gentlness in his eyes became sheer animalistic wanting for her to be under him.

Charlie had finally pushed him too far in her neediness and yelped as she laid on the soaked floor and rammed repeatedly by her mate that didn't even pay attention to her tail moving inside him.

This was her deep down, the real Charlie Morningstar that briefly came out from time to time— a demon truly like her parents that loved dangerously and possessively, and now she moaned through her laughter while the pressure became unbearable.

"Harder!" She snarled, ripping her claws around his back and drawing blood. "Harder my beast!"

Noctis was blank with anything but lust. His eyes completely locked in on his mate that showed just how kinky she could be by licking the blood from her claws.

"Tasty." She purred.

He thrusted harder and bit down on the same mark he just put on her, feeling her walls clench tightly.

Charlie bit down as well, and the two of them screamed against one another as their shared orgasm crashed over. They came together and their bodies spasmed violently.

Noctis collapsed on the demoness in the water, completely spent and breathing heavily as she hugged his form possessively.

"I love you." Charlie whispered, licking her mark.

"I love you too." He whispered back, kissing the same mark he gave her as they both changed back to normal for the most part.

When they finally had enough energy to get up they were barely able to robe themselves when suddenly a portal opened in the bedroom and alarmed Vaggie from her slumber.

"What the fuck!?" She yelled.

Noctis and Charlie darted out of the bathroom to find their former angel poised and ready with max and the primordial crying from being woken up and without any of the three adults.

Confusion didn't last for long though when a very upset Emily shot out.

"Noctis!"

"Emily!?" The three lovers said by surprise.
