"Huh, I think I disturbed you. I'll take my leave and talk to you later when you're free." Amon bowed slightly, already preparing to escape the room. He was just going to turn away, but someone interrupted him,
"No need. Come inside," Selena said in her usual authoritative voice.
Amon stiffened. "Bu-but Her Majesty is here..."
"Mother came here to speak with the Headmistress. Since their conversation is already over, she decided to visit me before leaving."
Selena looked directly at him, seemingly unconcerned by her mother's presence. To her, the situation appeared completely normal.
"Does my presence make you this uncomfortable, young man?" The Queen finally turned her head and looked directly at Amon.
"No!"
Amon immediately stepped inside and closed the door behind him. He walked toward the desk before kneeling on one knee.
"It is an honor to meet you again, Your Majesty."
