"Stop laughing like a fucking idiot!" I throw a twig at Rowan's head, who is turning red second by second.
He burst into deep, loud laughter for the hundredth time today. He holds his stomach and bends, holding a tree on the side, and continues to laugh until he is wheezing.
"Seriously? Drop it, Rowan." Sam quietly comments from the other end.
Rowan wipes at his eyes, still chuckling. "I'm sorry. I just can't get that picture out of my head. Really Cyrus? You actually went down on your knees and begged her to come back."
"What's so funny about it? Are you saying you wouldn't do it if you were in a similar situation?" Lyra narrows her eyes at him, annoyed.
Rowan shivers as if disgusted. "Absolutely not! I won't ever do something that pathetic."
Lyra scoffs at him. "Who knows? You might do even worse and stop bullying my boyfriend, or else I'll attack you instead."
