VEYRA:"Okay, plan is"
She pulls up a holographic map.
"I already scoped out the place. We're safe at night. It's low on guards, but there's a man or woman on the inside."
AURORA:"That's me. I'll get the pass keys. They're only limited to bronze, silver, gold, and diamond for top officers. I'm a rookie there. A highly valued one."
RAIJI:"Always wanted to do one."
KIRO:"What's my job again? Do I get to punch someone?"
VEYRA:"Keep telling you no. Don't cause a scene right away. Try to beat up the first few. Allow them to call backup. Then my bombs go off."
She points at the map.
"Now, the big shot the Paladin will be alerted to your location. But due to four bombs, you won't run into him. That leaves the second bodyguard. She's a bit tricky."
KIRO:"Is it Aurora?"
RAIJI:"Do I take her?"
VEYRA:"No. Shut up."
Both of them zip it immediately.
VEYRA:"Both of you Aurora can take her. She's been stalking her the whole time. She'll give me the diamond key, unlock the door, and turn off the EMP so you can fight the Pastor."
She looks at Raiji.
"But the Paladin? He's yours, Raiji. He goes down one hundred percent of the time. Low chance he goes to Kiro but no. You fight him."
Raiji screams with joy.
RAIJI:"YES! REMATCH!"
RAIJI:"Just one more thing. I need to get my Baneblade repaired. It's not fully broken just chipped and cracked. Could use a good blacksmith."
VEYRA:"Isn't that the one I gave you months ago? Already broken?"
AURORA:"Don't repair it now. There are better blacksmiths in other places. And better materials. Only repair it if this sword has rare ores or other things used in it."
She stands up.
"Best choice? Go buy a new one. I'll take you."
Both of them leave.
As they approach a sword shop.

Look through a lot of swords.
Raiji looks at a red one.
The case sparkles that's how red it is.
RAIJI:"I like this one. So red."
AURORA:Looks for the store clerk."Mr. Clerk. We like this sword."
CLERK:"Which one, madam?"
A tall man walks in. 6'5". Wields a huge sword as tall as him.
He puts his hand on the glass case.
TALL MAN:"This one. Reserved. For me."
He looks at the clerk.
"Mark this one down as paid."
CLERK:"Yes, sir. Will do."
He turns to Aurora.
"Sorry. He got it before you."
RAIJI:"When?"
TALL MAN:"Just now."
Raiji's veins look ready to pop.
TALL MAN:"Guy with the weird face trying to scare me?"
AURORA (coughs):"That's unfair. We found it first, so we get it first. How much?"
CLERK:"Not for sale anymore."
AURORA:"How much?"
CLERK:"Fine... 150k."
TALL MAN:"Out of your price range, isn't it, scary-looking guy?"
He smirks.
"It's mine now."
RAIJI:"Nope. Still mine. I'll pay in full."
CLERK:"No. Not for sale."
RAIJI:"I'm not asking."
He grabs his cheap blade and points it at the clerk's face.
"Or must I cut you?"
AURORA:"Okay, okay. How about this? My friend fights this gentleman in a duel. First one to cut the other wins the sword."
Raiji lowers his blade from the clerk's face.
RAIJI:"Deal."
TALL MAN:"What? Vulcan? Fight him? Never."
AURORA:"Tall guy is scared. We win already."
TALL MAN:"How dare you? insult Vulcan"
His hand reaches for her throat
Raiji's hand grabs his wrist.
RAIJI:"No touching."
TALL MAN:"How dare you?"
The tall man looks very angry. About to blow.
The clerk looks nervous. Sweating bullets.
CLERK:"Sir, it's a good offer. Get them off your back. You are stronger, so no worry. Just a time waste for you. They can even pay for the sword on your part."
TALL MAN:"Fine."
He pulls his arm back.
"This 'weakling' has a strong grip. I'll try him."
Both men step outside.
They get into stance.
The tall guy takes out his blade.
About to swing
Raiji watches him.
Draw blade.
Swing.
In that second
Dodge.
Hyper slice through the ground.
Then goes for an equally fast slice
Tall guy dodges up into the air.
Tall guy blocks. Swing. Slice of fire.
Raiji is over him now.
Quick turnaround.
Raiji swings his blade.
Wind slice.
Tall guy blocks gets sent backward.
Raiji jumps. Blade to the side.
Cut on the tall guy's shoulder.
CLERK:"Oof... sorry, sir. You lost."
The tall guy puts away his blade.
Raiji huffs.
RAIJI:"Looks like you're weak too."
TALL GUY:"Me? Weak? Never."
He glares.
"What's your name, weakling?"
RAIJI:"Raiji."
TALL GUY:"Well, Raiji the Weakling... you're right to know my name. Don't forget it. I am Vulcan. Soon to be the strongest. And I want a real match soon. I mean... someday."
Raiji nods.
The tall man leaves.
The clerk sighs with relief.
CLERK:"Sorry about that. He's of loyal blood. What he says goes."
AURORA:"I could tell. You never thought that through. Who is he? Red... only could be Red Clan."
