"Ugh..."
Blake covered his mouth.
His stomach was still protesting violently.
They had gotten out of the elevator several minutes ago, but apparently that wasn't enough time for his body to forgive him.
His knees felt unsteady, and the strange sensation of having his entire stomach flipped upside down refused to disappear.
Myles immediately moved closer, holding him against his chest.
Blake leaned into him, breathing slowly.
"I didn't expect you to feel this bad."
"It's not really a big deal..."
Blake swallowed.
"...but next time, some warning would definitely help."
Myles was quiet for a moment.
"I'll warn you."
"Thank you."
Blake sighed heavily and straightened himself.
He took another breath.
"Okay. I'm alright now."
Myles loosened his hold.
"Can you walk?"
"Yes."
Blake stood properly, although he remained close to Myles for another few seconds.
"Let's go."
They finally approached the door at the end of the corridor.
Myles opened it.
