Chapter 301 – Yusuke's Quiet Shock
All eight of Madara's Limbo shadows were completely erased by Yusuke's Hollow Purple. After all, this technique was capable of tearing apart space itself, shredding everything in its path.
Madara didn't seem too bothered by it. Even though those shadows would take a long time to recover, they had at least succeeded in stalling Yusuke's advance this time.
With the four of them working together, their preparations were finally complete.
What stood before Yusuke now was Kurama, wrapped in pitch-black armor. Its form looked incredibly solid, not at all like something made purely from condensed chakra.
Its size wasn't that large—several levels smaller than a normal Kurama, in fact. But inside its body surged an overwhelming amount of senjutsu chakra, so dense and vast that even Yusuke felt a faint sense of surprise.
"Interesting. After taking this long to finish something like this, I really want to see what it can do," Yusuke said with a thin smile.
"Lightning Awakening, Thirty Trillion, Raigo."
The sky darkened once more. Even the moon, which had been shining like a second sun, was completely swallowed by the darkness. A massive sphere of lightning, like a falling meteor, crashed down toward them.
This attack was formed from lightning Yusuke had compressed to the extreme. It carried destructive properties similar to the Truth-Seeking Orbs, but with an even wider range—and an absolutely terrifying level of heat.
"Gravity Manipulation."
Yusuke instantly created a gravitational field around the Susanoo, locking down its movement so it couldn't dodge, while also accelerating the descent of the lightning.
From far away, everyone watching could only sit there in silence, staring at the sky blazing with flashes of thunder.
Even though they knew Yusuke wouldn't hurt them, just witnessing a scene this grand was enough to make their hearts tremble.
The lightning slammed into the Susanoo Kurama with crushing force. Inside the crystal core, the expressions of the four inside didn't change. Even so, they were still shaken by Yusuke's technique.
And it wasn't without reason. Every single one of Yusuke's attacks felt like a natural disaster—wide in scale and overwhelmingly spectacular.
When the lightning finally faded, a flicker of surprise appeared in Yusuke's eyes.
The Susanoo Kurama in front of him hadn't taken any damage at all.
That attack had carried more than a thousand times the destructive power of Raigo Enel, not to mention it had been reinforced by the power of the Gravity Fruit.
"Not bad," Uchiha Madara said, slipping right back into his arrogant tone as he threw out a provocation.
The three others inside the Susanoo all looked at Madara with the urge to roll their eyes.
They knew perfectly well this was the result of all four of them working together.
Even though they had managed to block it, they were also painfully aware that if any one of them had faced that attack alone, there was no way they could have stopped it so easily.
The best outcome would have been being seriously injured. Among them, only Madara, as the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki, might have escaped without severe damage. The other three definitely wouldn't have been so lucky.
Still, after fighting together like this, they couldn't help but feel that Uchiha Madara wasn't quite as unbearable as they had imagined.
In some strange way, he almost felt… kind of endearing.
"Alright. That's about the limit of my patience," Yusuke said calmly.
"String-String Fruit, Awakening."
Yusuke placed his hand on the ground. In an instant, everything around him transformed into threads.
"What kind of ability is that?" Naruto stared at Toneri in shock.
"I don't know either. Sensei's abilities are always strange, but every single one of them is so powerful it makes people feel desperate," Toneri replied.
"Giant Wave: White Strings."
The assimilated threads rolled forward like a roaring ocean wave, surging toward the four of them.
"Be careful. Those threads are extremely sharp," Toneri warned. As a swordsman, he used the Tenseigan to see through and analyze everything in front of him.
"It's fine," Madara said coolly.
On the back of the Susanoo Kurama, a pair of black wings formed. Kurama rose into the air.
"Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken."
The Bijū Bomb was compressed once again. At the same time, Madara controlled the Truth-Seeking Orbs, merging them directly into the Tailed Beast Bomb.
Moments later, Kurama lifted the terrifying Rasenshuriken-shaped Tailed Beast Bomb with both hands and hurled it down toward the sea of white threads below.
"Armament Haki: Coating."
Yusuke's Armament Haki immediately wrapped around his body, forming a web-like shield, like a spider's nest, to block the incoming attack.
But with the Truth-Seeking Orbs mixed in, the web couldn't fully hold it back.
Seeing this, Yusuke extended his index finger and began to focus a terrifying amount of power.
"Technique Formula: Repulsion."
An enormous wave of force erupted outward, instantly shattering the Rasenshuriken Tailed Beast Bomb. The Truth-Seeking Orbs inside were blasted away in all directions.
Yusuke gathered energy at his fingertip again. This time, it wasn't a repulsive force, but points of light.
"Laser."
After being compressed over and over by Yusuke, the yellow beam shot forward like a blade, effortlessly piercing straight through the Truth-Seeking Orbs.
"We need to get closer. If we don't, we can't use the Sacred Treasure," Madara said. Even Sasuke's legendary weapon wasn't enough. Its power still couldn't break through Yusuke's defenses.
"Leave it to me," Sasuke said, his eyes locked firmly onto Yusuke.
But Yusuke had already seen their intentions from the very beginning. Just before Sasuke activated his ability, Yusuke clenched both fists.
"Not good. He also has spatial powers," Sasuke said. He had already personally experienced Yusuke's control over space before.
"Naruto, in a moment, you and I will interfere with Sensei's movement. If he wants to use instant teleportation, he has to bring both of his hands together," Toneri said quickly.
Naruto and Toneri moved at once to disrupt Yusuke, while Sasuke searched for the best opening to switch positions. Madara focused on controlling the Susanoo Kurama—only he could handle energy on this scale.
"Now, Sasuke!" Toneri and Naruto shouted in unison.
"Amenotejikara!"
Sasuke instantly swapped Yusuke's position to right in front of them. The technique had been slightly modified.
Yusuke's figure reappeared before their eyes.
"Sacred Treasure: Mahāyāna Sword."
Madara immediately summoned the divine weapon and slashed it toward Yusuke.
"Indra's sword?" Yusuke exclaimed in surprise. He hadn't expected their chakra resonance to allow them to use Indra's Sacred Treasure.
Reinforced by Six Paths Sage Techniques, this weapon truly could pierce through his Limitless.
"Doesn't that just make things more interesting?" Yusuke said.
A shield of white light formed in his hand.
"Shockwave."
A devastating vibration rippled outward, crushing the space around it. The Sacred Treasure began to crack, then shattered completely.
After that, Yusuke threw another punch toward the Susanoo.
Unfortunately, it still didn't break.
At the same time, the Susanoo continued to condense its power. The aura it released this time was so intense that even Yusuke felt a jolt of surprise and immediately pulled back.
"Sasuke," Madara called, looking at him.
Sasuke nodded. The brief cooldown was over, and he was ready to use Amenotejikara again.
"I've seen enough," Yusuke said.
"Room."
A half-spherical blue energy field expanded in all directions, rapidly enveloping everyone inside.

"Swap."
Before Sasuke could finish activating his technique, Yusuke had already switched positions with the Susanoo Kurama. Losing his target, Sasuke instead ended up swapping a cluster of nearby trees right in front of himself.
"Quick, use your spatial dōjutsu to build a barrier!" Toneri shouted anxiously. The power of the pupils in his eyes surged violently.
Sasuke didn't ask any questions and immediately wrapped the crystal core in spatial energy. Madara, due to the massive chakra consumption from maintaining his Limbo shadows, couldn't use his spatial abilities for the time being.
As for Naruto… aside from forming a Rasengan, he really didn't seem particularly skilled at much else.
