Chapter 20
Onboard the Harion "Moony," James greeted his old friend as soon as he entered the room.
Remus stiffened only momentarily from where he had been talking to Sirius wearing an illusion before spinning to face the doorway. James and Lily Potter stood in the doorway.
"This isn't funny Sirius. What are you doing?" Remus demanded angrily. "It's really us Remus," Lily said.
"James and Lily Potter are dead," Remus said. Then the scent of his friends hit his nose. "How...how can this be?"
"It's a long story involving time travel," James said. "You'd better sit down."
Remus sat down and listened to the tale of how something he had thought shattered in 1981 had been restored again. He had his friends back.
Dragonstone
"What do you think of Varys?" Daeny asked Harry the morning she woke up after seeing the dream vision where she confronted Varys about his intentions in the other world.
"I think when the other you asked Varys to tell her to her face if he disagrees with her before plotting against her she isn't going to get what she wants. I don't think it is in Varys' nature to speak so plainly. I also think he lets his hatred of magic overrule his common sense. I don't honestly blame him at times. If I had my dick and balls removed for a magical sacrifice I'd be pretty bitter too," Harry said.
"I think all of your ladies would be upset," Daeny teased as she ran her hand over his manhood. "That's what I thought. I shouldn't trust Varys. But he does seem to be useful."
"Yes. He does. But so do the children of the forest as far as spy networks go," Harry assured. "It would be nice to have two spy networks," Daeny mused.
"I can have Varys monitored personally so that we can see if he filters the truth he hears from his 'little birds'. I suspect he does filter the truth," Harry said.
Harry and his wife continued to speak of life as they got ready for the day. Magic could make many aspects of their lives better. But it was times like these in the morning when getting ready for the day that Harry let things slow down using less magic and just enjoyed the company of his ladies.
Harry and his ladies all experienced the dream-vision of Qyburn showing Cersei a massive bolt thrower capable of killing a dragon if it struck true.
This time Harry was in the same dream-vision as his ladies. "Is this in our world or the other one?" Daeny asked.
"Both. Qyburn has been making that bolt thrower design and they are mass-producing it," Leaf said.
"Our dragons," Daeny said with concern while looking to her husband.
"I think it is time to show them," Harry said while looking to Leaf.
"I agree," Leaf answered.
The dream vision ended. Harry in his various golems began gathering his ladies and portkeyed them to one of his workshops deep beneath the surface of a desert in Essos.
"I haven't been to this workshop before," Margaery noted.
"Nor I," Ygritte said. "None of you have," Harry said.
The entryway they had appeared in was a small room. Harry led them through a door into a much larger cavern. Hanging suspended on skeletal frameworks in the shape of a dragon were four sets of armor.
"Dragon armor," Daeny breathed with awe.
"Not just any dragon armor. That's Valyrian steel," Tyene said with equal awe. "Where did you get enough of it?"
"I made it," Harry said. "You mastered the process then," Missandei said. Some of Harry's lovers knew he had been working on it.
"Yes. With the help of Rhaezael we refined the process and made it easier for me to mass- produce Valyrian steel. I still don't plan to make it incredibly common. It would lose some of its value then. But I no longer have a limited supply," Harry explained.
"How do you account for dragons growing?" Sansa asked. "It seems impractical to refit them every time a dragon goes through a growth spurt."
"That was also helped by Rhazael. We have developed a system of armor plates suspended in Valyrion steel weaved armor fabric. It's actually fibers of the steel weaved into a cloth that can move. It's charmed to be feather-light so it doesn't weigh down the dragon. And there are magics for automatically resizing clothing. This just has extra material stored within an expanded space," Harry explained.
That went over the heads of some of them. But most of them understood well enough. "This wasn't developed for bolt throwers," Ros noted. "No," Leaf said. "It was developed for the night king and his soldiers."
As if to prove her point Leaf held her hands a foot apart and caused a beam of white energy to shoot between her palms. That beam filled with an icy energy that made all present shiver. An ice spear that radiated deadly energy formed between her palms. She floated the spear over to Harry who took it in a hand equipped with a Valyrian steel fabric glove. Harry enlarged the spear and then used his enhanced strength to hurl the spear at one of the suits of armor. The spear impacted the armor with a resounding gong and the sound of cracking ice filled the cavern. A wave of magical power discharged from the impact point and shook the ground.
"That is the favorite weapon of the Night King," Harry said.
"How long have you been working on this?" Daeny asked.
"Years," Harry said. "Rhaezael is the one that allowed us to make a breakthrough."
"We designed this armor for the Nigth King and his soldiers. Cersei's bolt throwers won't stand a chance," Leaf said.
"What about the eyes and other vulnerable points? What if a dragon is struck there?" Melisandre asked.
"The eyes and mouth have magical barriers in place as strong as we can make them. But if a walker got a shot in to the eyes or mouth then there is the possibility the spear could penetrate," Leaf explained. "But we believe only the Night King himself is the only oen strong enough to throw the spears any distance. All walkers are stronger than man. But the Night King's power is the greatest. His power grew as his army of wights grew."
There was some more talk about the armor after that and its effectiveness. Then Harry returned his ladies home. Daeny felt a lot better after being introduced to the armor. Harry and Leaf were just working on finalizing the deployment of the armor. They were thinking about a collar with an expanded space. Switching spells could be used to switch the armor out with air.
Harry had been encountering some resistance in his attempts to mentally train Cersei. She seemed to love the idea of submitting to Jon Targaryen in her dreams. But then she woke up a large chunk of the progress she had made that night toward giving in was erased. The resistance felt magical in nature. To Harry and Leaf who had begun to help him it seemed like another powerful entity was interfering.
"I think it might be one of this world's deities," Leaf said after coming out of her latest attempt to work on Cersei.
"Can you tell which one?" Harry asked. "No. But I might enlist Brynden's help. You do have other options," Leaf said.
Leaf and Harry were sitting in one of his workshops. Leaf among all of his ladies had the most access to his workshops. In the time he had known her Harry and Leaf had grown as intimate as it was possible to be with another being.
"I know you'd prefer I just remove Cersei from the board permanently," Harry said.
"I wasn't talking about that. That isn't the only option," Leaf pointed out. "I was talking about the option of pulling Cersei from another timeline and making her your pet. You could then replace this one with her after adequately making sure her mind is protected."
"That's not actually a bad idea," Harry mused.
Harry had gotten some more experience with his time travel method when he had gone to save his grandparents the Potters and Evans. Both sets of grandparents were in hidden locations back on Earth getting used to modern day. James and Lily visited them often. If he used the correct variation of his time travel he could pull a Cersei out of the infinite version of the multiverse and bring her forward in time.
"Someone finds this idea intriguing," Leaf said as she noticed the bulge in Harry's crotch. Her hand danced over his hardness. All of his ladies seemed to like to frequently tease him. It was a game to them, to see who could get him most worked up. "What has you so excited?"
"It's a fantasy or a nightmare that just won't leave me alone but which I don't think I want to act on," Harry said. "For fear that it will come to an actual result."
"Tell me," Leaf encouraged with her hand slowly stroking him.
"It occurs to me if I can travel back in time that I could go back and fuck Cersei. I could pretend to be her brother and fuck her. I could also potentially sire one of her children. I could make it so Tommen was my son. The horror part that turns it into a nightmare would be if Joffrey or Myrcella was my child," Harry said.
"Well you could just go back at the appropriate time period after Joffrey and Myrcella are both born," Leaf suggested. "But if he was your son then he would be your oldest child. He would still be a bastard though."
"True. There's also the fact that having sex with Cersei like that with her thinking I'm her brother smacks a little too close to non-consentual sex even if she seems willing because she thought I was Jaime," Harry said.
"It's still an intriguing thought. So what do you think about my idea?" Leaf asked.
"It has possibility. But I would first like to identify exactly who is influencing this Cersei so we can make sure we can adequately protect her replacement if we go that route," Harry said.
"I'll work with Brynden on it," Leaf agreed.
Harry had seen enough evidence of the deities of that world existing at least in the case of deities like R'hilor. Leaf had explained that most of them existed in one form or another. Some were just less active in that world. Whether or not they were actual gods or just powerful beings born in that universe was another question. If Harry wanted to he could easily use his powers to get people to worship him. It wouldn't make him a god.
Yara Greyjoy was tasked with taking her small fleet of Ironborn ships south to Sunspear where she would help carry the Dornship forces north for the coming conflicts. On her way south Yara's fleet was attacked and sacked by her uncle Euron. Yara was captured.
Daeny and Harry both watched together in fascination the dream-vision where Jon Snow came to Dragonstone in that other world. Their first meeting and the subsequent discussions were very interesting.
"The other me spent so much time trying to use her status as the 'rightful Targaryen heir' to brow beat the other you into bending the knee. I find it ridiculous that she is speaking to the actual rightful heir," Daeny told her husband.
"I'm glad you can see that," Harry said. "You are not the same woman as her."
"I am not," Daeny agreed. "In many ways I see parts of her in me. But I am also different. You and the children guided me to be who I am. I can see the improvements over the version of me that is this other me."
As she spoke Daeny gestured at the other world's version of her.
"Should we take Casterly Rock like we did in the other world?" Daeny asked.
"No," Harry said.
"Are you sure? It only has a token force there," Daeny pointed out.
"Because the Lannister army is moving most of its forces in what they think is a surprise attack on Highgarden," Harry said.
"Not such a surprise then. How will we counter?" Daeny asked. "With our own highly mobile weapons of destruction," Harry answered. Highgarden
When Jaime Lannister and Bronn rode into view of the heart of the Reach they took in the castle's beauty.
"It's a shame we came to take it," Jaime said. "Aye. A shame. But its necessary doing," Bronn said.
At that moment two dragons flew into view out of Highgarden's court yard. The dragons were massive and let out a roar at the same time.
"Fuck me," Jaime said as the dragons flew forth towards the army.
"I don't think we'll be taking that castle today," Bronn said as he wheeled and road out of the path of the dragon heading straight towards him.
Harry and Daeny riding Everflame and Drogon respectively dove towards the army below. The dragons let out swaths of fire burning men by the dozens and hundreds. The army broke and began to flee. Harry guessed they had burned a few thousand men by the time the Lannisters were running away as fast as their legs would carry them.
"Should we pursue?" Daeny sent over to Harry knowing he would pick up her thoughts. "I'm still hoping we can change things so not all the Lannister men have to die. Better to use
their forces against the Night King," Harry replied. "Let them flee." Daeny nodded and understood her husband's decision. Their dragons turned and flew back to
Highgarden.
Harry held Margaery's hand as she watched the full dream-vision of the sacking of her childhood home and the death of her grandmother.
"Grandmother," Margaery whispered as tears fell freely from her eyes.
"She got one last barb in at Jaime," Harry said after they witnessed Olenna inform Jaime she had arranged Joffrey's poisoning.
"Queen of Thorns indeed," Margaery said. She turned into her husband and embraced him in a hug. He enveloped her in his arms. "Thank you for averting the destruction of my family."
"Of course," Harry said. "Your family gave me you."
Margaery looked up at her husband and met his gaze. She could feel the love he held for her in that gaze. There was lust too. But he also very much loved her.
"Take me to bed," Margaery requested.
"My pleasure," Harry said.
Margaery loved the fact that even though she was heavy with child her husband still craved her. If anything her pregnancy turned him on even more. There were no complaints from her.
Kings Landing
"Send a raven to Euron that he should draw back from his attack on the Dornish fleet. If he attacks and the Targaryens come at him with their dragons his ships will be destroyed. We must wait until your bolt thrower is done," Cersei ordered Qyburn.
"Yes your Grace," Qyburn agreed.
Harry and Daeny had not used their armor on Everflame and Drogon. They were aware of the lack of finished bolt throwers.
Onboard the Harion
"What do you think?" Harry asked Rhazael after having presented his idea to the ship's AI.
"I think it would be easily done," Rhazael said. "We can begin working up several rudimentary designs for cold fusion reactor powered devices. I am curious though why you chose not to use your abilities with vacuum energy manipulation."
"I originally thought about using magic. And that was my backup plan if you didn't have an easy way to do it with actual technology. I chose to go with the technology route first because then I don't have to worry about people digging into the technology behind the shuttle fleet," Harry explained.
Harry had proposed to Rhaezael that a fleet of shuttles be built to transport goods from Earth's surface into orbit. People could also be transported. It cost NASA somewhere around $10,000 per pound to send something into orbit. With their technology or even Harry's magic they could do so incredibly cheaply. Harry still planned to make quite a profit. But if they lowered the cost to something affordable then it would make space travel a real option for their planet. Harry wanted to help his planet achieve realistic space flight.
"That makes sense," Rhazael said. "Ok. Let's look at several shuttle designs." The two continued to talk for some time after that.
Captain's Dining Room, Onboard the Harion
The Harion was currently orbiting the planet Westeros was on which Harry had heard was called Planetos by some Maesters. Harry was sitting in the dining room sharing a meal with his parents.
"So you told us you had originally planned to go back and forth between this world and the other world you discovered in the training room. What was it called?" James asked.
"Alagaesia," Lily said. "I like that name."
"It is nice," James said with a fond smile for his wife. He turned back to Harry. "What changed?"
"I'm not really sure. I just felt I needed to stay on Planetos for a while longer," Harry said. "I want to get things somewhat stable here. I think at some point after the death of the Night King I will head back to Alagaesia."
"It sounds like some place that would be nice to see," Lily suggested. "You two are welcome to come along," Harry offered.
"I think we'd like that," James agreed. "But we'll stay out of your hair. I know if I was on an adventure like that I wouldn't want my parents cramping my style."
"It's fine," Harry said.
"Have you given any thought to bringing back your birth parents in this world?" Lily asked curiously.
"I have actually," Harry said. "It's something I may do in the future. But right now I don't feel like it. I know I have Jon Snow's memories. But I feel more Harry Potter than Jon Snow if that makes any sense."
"This whole situation is a little abnormal," James mused. "You learn to roll with the punches when you live around magic. But some punches are certainly harder to take than others."
"Time travel seems to make the impossible seem possible," Lily said.
"Is there anywhere else throughout time you would like to visit?" Harry asked his parents. "You have a lot of time to explore."
James and Lily had taken their son's ability to reverse aging in stride. Given how he had made their parents twenty-five it would take some getting used to.
"Any point in time. We could go back and meet Merlin," Lily mused.
"Now that would be interesting," James said. "We could get up to so much mischief."
"You and your mischief," Lily said with a roll of her eyes at her husband. "Harry, we have something we want to tell you."
Lily looked to James and he said, "Your mother is pregnant. She was pregnant when you rescued us. She will be showing soon. It's a girl."
Harry was surprised.
"I'm going to have a sister," Harry said. "That means Riddle didn't just kill my parents. He killed my sister too."
Lily stood and came around to hug her son.
"That's all in the past now Harry. We'll put him down for good when you're done with all this training that Salazar set up," Lily said. "He won't have the power to hurt us again."
"Damn straight he won't," James said.
The three sat back down and Harry asked, "Have you picked out any names yet?"
"We were learning towards the name Rose as a first name," Lily said.
"We still haven't decided on a middle name," James added.
The family continued to discuss the future over their meal. Harry made it a point to share a meal with his family a few times a week. He enjoyed getting to know his parents.
The situation with the Iron Bank was vastly improved from that in the other world. Petyr Baelish better known as Littlefinger had been fundamentally altered by Harry's power to reduce the crown's debt at all cost with a priority. Littlefinger had previously been lining his pockets with crown income and investing it in his own businesses and ventures. Now Littlefinger took all of that embezzled money and used it to repay the debts. Furthermore, he was taking the incoming taxes and other incomes to actually pay off debt. As a result, the iron bank's debt was repaid. Some of the other major loans were out from the faith and the Lannisters. Cersei's relationship with the faith was just non-existent openly hostile.
Harry didn't actually want the Lannisters repaid right then. They were the ones foolish enough to loan money to Robert Baratheon knowing it would tie him to their house. Harry had no intention of promoting the faith of the seven as the major religion when he was king. So them getting paid back was not his concern either. So as far as Harry was concerned he would come into his crown debt free.
Littlefinger was the only one who could make sense of the crown's finances. As a result, when he left to take up with Lysa Arryn in the veil Cersei's new master of coin was having a devil of a time of making sense of things. Harry did pay a visit to the Iron Bank to convince them not to loan anymore money to Cersei. He did this by a show of force appearing on a dragon and proving himself the rightful ruler of Westeros. He may have also dropped a captured wight in the meeting room with them and told them if they loaned Cersei money he would see to it that all of the bankers would be transported into the middle of the army of the dead by the children of the forest. Needless to say the bankers were convinced.
Dream-Vision
"What happened to Bran in that other world was a cruel fate," Sansa said as she watched her younger brother interacting with the Meera Reed of the other world.
"Yes. But it was harder to those around him who knew him," Margaery pointed out. "To be treated with such a lack of emotion."
"I daresay the Meera of our world is very happy," Daeny pointed out. "Her brother is alive and she is betrothed to Bran."
"Yes. She does seem very happy at Winterfell," Sansa agreed. "When she becomes the Lady of Moat Callin she will even be closer to her family."
Cave on Dragonstone
"Well isn't this interesting," Margaery said as she followed Harry into the cavern where all the dragonglass was located.
Margaery, Daeny, Sansa, Ygritte, and the rest of Harry's ladies were following him into the cave to see the sight of all the dragonglass.
"It's gorgeous," Sansa said as she and the other ladies all laid eyes upon the sparkling vein of dragonglass which reflected the torch light in odd patterns.
"I've never seen so much dragonglass," Ygritte said. "I doubt many have," Myrcella commented. "My people were here," Leaf said. "I can sense the magic in this place." "Yes. I found glyphs from your people," Harry said as he led them deeper into the cavern.
Harry had been the first one to explore the cave after sensing its magic from after they landed upon dragonstone.
"What do the glyphs say?" Ros asked when Harry had shown them.
"What we see on the surface is merely the beginning," Leaf said. "This glyph is part of the wards which allow someone in this cave to sense the state of the island. It isn't powerful as the wards Jon can create. But it does allow us to tell a lot." Leaf's hands glowed and suddenly the cavern was lit with magical light. The people present could see all over the island. "This glyph is the history of my people from before the time of the first men. We haven't been back to this cave before then to update that particular repository of information. We were rather busy at the time. This whole cavern was an outpost where my people were studying the magical properties of dragonglass."
"I can feel the power of this place," Melisandre said.
"So can I," Daeny said as her skin started to glow with a fiery light.
"Your Grace, you are glowing," Missandei pointed out.
Daeny looked in surprise and suppressed the glow.
"I did not mean to," Daeny said. "This place just radiates power."
"It does," Harry confirmed. "And the type of power that is counter to that the Night King draws upon."
"The Night King gets his power from the Great Other, an icy god of unspeakable evil. This place draws power from heat which is more in tune with Rhilor," Melisandre said.
"Would the Night King be able to come here?" Tyene asked.
It was an interesting question. The others looked to Leaf. She was their expert on the Night King.
"He could. But he would be putting himself in mortal peril if he came here. The necromantic magic he wields does not do good against fire. If someone wielding sufficiently powerful Valyrian magic were to attack him from dragonstone they likely could slay him fairly easily. I believe Daeny and Jon working together could do it. For that reason I doubt he would ever come here," Leaf explained.
"Melisandre just spoke of the Great Other," Harry said. "How does that tie in with the children giving him his powers?"
"We gave him his initial powers. One thing my people have noticed about this world is that
beings of power can take on the status of gods if enough people believe in their legend and the deities. The Night King is a being of power. His legend is known by all in this world. Many fear him. As a result, over time his legend has given him more power. I'm not sure where the Great Other god legend arose. But as a result, there is now an actual being known as the Great Other, a god that enhances the Nigth King's power. I believe they are two separate entities. My people and Bloodraven aren't completely clear on the details because we do not want to draw the attention of the Great Other. But we have begun to suspect the entity which has corrupted Cersei Lannisters and possibly also started to negatively influence Jaime Lannister is in fact that entity," Leaf explained.
Everyone in the cave absorbed this information. "Since Jon is a being of power could he become one of these gods?" Ros asked curiously.
"If enough people believed in him he could," Leaf said. "It would increase his power. But he is already as powerful as some of these gods."
"It is true," Melisandre agreed. "I have felt the power of R'hilor. Jon is around the same strength. It is hard to tell who is stronger."
"I don't think I would want to become one of them," Harry said. "Why not?" Margaery asked curiously.
"Because the nature of those who are empowered by belief changes with the belief of their followers," Leaf explained.
"So I could be made to alter my nature by the belief of those who enhanced my power," Harry said.
"I can see why you would want to avoid that," Sansa said. "We like you just the way you are."
There were many nods around the cave or sounds of agreement. The group continued to explore the cave for some more time.
Dragonstone
Daeny woke up to the feeling of fingers lightly grazing over her skin. She realized she was uncovered. But she wasn't cold. The fire magic she wielded made sure of that. She was laying on her left side. Turning her head she found her husband propped up on his left arm while his right traced slowly over her naked flesh.
"What are you doing?" Daeny asked.
"Admiring my wife's beauty," Harry admitted. "I'm enjoying exploring every inch of you." Daeny closed her eyes as his fingers lightly grazed over her. "That feels nice," Daeny whispered.
She was silent as she enjoyed his touch. They had just been in a dream-vision together where she saw herself burn the Lannister forces along with those who had defected from the reach lords. She had burned Samwell Tarly's father and brother. Daeny shuddered. She knew her other self was a harder woman due to circumstance. But there had been no need to burn the Tarlys.
"What's on your mind?" Harry asked.
"What my other self did to the Tarlys. It was unnecessary. The other Tyrion was right," Daeny said.
"I agree. But that's why we are experiencing these dream-visions. We are learning from our other selves without the harsh consequences," Harry said. "The other me is falling deeply in love with the other you."
Daeny turned her head back to look at her husband and said, "The other me is falling for you as well. I could tell how much you intrigued her when you pet Drogon and Drogon calmed." Harry leaned in and kissed his Daeny gently. When they drew back her eyes showed her desire. Make love to me," She asked.
"Oh I will," Harry said. "But first I want to explore some more with my hands," He began before kissing her shoulder. "And my mouth."
Daeny gasped as he began kissing his way over her body. The next hour was truly magical for both of them.
Dragonstone "You like the dragon queen," Shae said as she laid in bed idly stroking her lover's chest.
"She is inspiring," Tyrion said. "It's why I decided to tag along as she came back to Westeros to see her journey."
"You want to fuck her," Shae said.
"Any man with a cock would want to fuck her. But those are just idle urges my love. My cock belongs to you," Tyrion assured.
"Perhaps we can find a Lyseni woman who looks like Daenerys to share," Shae suggested.
"And it's statements like that which prove why my cock belongs to you," Tyrion said as he rolled back on top of Shae.
Dragonstone Map Room
"The plan from the dream vision won't work with our version of Cersei," Harry said to those in the map room.
Daeny sat to his left. Margaery and Sansa sat to his right. Ser Jorah, Jeor, Tyrion, Grey Worm, Missandei, Leaf, and Ygritte were also present.
"Because of our version's mind being altered," Leaf supplied. "Yes," Harry said.
"Taking a wight before our Cersei would do no good if she is being influenced by who we suspect," Margaery said.
"Our Cersei is still confined to Kings Landing and the Westerlands," Sansa pointed out. "We know she has been making envoys trying to seek out allies with little success. We should concern ourselves with the threat in the north."
"Where is that threat at currently?" Missandei asked.
"Just north of Eastwatch by the Sea," Ygritte supplied. As a true northerner she made it her business to know what was going on with the army of the dead. "The Night King seems to be holding his forces there while the rear of his army catches up with the front."
"Do you think they will try to swarm up over the wall by climbing upon one another?" Margaery asked.
"It is possible your Grace," Jeor said. "Given how high the wall is it would have to be a great big heap of bodies to reach to the top. But I wouldn't put anything past the Night King."
"He has the army to do it," Leaf mused. "But we could destroy his stack of wights in the time it takes him to build it," Jorah pointed out.
"With dragons," Daeny said. "He would expect us to bring the dragons over the wall to destroy such a stack if he's even aware of our dragons."
"If he is aware he probably doesn't realize we have armor for them," Harry mused.
"So we have to keep him from getting over the wall. Otherwise the wall should prevent him from getting past it. Why doesn't the Night King send wights to burrow through the wall? Surely given enough bodies and time he could get through," Tyrion said.
"The magic woven into the wall prevents wights from breaking through by force until the magic of the wall is broken," Leaf explained.
"What if we get the dragons perched upon the top of the wall at positions along the wall and have them take out the tops of any wight stacks that form," Jeor suggested.
"That's one possibility," Harry mused. "Why not use wildfire," Tyrion suggested. "Wildfire could unmake the magic of the wall," Leaf said. "We don't want to use that." "No. We wouldn't want to do that," Daeny said. The planning session went on for some time. Dragonstone, Later
"It rubs me the wrong way that the big fight with the army of the dead will happen soon and I can't join in because I'm with child," Ygritte said from where she sat in a comfortable chair in the bedroom she shared with Harry on Dragonstone. Harry was currently rubbing her swollen feet with truly magical hands. "You did this on purpose to keep me out of it," Ygritte accused.
"I would have felt pretty happy with myself if I had. But I didn't plan it that well," Harry said. "We fucked and this is the result," He said as he reached up and gently rubbed her swollen belly.
Ygritte saw the look in her husband's eyes, a look of tenderness he had whenever discussing children. He was going to be a great father.
"Aye, I suppose that's true. And I certainly did enjoy the fucking," Ygritte admitted. "Well I suppose there is nothing for it. Well if I can't fight at least I can still fuck. Get up here and put those hands to better use," She invited as she turned so that she was on her knees and pulled down her pants to expose her naked cunt.
Harry wasn't going to argue with her.
Dragonstone
"Your Graces," Jeor said.
"Your Graces," Jorah added as the two men approached the thrones where Daeny and Harry sat side by side.
Seeing as how this was a formal setting father and son went down on one knee. "Rise both of you," Harry said.
"The reason we asked you here is because you loaned my husband a Valyrian steel sword," Daeny said.
"Begging your pardon your grace but I gave his grace Longclaw," Jeor corrected.
"You gave me Longclaw when your own son was not available. My queen and I have decided that Ser Jorah has more than made up for past disgraces with his service to my wife and to the realm as a whole. As a result, Jorah Mormont is being given the Twins. We recommend you alter your last name to fit your new house like Karstark did from the Stark name. That isn't required. But it might make things less confusing. To repay the loan of Longclaw I return it and also give you another," Harry said.
Longclaw with the pomel decoration changed back to a bear was produced by Harry. Daeny produced a sword decorated with what looked like a bear's tooth at the end. The tooth was not simply ornate. It would actually serve as a weapon in its own right. It was made of colored Valyrian steel.
"This sword was forged by my husband for your house," Daeny said proudly. "You may name it yourself. We had thought about calling it Longtooth. But that is up to you."
Jorah and Jeor were stunned as they accepted the gifts. "You honor us your Graces," Jeor said. "Thank you." "Yes. Thank you," Jorah said. "Longtooth is a fine name." "I agree," Jeor said.
The two men thanked their rulers some more and then left the throne room to see to their new holdings. They would get a pleasant surprise in finding that the Twins also came with the previous treasury it had held plus another 50,000 gold dragons thrown in. Harry had more wealth than he would ever need. He enjoyed rewarding his loyal vassals.
Dragonstone
Daeny stared stunned at the sight before her. She was sitting in a seat next to Harry and his other women as they experienced the dream-vision of the other Jon's adventures beyond the wall trying to capture a wight. She had just witnessed the death of her child Viserion by a magical ice spear thrown by the Night King.
"It's one thing to be told of the threat but another thing entirely to witness it," Daeny whispered.
Even as they watched the corpse of the other Viserion sunk beneath the ice into a small lake frozen over. They then watched as the other Jon was dragged beneath the surface by wights while the other Daenerys made her escape on Drogon.
"A dragon to try to prove to Cersei that the army of the dead exists," Margaery said. "A costly price."
"One definitely not worth paying," Ygritte said. "Can the Nigth King raise that dragon?" Ygritte asked while staring at Leaf.
"I do not know. It would take more power than most creatures to raise. A dragon is inheritenly fire magic made flesh. But after death the Night King holds more dominion," Leaf said. "We will see."
"I believe that is his intent," Melisandre said.
Sure enough the Nigth King had his army drag Viserion's corpse out of the ice with four large chains. Then they watched as Viserion's eyes opened glowing an unnatural shade of blue.
"His power is immense," Leaf said grimly. "None of the dragons of this world must fall to him. If they do he cannot be allowed to raise them. That dragon's magic suborned to the Night King's will could be used to defeat the magic of the wall."
"We will protect ours," Daeny said. "He used the element of surprise in that world to catch them unaware."
"She's right," Margaery said. "I don't think it is arrogant to say that now that we are aware of it that tactic will be a lot harder to use."
"I agree," Harry said.
Onboard the Harion "The scans are coming in clearly," Rhazael reported.
The scans in question were being carried out by cloaked probes sent by the starship's AI. The scans were upon the Night King who appeared to be in some type of meditative state that counted for sleep.
"He doesn't notice anything?" Harry asked. "I do not believe so," Rhazael said. "Good," Harry replied as he stared grimly at his enemy.
Just because Harry didn't intend to use the Harion to vaporize the Night King from the safety of the starship didn't mean Harry wasn't going to take certain measures in case he should fall. Harry had no intention of leaving his loved ones to face the Night King. Harry was fairly certain he could kill the Night King. But wether or not that would actually happen was another matter. In battle there was every chance the Night King could kill him.
"Initializing construction now," Rhazael reported.
Silvery liquid began to flow up from the floor of the lab. The liquid built upon itself layer by layer into a humanoid form. Then the form took on color and final shape until Harry was staring at a copy of the Night King.
"Designate soldier NKK1," Harry said. "Night King Killer 1. How effective will it be?"
"My systems have analyzed all that the Night King is capable of," Rhazael explained. "NKK1 possesses five times the Night King's physical strength, eight times the Night King's speed, and approximately four times all of the Night King's abilities with necromantic energy manipulation."
"Very effective then," Harry said. "I've decided in a slight change in plan. During my fight with the Night King I want you to monitor everything. If I am truly close to death I want you to transport me out and transport NKK1 in using my form."
NKK1's features shifted to match Harry's. "Please define the parameters of truly close to death," Rhaezael requested.
"Transport me out before I have taken enough damage that are beyond your abilities to revive me and restore me to full health. But wait until the damage is 95% of the way to beyond revival point," Harry said.
"I understand," Rhaezael said.
One of the projects Harry was working on with Rhaezael was to be able to capture a soul that had left its body from a remote location. That soul and captured essence could then be placed inside of a cloned body. This was a soul transporter. The clone was also generated through a
variation of the transporter technology combined with time travel technology. A scan from the past before the moment of destruction was obtained for the matter constructor to work with. The matter constructor was a variation of the transporter which could actually generate matter from energy. As a result of their recent work Rhaezael could bring someone back even after their body had been destroyed as long as their soul hadn't moved on from this plane of existence.
Harry and Rhaezael continued to flesh out the details of their plan concerning the Night King after that.
"So why did you really want to grab a pint Harry?" Sirius asked after taking a drink from the pint of ale in his hand.
James was also sitting at the bar Harry had created onboard the Harion. He turned curious eyes upon his son at this question.
"You both know I like to experiment and push the boundaries of magic," Harry said. "Obviously or we wouldn't be here," James said.
"Well I did it again. And I felt this breakthrough warranted a pint of ale. I wanted you two to be the first to know," Harry said.
"Well don't keep us in suspense pup. You are building it up to make it sound like you did something like gave yourself veela powers," Sirius pointed out.
Harry's grin grew wider and he said, "Not veela powers." Then Harry's features shifted to match those of Sirius' face. James gasped and said, "Metamorphmagus powers." "Yes," Harry confirmed.
"How?" Sirius asked.
"Tonks," Harry said. "I was able to scan her with the Harion. We were able to determine that it isn't just a physical quality someone is born with. It's an extra energy matrix built into their magic they are born with. I was able to artificially add it to my own magic."
"Can you add it to ours?" James asked. "I could," Harry mused.
"Come on Harry. You have to do it. You're already a god with the ladies. This will just make it even more so," Sirius pleaded.
"Alright. You've convinced me. Step into my lab," Harry invited. "But there will be a cost." "We'll pay any cost," James said. "Remember you said that," Harry replied. Ten minutes later.
"This isn't funny," James said as he stared at his form. "It'll only last an hour," Harry assured. "Ease up prongs. An hour as a woman should be interesting," Sirius mused. James just glowered from his feminine form at the female version of Sirius. "Have fun," Harry said as he transported out. "What...you did want him to be a Marauder," Sirius pointed out. "This is a pretty good prank"
James simply continued to glower. It was only after the hour was up that they realized they also didn't need a wand any longer for most magic. Harry had went ahead and given them the power amplifier fluid in their bloodstream he enjoyed. The two men weren't complaining.
"There is no point even meeting with this Cersei is there," Daeny said after she woke up from the dream-vision of a great summit in Kings Landing to discuss the army of the dead.
"No there isn't," Harry agreed. "This world's version of Cersei is so thoroughly under the control of the Great Other that it wouldn't make a difference. She'd likely betray the truce and attack us dragons or not."
"Have you found a way to shield against the influence of the Great Other?" Daeny asked.
"Not completely. We are able to shield someone partially. But it's hard to shield against a god when their full attention is upon you," Harry said.
"What about hiding someone from a god?" Daeny asked. "It occurs to me that it might be hard for a god to influence someone if that god cannot find them. Can your magic hide someone?"
"Now that it could do fairly easily," Harry mused. "You're brilliant." Daeny smiled at her husband and said, "I try."
