Chapter 59 - Chapter 59: The Codex of Heaven – The Knowledge of All

📖 Chapter 59: The Codex of Heaven – The Knowledge of All

(The Architect Sees Everything)

At the heart of the ruined peak of Desolate Mountain, where the air still trembled from the aftermath of a war not of fists, not of fire, not of form, but of creation and freedom, Huang Tian stood in silence, his body motionless but his soul roaring like a storm trapped in a bottle, for the moment had arrived — the moment when the mortal understanding of knowledge and mystery would be shattered, and from its ashes, the first true experiment with omniscience would rise, for he had spent 700 years refining flesh into something that defied decay, and now, with his Void Shattering Realm perfected, his Fate Law absolute, and his will proven against the gods of blood, time, karma, space, luck, chaos, and creation, he was no longer a cultivator — he was the Architect of Eternity, and the next step in his design was not strength, not speed, not even energy — but vision, for the nine Primordial Codex had returned, each one a key to a fundamental law of existence, and after mastering time, karma, space, luck, chaos, and creation, he turned to the next: Heaven, the law that governed what is and is not, the unseen, the hidden, the forgotten, and if he was to outlive the void, he must first prove that even the unknown — the last mystery — could be known, and so he would not rush.

He would not hide.

He would see.

And so, he began.

Not with war.

But with curiosity.

---

He did not move.

He only remembered.

For one hundred and thirty days, he sat in silence, not advancing, not compressing, not even thinking of the next breakthrough.

He only recalled the world as it was — a place of secrets, of hidden truths, of futures not yet born, of souls lost in the void, and from this, he asked:

"What is hidden?

Is it truth?

Is it illusion?

Or is it the space where possibility lives?

And if I see all…

do I kill the unknown?"

And from this, he wrote in blood on the stone wall:

"Project: The Codex of Heaven – First Experiment

Objective: Test the activation of universal knowledge perception.

Method: Use Primordial Cauldron Formation to stabilize omniscient fields.

Use Fortune Flame to anchor will.

Use Silent Archive to store infinite data.

Note: If knowledge is infinite, then mystery dies.

And if mystery dies…

does life still have meaning?"

He closed his eyes.

And began.

---

He activated the Primordial Cauldron Formation, a formation so powerful it could compress energy to 50,000x normal density, and used it not to compress energy, but to compress perception itself, layer by layer, dimension by dimension, until the air around him changed, not warped, not burned, but revealed, as if the world itself had removed its mask, and from it, a heavenly field began to form — not of force, not of energy, but of absolute knowledge, a dome of silver-white light expanding outward from Desolate Mountain, and he whispered:

"Let me see all.

The seen.

The unseen.

The remembered.

The forgotten.

The born.

The unborn.

Let me know everything."

He raised his hand.

And the Codex of Heaven activated.

---

A pulse erupted — not of light, not of sound, not of force — but of revelation, a wave of omniscience that spread across the world, not destroying, not erasing, but unveiling, and in that moment:

- He saw the nameless cultivator in the deep forest, meditating for 300 years, unknown to all.

- He saw the lost child buried beneath the sandstorm, still alive, still hoping.

- He saw the future — not one, but ten thousand, branching like roots, each one a path of possibility.

- He saw the truth of the Upper World — not as a paradise, but as a prison of higher laws.

- He saw Luna, not yet born, but already destined to meet him.

- He saw his own death — not in battle, not in peace, but in completion, when his design was finished.

And the world changed.

Not in fire.

Not in war.

But in clarity.

There were no more secrets.

No more surprises.

No more mysteries.

And for the first time in history, nothing was hidden.

And Huang Tian believed:

"I have become the eye of eternity."

But eternity did not answer.

It judged.

---

Within seven subjective days, the first signs appeared.

Not in the world.

In him.

He knew everything.

He knew what the farmer would say before he spoke.

He knew how the cultivator would die before he was born.

He knew the outcome of every battle, every love, every betrayal.

And because he knew…

He no longer cared.

The Fortune Flame dimmed — not from damage, not from weakness, but from lack of surprise, for fire burns brightest when it does not know if it will survive.

The Primordial Spirit slowed — not from injury, but from lack of mystery, for the soul thrives on the unknown.

And he realized:

"I have not become wise.

I have become empty.

To know all is not to be enlightened.

It is to be dead inside."

He tried to meditate.

But he already knew what he would feel.

He tried to break through.

But he already knew the result.

He tried to hope.

But hope is only real when the future is unknown.

And he understood:

"Mystery is not the absence of knowledge.

It is the space where life grows.

And without it…

there is no meaning."

---

He raised his hand.

And the Silent Archive activated — not to store, not to record, but to forget, and from it, a wave erupted — not of erasure, but of release, and the Codex of Heaven pulsed, not with omniscience, but with selective blindness, and across his mind, the knowledge withdrew, not all at once, but in layers, like clouds returning to the sky.

He chose to forget:

- The exact moment of his death.

- The full truth of the Upper World.

- The complete map of all futures.

And kept only what he needed.

Not everything.

But enough.

And the world inhaled.

Not in clarity.

In mystery.

In hope.

---

Back in the cave, Huang Tian opened his eyes.

His body was rebuilt.

His soul scarred but stronger.

His Primordial Spirit glowing with golden fire.

He looked at the Codex of Heaven.

And whispered:

"You are not a gift.

You are not a curse.

You are truth.

And I am not your master.

I am your student."

He closed his eyes.

And the mountain held its breath.

---

He wrote in blood on the stone wall:

"Project: The Codex of Heaven – First Experiment – Complete.

Results:

- Universal knowledge perception achieved.

- Duration: 7 subjective days.

- Side Effects: Emotional detachment, will decay, soul stagnation.

Note: Knowledge is not power.

It is responsibility.

And some truths…

should not be seen."

He returned to meditation.

The world would never be the same.

But he had not finished.
