|3rd POV|
"WAAAGH!"
The sound of Ork's battle cry can be heard throughout the battlefield alongside the sound of explosions happening around them. However, instead of fear, they feel excitement coursing through their bodies.
They continue to run toward the fortress in front of them, stepping on the corpses of their kind without a care in the world.
Their weapons are firing at the people on the wall. Among the weapons they bring is artillery that fires various explosives to destroy a section of the wall. They are even able to salvage a lot of airships from their Rok and start to send the airships to bombard the people on the ground and attack the Imperium airship.
With millions of Orks, they are able to tank all the bullets, explosions, and even energy bullets coming at them. The WAAAGH energy makes them tougher and faster, enabling them to reach the wall quickly.
Kael fights against the horde of Orks that manage to climb to the wall. His right hand is holding a golden, glowing spear, and he wields it masterfully. The spear is made with his [Divine Blade] power, which he shaped into a spear rather than a regular sword.
Between his [Expert Polearm Mastery] and [Spear of Untraceable Trajectory], he is able to move like a fluid. He bobs and weaves around the Ork who attempt to chop him using their crude sword and dagger.
With him showing his prowess, the Orks start to charge at him so they can fight the 'STRONG HUMIE' who fights like a 'PROPA ORKS'. This makes them ignore the guards behind him alone and let the guards fire at them peacefully.
Kael can even use his [Armament Haki] to protect part of his body from harm. He is surprised by how durable the haki is, as it can withstand a full-blown 'dakka' from one of Big Shoots.
After a couple of minutes of fighting, Kael decides that he has had enough. He can see all of the Orks already arrive on the battlefield, and he can kill them all at once.
He remembers that the longer you fight Orks, the more powerful they become. That is their role in the War in Heaven, after all.
They are the frontline against the Necrontyr and get stronger the longer they fight. When they survive the battle, they will get bigger and bigger. He doesn't know if that is how the Krok works, but the Ork works like that.
So he decides to do something only the Khan can do. He makes the fight boring. He kills them before they can even fight and makes the other Orks lose a good chunk of their WAAGH energy.
With a deep breath, Kael takes a flight and enters his Balance Breaker mode.
"BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!"
Five boosts and he is ready. With a deep breath, he can feel his [Desert Logia] and [Primordial Earth] sing in eagerness as he uses the two powers at once. Combine it with his trait as an [Earthbound Ancient], and the two powers get even more powerful.
With a clap of his hand, the entire battlefield shakes, and a tsunami made of sand appears on the battlefield. All the Orks get carried away by the sand, and all the moisture inside their bodies is drained by the sand that pierces into their skin.
Kael moves his hand, continuing to wreak havoc, blocking all the bullets coming at him and teleporting from one place to another using his [Blink] ability.
It does not take long before Kael is able to wipe out the Orks and make the others retreat. Even the Warboss died in this attack, the corpse sticking out among the sand. Its massive body protrudes from the sand like a sore thumb.
Kael immediately ordered the corpse cleaned and helped in the fight in the void. While he is powerful on planetside, he is rather weak in the void. He cannot bring all of his powers to the fight in the void.
He decides to stay on the planet instead of joining the fight in the void. He needs to make sure no spores survive on this planet. They are not hard to destroy, but there are a ton of them. He needs to create something to scan the planet and show where the spores land.

The fortification of the Moebian Fringe is going smoothly. Roboute knows how troublesome Orks are and immediately knows more will be coming soon. Because of this, he stationed the Salamander in this part of the domain and made sure they were able to destroy the Orks before they could be a problem to the other planets in the domain.
This also serves as a lure, drawing Orks into a single point. He knows that Orks are attracted to a big fight, and there is nothing more juicy to the Orks than a group of Space Marines, or the Beakies, as they call the Space Marines.
Roboute used a full Regiment of Astra Militarum and a fleet from Navis Imperialis as bait for the Orks. I want to say that he is rather ruthless to use that many people as bait, but this is Warhammer 40k. That number of soldiers used as bait is nothing.
I cannot do anything about it because his plan is great. So, the only thing I can do for them is to create a better food synthesizer to make a nutrient-dense food that also tastes good. Seeing them getting the synthesizer as one of their support tech makes their face light up.
That simple gesture makes the people look at me as if I were a messiah.
Not only that, but I also created a better water extractor that they can use to extract water from the atmosphere of the planet they deployed to. All in all, I somehow increased the comfort of their military life by 100%.
It will also help them because they do not need to worry about not getting rations from the Imperial Navy. This allows them to hold the ground almost indefinitely.
When I am done with the fringe, I return to Atoma Prime and start experimenting. It has been five days since I returned, and I can create a health potion or Regenerative Serum, if we go by the more official name.
It can increase blood flow and cell regeneration once injected into the bloodstream. It is perfect for a small boost in strength and for healing injuries. However, you need to be careful, as overconsumption can lead to cellular death.
I give this STC to Hadron, but, to her sadness, the Biologis in Atoma Prime immediately take it and place it inside a shrine dedicated to Biology-based technology.
Speaking of Tech Priest, Belisarius has already taken over one of the shrines and performed an experiment. He is able to refrain from creating new things, but that is not that hard when I keep pumping more technology for him to learn and understand.
The last time I saw him was when he was praying and examining the massive Exelcus. I hear he is debating with the local Archmagos about modifying the giant walker with a better chassis. I agree with him, but I will let the Tech Priests discuss it with themselves.
Lastly, when I arrived here, the Mechanicus had already produced 3000 modified Sutherland. All of them are now made using a combination of Plasteel and a modified titanium that I don't know the name of. It will make the mech durable enough to tank damage, but also light enough to fly around on the planet's surface for quite a while before needing to land to cool the flight tech.
The Sutherland Company is divided into four groups: Assault, Scout, Heavy Weapon, and Support.
The assault group is the vanguard. They are equipped with defensive weaponry and close-combat weapons. They charge at the enemies and hold their line.
Scout is the one fighting from a distance or sneaking at the back of an enemy line using stealth technology. They are the first to notice enemies and the ones who kill the enemy commander. They are also the ones with the best flight unit.
Heavy Weapon is the one holding the most firepower in the company. They stand at the back and fire all their weapons at the enemies. They are basically a walking artillery command.
Support is a special unit because it is divided into two: Repair and Medicae. They are the ones holding repair stations to repair tanks, VTOL, and even Imperial Titans. The other use is that they are the walking Medical Tent, able to come to the middle of the battlefield to provide medical attention.
Why are there so many Sutherlands? We will reinforce the people in the Imperium Nihilus. We are preparing to depart and take the crusade to the other side of the galaxy.
"My Lord."
Ah, perfect timing. I look at the door and say.
"Come in."
The door opens up, and I can see Rita enter my workshop.
"What is the news, Rita?"
"Lord Captain Titus of the Ultramarine 2nd Company informs me that Lord Roboute is ready to depart and wants you to stand on his side. They shall depart in three hours."
"I see. Very well. Let's prepare for the departure."
"You want me to come with you, My Lord?"
"Of course. I want you to come with me. However, if you prefer to stay, I don't mind."
"No! Please take us with you. We want to fight on your side."
"Then tell the others to prepare the best gear and tell them to bring the tools I prepared in the vault."
"Yes, My Lord!"
Now… I need to prepare for two possible wars we will enter. If the timeline does not change, we need to fight in the Plague War first, then the Devastation of Baal. Either it is fighting against the Daemon or against the Tyranid.
