"I haven't been beat so easy in so long!" Kaito happily declares.
Haruko tilted her head, a grin playing on her face. "You're awfully excited for someone that just got out on their ass." She teased.
Kaito shook his head, that excitement plain on his face. "You're amazing!"
She looked down at the Innocent smile in front of her and she sighed. "Alright, shoot." She kneeled beside him. "What's your angle here? Why come all this way?"
Kaito jumped up from the ground, opting to sit on a bench instead. "I wanted a rematch, and just wanted to learn about you!" He answered honestly.
Haruko couldn't help but laugh at him. "Alright, then now what?"
Kaito thinks for a moment. "I'd love to keep fighting you, but my melons telling me to stay focused." He taps his head. "I'm missing one of my guild members and I wanna find her."
She understood that. A young guild leader trying to find his own. "Any idea where she is?" Haruko asked.
Kaito scratched his head, still smiling. "No, all I know is she's in the thieves guild."
Hatuko began thinking, the thieves guild are a dangerous bunch, and their leader would definitely kill Kaito. Haruko nods. "Alright, how about since you entertained me, i'll get her back for you."
Kaito shook his head. "No. I won't let you."
Haruko ruffled his hair. "Fine, instead of doing it for you, I just help out."
Kaito thought for a moment. "I guess that's ok."
Haruko stands back up. Clapping her hands together, "all right kid, you know what this means?" She leans down pointing her finger an inch from his face. "Here calls for your first guild alliance!"
She says and Kaito celebrates having Haruko admit to joining his side.
Back out in the cafeteria, the second person Jessie brought with her was named Leon. Who unlike Patty was more than happy to share a conversation with the rest of them.
But as they were conversing, Haruko and Kaito came out from the Training room.
Haruko tapped the wall twice and everyone turned to see what it is she wanted. Kaito was shocked she got everyone's attention with two soft taps!
"Alright, Dynasty members I have exciting news. This here is…." She looked over at Kaito. "What's your name?" She asks.
"Kaito."
"This here is Kaito, he's the leader of the guild…."
This time Kaito just shrugged.
"He's the leader of a new guild, and today we're forming an alliance with him, the goal of this alliance is to take back someone he knows from the thieves guild!"
As the cafeteria began to grow more intrigued, Jin furrowed his brow wondering what the heck happened in the training room.
Dante's jaw was dropped. "How the heck did he manage to convince her to do that?!"
Toni nudges Dante with his elbow. "Aww who cares about that friend. That Haruko's a fox and she's on our side." He smiles brightly and begins strumming his guitar.
Jin pulls Haruko to the side. "Why are we allying ourselves with these children. What could we possibly gain from this?"
Haruko smiles and taps his back, "there's something interesting about Kaito." She winks playfully at Jin. "Just trust me."
Jin sighs. Resigning his argument.
A hand is raised in the crowd of people. "Excuse me if i'm out of line, but Haruko don't you think it's a bit much if we just help with gaining nothing in return?"
Another hand raised after. "I fear I must agree, if we're to go after a guild as dangerous as the thieves, what could we hope to gain?"
As the dynasty guild weren't in favor of the agreement. Chances it was looking grim.
Then Dante stood.
"I'm sorry we ask this, from you but please, help us save our friend." Dante then bowed to the guild. "I know we don't have much to offer, since we're just a starting guild, but please if you help us we'll owe a great debt to you all. And I know we don't have much credibility yet. But this guild will pay all debts!"
Toni stood with him following in his efforts, bowing also.
And as Nanami followed despite how bad the situation caused her to cringe. Bein rolled his eyes and continued watching.
Haruko nodded in acknowledgment. "Well, what's your opinions?" She asks her guild.
The hands that were previously raised now fell. Leon tapped Dante's arm. "Well said, but won't your captain be upset you put your guild in a debt already?"
Dante shook his head. "No, Kaito's not that kind of person. Though it's good to see that people listened to us."
Kaito smiles seeing everyone agree. But Haruko lightly pushed his head. "Aren't you gonna bow too?" She asked then bent down to his eye level. "Come on, say pleaseeee."
"I'm not saying please!" Kaito blurted, he looked as though the offer almost offended him.
Dante's face fell into his hand.
But the dynasty guild laughed instead.
Haruko tossed him to the ground. "You brat!" She shouted. "If you're not gonna say please then what you pay me back by helping out at the trades guild tomorrow, you newbies go in the place of Ashley, Jessie and Jin are gonna watch and make sure you don't mess anything up!"
Ashley rolled her eyes. "You're gonna trust them with keeping the trades auction secure?"
Haruko nodded. "They can handle it." She then turned to Kaito who was still on the floor. "They better!"
Haruko made bastions of people and sent them in eight groups of six into different towns and cities, thus kicking off the search for Rika and the thieves guild.
