As Ringo left Planet Xenomorph 1, the clone went to the capsule Al Jabar used to get there, he didn't even get to see it after Al Jabar left, so it took him a while to find it.
It was a black, spherical capsule about two meters in radius, inside there was only one seat. It reminded him of one of those Dragon Ball capsules that the Saiyans used to get to Earth, but black instead of white.
To be honest, even the speed of this thing was much greater than the Trihexa spacecraft, along with a complete life support system, allowing the crew to sleep or browse the internet throughout the journey.
In the end, he picked it up and took it back to the base on planet Xenomorph 1, it could be useful both for future research and for escape, if necessary.
On the other side, upon returning to the Floating Dragon, Ames was the first to appear before Ringo. Her release of energy and subsequent disappearance were felt by everyone in Ames's "castle".
-What's going on?- Ames asked, frowning slightly.
Ringo narrowed his eyes and spoke about what had happened, which infuriated Ames, her energy rippling around her. The next moment she waved her hand, her communicator came flying from afar, drawn into her force field.
Ringo watched her curiously, wondering what the woman would do.
Ames quickly unblocked Heber and made a call.
The next moment, a holographic projection of Heber's upper body appeared in front of the two of them.
Ames didn't care at all about decorum at that moment, her face full of anger, she spoke. -Heber, do you take me lightly?! Do you really want to go to war with me?! Do you think I'm afraid of you?!
The fury on Ames' face is not at all feigned, "Black Spider" was attacked time and again by Bloodshed Land, and at that point it became clear that Heber didn't take it seriously at all, treating Ringo like some scumbag from the galaxy!
Ringo seemed surprised, but he wasn't the only one, Heber himself was internally confused, but outwardly, his serious and indifferent face remained unchanged.
-Ames, I have no idea what you're talking about.- he said calmly, without changing his expression in the slightest.
But this only made Ames angrier, she let out a cold, angry laugh. Ringo felt the energy around them become even more concentrated, he sensed that if Heber had been in front of her, she would have already attacked.
-I don't care what the hell you do! If this happens again, I won't ask, I won't hesitate, I'll attack with all my might and we'll see who has more to lose!- Ames's hair danced wildly behind her, her furious expression growing increasingly malevolent. She looked extremely dangerous at that moment, it was clear that Heber had truly angered her to the point of almost losing control.
Heber frowned slightly, he truly had no idea what was happening, but seeing Ames like this because of a Black Spider really left a bad taste in his mouth. He had never seen Ames so furious before, even when he stole her subordinate and beat her up, she only seemed proud and slightly annoyed, but now? He saw endless fury in that woman's expression.
Even so, Heber was Heber, he wasn't afraid at all, he just gave a cold snort and said. -Ames, you're still as headstrong as ever. I already told you I have no idea what you're talking about. If you want war, bring it on!
Saying that, he hung up immediately. Ames stood there, a cold laugh escaping her lips. Ringo sensed something was wrong, watching the woman's increasingly cold expression.
-Ames, it's not time to go to war with the Tyrant yet. Just wait a few years and I'll become a Beyonder Grade A. At that point, with the two of us together, the Tyrant won't stand a chance.- Ringo sighed and spoke.
Ames turned to look at him, her eyes still cold, but there was no malice directed at him, even so, she was still irritated by his words. -What? You think I can't handle him on my own?
Sure, she knew she couldn't, and he knew it too, but she was too proud to admit it directly.
Ringo rolled his eyes, unafraid of the woman, looking at her with a clear "you know" expression.
The next moment, Ringo was thrown away, the loud sound of metal clanging was heard as Ringo was pinned to the wall again.
Ringo coughed in pain, spitting out a little blood through his teeth. His evolutionary energy began to work as he healed himself. He watched Ames leave, floating away, clearly annoyed.
He didn't care, he'd long been used to being shot by this woman, but when he get into the BGA, he'd still get his revenge! He's going to "pin" that woman against the wall a few times, hehe.
Sighing and shaking his head, he groaned in pain as his bones cracked back into place. He struggled to get out of the wall, just in time as Aesop passed by.
Ringo stopped, in his injured state. Aesop looked at him, holding a glass of wine, drinking slowly and gazing at Ringo with great interest, clearly appreciating his pain.
Ringo rolled his eyes and ignored the old man, it took him several minutes to finish healing. Ames had really been harsh this time, showing her irritation.
-You're going to end up dead if you keep talking to her like that.- Aesop joked.
-Nobody asked you, old man.- Ringo knelt down, his muscles writhing against his skin as he groaned in pain, the tears in his muscles healing rapidly.
Aesop shrugged and said. -I see how she looks at you, that's something. If someone else had spoken to her like that, she would have squeezed him into paste a long time ago... but you have a very strong healing ability... what is your Esper gene?
Ringo shrugged, not commenting on either Aesop's insinuation or his question.
Aesop sighed. -You're quite a pain, kid, but judging from the fact that neither you nor Ames have told me, your Esper power must be a very powerful ability. Well, I won't say any more about it. Judging by your relationship with Ames, if this comes to light, she'll probably stand by your side until death.
Ringo paused, looking at the old man with some interest and curiosity, before nodding. - Thank you.
-You're welcome, but I really want to see how far you can go.- He raised his wine glass toward Ringo before slowly walking away.
Ringo watched him leave, feeling a little speechless at the old man appearing out of nowhere and acting so mysterious.
Shaking his head, he finally stood up, having completed the healing, he shook his head and began to walk away.
