Chapter 164 - Cap.151 - Obtaining the Mutation Source.

Black Spider was ready as soon as they arrived on the battlefield. Godora was clearly losing ground, several ships were destroyed, and others had been boarded by capsules. Black Spider let out a clear whistle. - Dark Star really doesn't mess around.

-Captain, there's a call for the Dark Star troops.- One of the clones said loudly.

-Ignore them, they probably want to use the 'stay away or die' line.- Black Spider scoffed.

Trax bared his fangs slightly, a faint growl escaping his throat. Rick chuckled, his sword already retracted on his left shoulder, while Slugcat jumped excitedly onto his right shoulder.

-Use the capsules to get to Godora's main ship and help them, Rick, don't leave Trax's side.- Black Spider said softly.

-And you?- Rick asked, more out of curiosity than concern, their time together had made him trust this captain.

-Me? I'll take the good stuff.- Black Spider chuckled lightly. The next moment, the four of them entered different capsules, Slugcat still with Rick. The clones on the ship fired the capsules in different directions. Rick and Trax went straight for Godora's largest ship, but Black Spider was thrown towards one of Dark Star's smaller ships, a ship that had already lost its shields.

At the same time, Ringo had already emerged from the Floating Dragon, he transformed into Hidden Nightmere and teleported directly to the Dark Star's main ship. Unfortunately for them, they couldn't stop his teleportation.

Black Spider was a decoy, sent to gain ground from within the Dark Star troops, Ringo's original body was clearly used to get what he really wanted: the mutation source.

On the other side, while Ringo was breaking in, he ignored everything and went straight to an isolated chamber inside the main ship, there was only one thing there, a black capsule the size of a marble.

Ringo smiled, placing his hand on it, the little ball seemed to disappear into thin air, but this directly triggered the ship's alarms. Suddenly, the captain of that fleet panicked when he heard the alarm.

In the control room, a Godoran hybrid with demon horns on its head stood in shock as it turned to the intelligence officer, who was just as surprised.

-What was that? We've been invaded?!- he shouted.

The officer quickly turned around and began typing frantically on the computer, the next moment, he turned pale.

-Sir, the cargo! The cargo is gone!- the officer shouted, completely shocked and incredulous.

-WHAT?!- The hybrid Godoran's cry was extremely shocked and furious, he felt his back grow incomparably cold.

He knew it was all over. If the cargo was lost, he would be finished.

-Damn it! Where is it?! Find it for me! It must still be on the ship! Don't let it escape!- The officer began shouting orders rapidly, between haste and desperation, his eyes were red and gleaming with madness, he needed to find it, there was no other option.

Inside, he was incredibly sorrowful, he regretted it. He had received news that a woman wanted by the Ark of the Fallen itself was aboard Godoran's ship, an insider had informed him, there was no mistake.

With the strength of his fleet, he would only pay the price of a small ship in exchange for the girl. This would not only guarantee that he would receive the credit for the mission of delivering the cargo to the leader, but also the credit for pleasing an important official on behalf of the sovereign of the Ark of the Fallen.

But now... judging by how much the leader valued this cargo, even if he caught the girl, his punishment would only be lighter! So he was truly desperate now.

As the ship's troops began searching all the areas, the surveillance tape was viewed, everything seemed fine, but suddenly the small black sphere disappeared, almost as if by magic!

-Magic... - The commander paused for a moment. - Check if our space anchors are active!

-They are, sir! That's the strangest thing! They haven't shown any flaws either!- The subordinate spoke quickly, clearly afraid of being targeted, he spoke fast and kept his head down.

But that wasn't enough.

-Useless!- the fleet commander shouted, his pugilistic flames sending his subordinate flying. He was barely alive, but no one dared say anything, each acting like ostriches, avoiding eye contact with the clearly out-of-his-mind commander.

-Damn it! Then it must be invisibility or something else! Quick! Find it for me! No one leaves this ship without my order!- he shouted, between fury and despair.

-Sir, what about the Godora fleet?- the intelligence officer beside him asked, swallowing hard.

The commander's furious eyes turned to him. -Speed up the fight! This must have something to do with Godora! We won't leave them any way out! Destroy all the ships!

-But sir... what about the girl?- The officer still managed to ask.

-Fuck the girl! Who cares about her?! Without that thing, we're all going to die!- The man shouted, almost blinded by rage.

They all looked like they had been swallowed by a bucket of ice-cold water.

Yes... without that confession, they would at least have been severely punished, death was not an impossibility.

Ringo knew nothing of what was happening on the ship, he had returned to the Floating Dragon long ago. Looking at the black marble in his hands, he smiled slightly.

Now he just needed to open it, the problem was that it required a magic password and he obviously didn't have one, so he needed an expert to open it without destroying the contents.

He already knew exactly who to look for! Ringo chuckled lightly.
