For the next few days, Ringo focused completely on understanding everything that was happening. How was Chi able to do this? Why Chi?
Would Aurora's energy work? He hadn't tried giving MCs to others yet because he hadn't developed specific versions, but now he somewhat regretted not trying.
Ringo found himself completely engrossed in the mysteries of Chi and the MCs while the Clone piloted the spaceship, making the journey much less tedious.

On the other side, in Aquamarine, Ringo's departure left many worried, but there were still those who didn't even know he had left, one of them being Price, who was sighing again, Ringo had given him one last mission when he left.
Previously, the Inhumans had caused a lot of trouble, including for Price himself, but as Ringo explained to him, the Inhumans needed something to do, or they would become chaotic.
Ringo's solution was simple, they didn't want to leave the planet? So be it, he would turn it into an 'event'.
Ringo treated this like a game, so if the first step was the punishment the GMs imposed, now it was time for compensation.
In recent days, the players seemed quiet, although there were several who caused trouble in retaliation. Most were at such low levels that even civilians could handle them, even so, this would only make them wait to take revenge at more unexpected moments.
A warning was issued through all of Hell's media outlets, directed straight to the Inhumans, and even to interested civilians.
Basically, one of Germinal's old bases was cleared and transformed in those few days. From then on, this place would be a base of its own, a ground base for Triple Six. Anyone who met the minimum requirements could be enlisted in the camp. In the camp, various teachers of all kinds created courses, both practical and theoretical. At the end of each year, a test would be given, and this test would allow the best 'students' to join Triple Six directly.
It was something Ringo took from the future Han Xiao, but on a much smaller scale.
By doing this, players would no longer be searching for a way to leave the planet scattered everywhere, even the most resentful would have a clear goal to strive for. Furthermore, this would cause players to enter a frenzy of leveling up, all to meet the requirements.
The test would basically be a mix of theory and combat prowess, but the real selection depended on how obedient the Inhumans were, Ringo didn't want to send a bunch of troublemakers to the Triple Six.
Right after the Warning, Hell went crazy, not only the Inhumans, but even the civilians were excited, after all, being able to leave the planet and explore the sea of stars was the dream of many.
On the first day, the team in charge was overwhelmed with applications, many weren't even Grade C, they just wanted to try their luck. The number was so high that Melissa directly announced that fake applications would result in fines. Only then did these guys finally sigh and obediently proceed to level the playing field.
Price found himself directly in the eye of the storm, being forced to be the 'director' of this training camp.
Fortunately, he wasn't alone, his friends were teachers, and even Crimson became a teacher. Aurora found this amusing and came along too.
She became a combat instructor. Combat had never been her strong suit, due to her Esper powers, but as a Class B Super, she could defeat anyone at that base.
The players finally had something to aspire to, and the field quickly filled up, but watching the players study for exams was really fun, even more so when there were missions to study for, the players studied even harder.
Ringo understood the dynamics of the players, prioritizing immediate benefits above all else, so he basically created leaderboards where the best would receive rewards, also created small arenas for friendly competitions, and even held regular contests.
This made low-level players envious, causing them to venture into the wild to level up.
Ringo ordered the creation of thousands of outposts where non-humans could exchange resources and obtain missions outside the cities, so that low-level players would also have something to do.
In the end, what was meant to be a punishment simply changed the style of play, the players returned to normal and life went on.
Hell was finally at peace.

[A/N: For this last part, I imagined the One Piece narrator (the Japanese one) speaking as I wrote it, lol]
Meanwhile, in the Central Galaxy, a manually modified planet with a mysterious black satellite remained static amidst the cold and monotonous universe. The planet had no land or water, it was as if it were a gas giant formed from some kind of black gas.
Those who found it were few.
however whoever encountered it could never leave again.
There was a city on that planet, with many buildings and bases, even spaceships, but there was no one in that place, it was completely empty.
Something incredibly strange and curious, indeed.
This place... where could it be?
[A/N: Yes, that was a clue as to where Ringo is heading, I wonder if any of you will figure out where it is.]
