They simultaneously turned around to see the source of the sound. It turned out to be Ferra, the person who had shot Celis's stomach during the fight against Suo. They wore a slight smile.
Hella suddenly appeared in front of Ferra, pointing her dark sword at Ferra's neck, while Ferra simultaneously pointed a shotgun at Hella's forehead.
"Don't mess with me, long hair."
"So noisy, long pants."
Shintia shouted from behind them.
"Heyyy!!! Can't you guys see what the situation is like?"
Ferra shrugged one shoulder while tilting their head, indicating they didn't want to fight for now.
"How thoughtful, I'm just here to make sure whether they're dead or not."
Hella lowered her sword and vanished instantly, and Ferra similarly lowered their shotgun. Shintia panicked at the situation, and Mitha swallowed hard, tense from the condition.
Shintia said to Ferra.
"So why are you here? Get straight to the point."
Ferra answered arrogantly.
"Huh... Fine, fine. Celis can only survive for seven days because the Glutt lite bullet is a bullet of the Gluttony deadly sin, which continuously devours anyone's regeneration. Well... you guys will see for yourselves later."
"Then how do we cure it?"
"Not my business."
Annoyed by Ferra's arrogant appearance, Hella prepared to punch Ferra's face, but before that could happen, Ferra beat her to it by pointing the shotgun at Hella's heart.
"I have no business with you."
"I'm the one who has business with you, hedgehog hair."
"So you want to experience what Celis is feeling too? Besides, this is an Edgar Cut hairstyle, you idiot.
"
Hella considered her actions. After all, the shotgun was still mysterious, and the figure's identity remained unknown.
Ferra turned around, ignoring Hella, while saying.
"Sloth bullet."
A strange white aura emerged from the shotgun, continuously enveloping the entire weapon, and its color turned black. Ferra fired forward, and a black fog resembling a portal appeared, beginning to cover their body.
Shintia read the writing on the back of Ferra's shirt, which read: "SN FAMILY".
"Don't get in my way if you want your lives to be tormented," Ferra said, looking back just before being consumed by the black fog.
Shintia repeated the words written on Ferra's shirt.
"SN FAMILY?"
With a bit of fear making her break out in a cold sweat, Hella turned back toward them and spoke about the SN FAMILY.
"Suku Nasional Family. An organization that started being founded last year. Their goal is to continue the attacks and slanders carried out by foreigners back then."
Mitha asked Hella.
"So their goal is to divide the tribes in Indonesia?"
Hella answered firmly.
"There's a possibility. But what I know is, they are people from different tribes, yet their goal remains one."
Spontaneously, Shintia said.
"Destroy Kalimantan?"
Mitha was confused.
"How is this going to turn out?"
Shintia told them.
"Let's prioritize Celis first, because she's the most important."
With an ugly facial expression, Hella mocked Shintia.
"The most important?"
Shintia slapped Hella's cheek hard, and with a slightly embarrassed expression, said.
"I'm serious."
Hella held her cheek.
"Fine, fine, so what now?"
Mitha replied.
"I have family who can heal them."
Spontaneously, they said.
"Really?"
"Really?"
"Yeah, hold on, let me ask first."
Mitha made a phone call.
"Hello? Yeah, it's me. Is Grandpa there? I want to heal my friend whose wound is hard to heal. Can Grandpa do it? Hmm... hmm... Okayyy."
Mitha hung up her phone, and Shintia asked Mitha.
"Well, can it be done?"
"It can, but it's far."
Hella joined in to ask.
"How far is your grandpa's house anyway?"
"In IKN."
"I haven't been there again."
Shintia asked Hella.
"If you haven't, so what?"
"I intended to use a portal to be fast, but using my portal isn't arbitrary. I have to know the place first to go straight there; otherwise, we'll end up in some random place we don't know."
Mitha answered Hella.
"In that case, do you want to accompany me there? Because it's impossible for Sister Shintia to come along."
"Why's that if I come?"
"Don't you want to look after Sister Celis?"
"Yeah, I suppose...."
Then, upon arriving at Mitha's house, Hella couldn't stand up out of weakness upon seeing the magnificence, luxury, beauty, wealth, and enormity of Mitha's house. In her heart, she thought.
"SHE'S A RICH KID!!!!!???"
Mitha dragged out a white CBR150R motorcycle and then approached Hella.
"This is the only motorcycle my parents allowed."
With a weak voice, Hella said.
"Only? Meaning there are others?"
"Yeah, actually I wanted to use a McLaren car or a Lamborghini, but they wouldn't allow it."
Ever since then, Hella felt trampled by the wealth possessed by Mitha's family. After eating together, Mitha made another phone call.
"Hello... Yeah, we're already in IKN. Yeah. Hmm. No, with my friend. Just the two of us. Alright then. Okayyy."
Mitha hung up the phone, and Hella asked.
"When are we leaving?"
"We actually can go right now, but let's just walk since it's close from here."
"I see, wait for me outside, I want to change clothes. It's so stuffy wearing a hoodie."
"Okay."
A moment later, Mitha looked pretty in her outfit, and Hella wore a dark coat with a plain white t-shirt inside and black bottoms.
Mitha praised Hella's outfit, saying it looked really good on her.
"Your outfit suits you so well."
"Thanks."
Mitha smiled sweetly at her, which left an impression on Hella. In her heart, she thought.
"This kid is pretty sweet when she smiles. But well, it's natural since she's a rich kid. Look at me, I even borrowed this coat secretly from Celis."
The two of them walked together, passing the houses there and entering a small alley called "Gang Jenaka."
Mitha said to Hella.
"Sis."
"Hmm?"
"Have you ever been in a relationship?"
"Why are you suddenly bringing that up?"
"It's nothing. All my friends already have partners, even back in junior high school they were already dating. I'm just curious what it actually feels like to have a partner."
"Is that so? So what are you jealous of them for?"
"It just seems fun, doing everything together as a pair. Having company like that."
"Do you have a close girl friend like that?"
Mitha shook her head.
"They just pretend to be my friends to take advantage of my money."
"How pitiful... As for me, instead of friends, I'd rather have best friends."
"Why?"
"Friends aren't always there for us. Sometimes we can come when they're in trouble, but not for us. People called friends will just say to you, 'I don't care about you, whether you turn upside down or take a shit while doing pull-ups. There's no benefit in me helping people.'"
Mitha felt uncomfortable and fell silent, unable to reply.
"But well... instead of thinking about whether it's profitable or not, at least we're useful to others. Actually, I'm someone who gets bored quickly whatever I do, if I find it boring, I'll leave it behind. Case in point, right now, when are we arriving? You said it was close?"
Mitha stopped.
"We're here."
The house looked ordinary, making Hella heave a sigh of relief and think to herself.
"Thank goodness, her family isn't super filthy rich like her."
The two of them were surprised when someone greeted them.
"Oh, it's Mitha, I thought who it was. A girl walking with her boyfriend in broad daylight like this."
She was a short-haired woman who looked mature and wore dirty clothes.
"Sister Yuni?"
Yuni and Mitha ran and hugged each other. Hella just stood there like a stone watching them.
"What were you doing, Sister Yuni?"
"Just came from the garden."
Hella stepped in with confidence.
"A garden? What are you planting anyway?"
"Just planting chili peppers."
"A vegetable garden, Sis?"
"Not really, we have palm oil trees, durian trees, rambutan trees, mango trees, we plant vegetables too, and there are rubber trees as well. Right there behind me."
Hella just said "Oh," and thought to herself.
"I asked for information and got a whole lecture instead."
The two of them sat in the living room and were served drinks and food by Yuni.
"Wait a minute, let me call Grandpa first."
"Okay, Sis."
Shortly after, Sister Yuni came along with her grandfather. The grandfather sat opposite the two of them.
Mitha kissed her grandfather's hand.
"Are you healthy, Grandpa?"
"Healthy and prosperous, this grandpa never gets sick."
Hella muttered in her heart.
"Grandpa? This young and called a grandpa? He looks more like a teenager acting like an uncle."
He looked more like a freshly graduated high school student than an old grandfather.
The grandfather laughed seeing Hella's anxious face.
"Hahaha... No need to look at me like that. I'm Mitha's grandfather, Johan. Even though I look young, I'm sixty years old. So, what brings you guys here?"
Mitha explained about Celis's incident, while at the same time Hella commented in her heart again.
"The whole family is full of weirdos."
Mitha finished explaining and told Yuni to get something.
"That's bad. If you guys go back too late, it'll definitely be fatal."
Hella replied.
"About that, it's easy. I have a portal that can be used anytime."
"?"
Grandpa Johan just realized Hella's presence.
"Oh yeah, are you Mitha's partner?"
"No, just a friend."
"But you guys look good together."
Grandpa Johan's joke didn't make Hella laugh nor feel anything, and she just replied.
"No. I'm not worthy of her."
Yuni approached them carrying a temu kunci cake that looked round with an antenna on top. However, unlike the usual size commonly found, which is small like marbles, the one Yuni brought was slightly larger than usual.
It was given to Grandpa Johan, who placed it inside a tube bottle that fit its size.
He put it on the table and began chanting a spell.
However, what Grandpa Johan said couldn't be heard by them. The cake inside glowed, and then the light was absorbed back into the cake itself.
"Mitha, make a promise."
"A promise?"
"Just repeat Grandpa's words."
Grandpa Johan said it first, followed by Mitha who joined in saying it.
"I promise, to heal, everyone, with, any disease, as long as, no one suffers anymore."
After finishing that sentence, Grandpa Johan opened his hands, and a bright light like a lightbulb appeared, floating towards Mitha and entering her chest.
Those present were shocked even Yuni didn't expect that to happen.
Yuni reprimanded her grandfather.
"What are you doing, Grandpa?!!"
Grandpa Johan gave Yuni a slight smile.
"It's fine, let it be."
Mitha innocently asked.
"What happened?"
"That's part of our agreement for your sick friend."
Then Mitha and Hella wanted to go home, waving goodbye to the two of them. With a heavy heart, Yuni waved back because she was thinking about her grandfather.
As they walked home, Yuni asked her grandfather about it again.
"Why did Grandpa give your power to her?"
"It's fine, right? I'm old too, looking young thanks to your magic. I didn't give it to her completely, just half of my power."
"..."
"Times are so weird nowadays, back then Grandpa fought the Dutch using sharpened bamboo. Now there's magic like this; maybe Grandpa would have died long ago if it weren't for being able to heal people."
Yuni composed herself and said.
"Yeah, I suppose so."
"Is that so? Does that mean you want Grandpa to die?"
Yuni panicked upon hearing that.
"Not like that, Grandpa."
Grandpa Johan laughed.
"Hahaha...."
Suddenly, as he laughed, he coughed hard until he knelt down. Grandpa Johan covered his mouth with his hand, and when he finished coughing, he saw that he had coughed up blood.
"See? I told you so."
Yuni shouted hurriedly, helping him up.
"Grandpa!!!"
"It's fine, I want to lie down in my room again."
Grandpa Johan left Yuni without a single word.
On the other side, Mitha and Hella had just arrived home. Mitha asked.
"Where are we going after this?"
"Home, where else?"
"That's true..."
They carried their bags to go home. Hella entrusted the tube bottle containing the temu kunci cake to be kept inside Mitha's bag.
"You keep it, okay."
"Alright."
Suddenly, without them noticing, the temu kunci cake disappeared out of nowhere.
The two of them were shocked to see it, and Hella was confused.
"Wha~~t the hell!!???"
Looking around, it turned out someone had taken it right from their hands.
"What is this? It looks delicious, what do you get if you eat it~?"
Hearing it, Hella felt the accent was familiar and unmistakable.
"He's a Javanese guy!"
A dark-skinned man with black hair, dressed in Skena style just like Ferra.
He looked at Hella and felt she seemed familiar.
"Feels like we've met before?"
"Met or not—"
Hella appeared right in front of him.
"—Give it back. This belongs to me, Javanese bro."
Hella grabbed the bottle, but he pulled it back along with a lightning-fast punch invisible to the human eye, striking right across Hella's face.
Hella couldn't do anything because she couldn't even see his movement as a result, she was blown far back, crashing into the wall of their previous house. The wall almost collapsed because of it.
"Such a noisy thief."
Hella rose from the wall, returning the Javanese guy's remark.
"Who's the thief here?"
Mitha was confused by what was happening, terrified, and ran to find a hiding place.
