After finding out about the transmigrator currently living in the capital of the Auroran Empire, Stephen had finally managed to complete all tasks needed to see his next training video, even though he was feeling hesitant about watching it due to how much stress he was under due to the previous one.
Neiro had already gone into GreenWood forest to play with his daughter which still gives Stephen the creeps. A couple days ago she stared straight at him and then asked Neiro if she can: 'Play with Mr.Box'
Stephen suppressed a shiver when he remembered how she looked at him when she said that. She may not have a mouth but he could swear she had a wide smile when she said that. Thankfully for
Stephen, Neiro said:'Mr. Box is papa's friend so you cannot play with him.'
He never thought that he would end up being seen as The Anomaly's friend, if anything he thought he would be addressed as a servant or slave.
-'Maybe I misjudged him? I mean besides hunting a few animals with his daughter and scaring the shit out of me he never actually did anything that was outright evil. Maybe he could be a nice person?'
Stephen decided that from now on, he would start to think more positively and not expect the worst when it comes to Neiro. Instead he will try to find something that he can do for him, because for now he found out that he is basically useless to him.
Even the 'Stephen Store' didn't have anything that would entice him, the most best things he could offer were related to the Goddess Bianca, which apparently was a pretty obscure but still known minor deity of Midor, being the Goddess of Levity, which Stephen thought that she deserved as she got her planet destroyed.

Stephen's opinion of the Goddess Bianca had lowered by a lot when he saw these 'products'. All of the traits, skills and items that are available on the 'Stephen Store' are all given by the Goddess Bianca, and the same goes for the other system's as well.
But now that he had calmed down a bit, and made fun of the Goddess Bianca, he didn't feel as nervous about the next training video as before, and so after he psyched himself up he flipped the mental 'switch' and started the next training video.
His vision was once again completely filled by the video and as expect, Syssy appeared once again, still sporting that smiley face on its body.

Our only 'direct' interference is the cloaking provided to you that will make it so that below Universal and non-authorized beings cannot sense you unless you choose to intentionally show yourself. What do we mean by non-authorized? By that we mean:
Beings that did not purchase the product that you are in charge of, i.e. The God Natir does not know about you unless you were to intentionally reveal yourself, another being that is authorized reveals you, or some powerful third party reveals your existence. To give an example, unless your host or the Goddess Bianca were to inform Natir about your existence, he would be none the wiser even if you were to rub your metaphorical ass in his face.
Of course there are some very, very rare cases in which beings that are below Universal in power can see or interact with you, but those cases are so rare that you might as well not have to worry about it."

Now you must be asking yourself another question now:'But what is a realm will?'
I am glad you probably thought that!
The 'realm will' as we like to call it is simply the consciousness of the 'realm'. Now a 'realm' can vary from a planet, a flat plane trapped in a bubble within the void, a universe, a multiverse, etc.
A short explanation, usually when an 'object' becomes big or powerful enough, it forms a sort of consciousness. A planet can have a will, a moon can have a will, heck a solar system can have a will with other will's residing in it.
Don't try to think too much about it, just know that management is in charge of negotiating with our customers using the necessary realm Will as our liaison. So if a product is only needed for a Planetary task, aka the Demon King scenario from earlier, the Will of that planet will alter history.
The Realm Will gets to keep being alive, our client gets their needs fulfilled, and we are given an appropriate reward in exchange for our services. This can vary wildly but most times we can get something like one of the divinities of a deity, the unique 'skill' of a being, a soul, etc.
Icy Sky inc. is unfortunately limited to negotiating with only Universal Wills and below, but hey! Maybe you could be the deciding factor that will get us to negotiate with Multiverses!"

Syssy had already brought out a whiteboard and a marker in order to better illustrate how all of this works but Stephen still had a hard time wrapping his head around all of it but the main question on his mind was:
'What does that make Neiro then?'
If this company can hide themselves from anything below Universal entities, then is Neiro a Universal being? Some eldritch god? Or is he simply one of these extremely rare cases where below Universal beings can interact with system's? A case rare enough that a company that works in the trigintillions calls it rare might as well be an impossible occurrence.

Stephen was still trying to process his first task and so once the training video ended and he found himself back inside the Smith family's home, with the suns slowly rising, he started cursing Syssy's ancestors, descendants, pets, neighbors, friends and any other being associated with it.
