Kenji Sakamoto had a confident grin on his face as he finally arrived in Kuoh after a long journey, excitement shining in his red eyes. He slowly dragged a hand through his spiky black hair- the sure sign of a protagonist. He stepped off the train with a confident swagger, the eyes of women all over being drawn to him- something that made him incredibly smug.
Only a week ago had Kenji been lucky enough to get Isekai'd into the world of DxD. It was, in his opinion, the perfect isekai. An orphan with a sizable inheritance, though he couldn't yet access all of it. Amazing grades, sports prodigy, everything you'd want to be in a new world. On top of that, in his own personal opinion, he was very handsome.
Of course, that was due in part to the System he'd obtained upon his arrival in this world - the Mad Charm System. It basically made him a walking magnet for women. The more women he attracted and incited the emotions of, the more points he'd obtain which he could then use to buy various skills and items.
Kenji had quickly learned that common women weren't enough, they didn't get him a lot of points. He understood quickly- if he wanted to use this system to the fullest, then he would have to go for women who had been named in the series. He was talking about the likes of Raynare, Rias, Sona. The more powerful and prominent the woman, the more points he would get.
"I'll start on easy mode," Kenji murmured to himself. "I'll go for Aika Kiryu. While she's not as prominent of a character, Aika actually becomes a magician in the future. With how much of a pervert she is, and my dick size, attracting her should be no problem..."
Yes, his plan was to start small. Aika and the Kendo girls first, and then he would move onto bigger targets- like Raynare, Kalawarner, Mittelt. Once he had those Fallen under his thrall, he was confident that he'd be able to gather enough points to make Rias and Sona his women.
And once he had those two? Their peerages would be easy pickings- Koneko, Akeno, Tsubaki, Momo, and more. He shuddered, practically feeling his cock hardening in his pants at the thought of all the fun he was going to have.
But why stop there?
Once he had Rias and Sona, he was sure he'd reach Ultimate Class easily. Dealing with Riser would be no problem, and he was sure he could secure Riser's entire peerage as his bitches with ease... He could move onto bigger targets after that- Venelana, Grayfia, Serafall, maybe even Runeas Gremory.
Of course, he'd also have to deal with some threats... Having the fallen extract Issei's gear so he could become the Red Dragon Emperor instead of him- that pervert only survived so long thanks to plot armour anyway, and everyone knew it. Plot armour explained away by his lust fuelling him.
Kenji always hated Issei, he acted like such a pervert but was a total beta male- unwilling to lay down the law with his women and keep them in their place so that he could finally have some fun. And he acted all nervous when the time finally came that he almost had sex, only to delay so much that he got cockblocked.
Kenji wouldn't be like that. He'd have to hold off on the likes of Rias due to the engagement, but all the other girls? He'd pound them, raw, and maybe even see if he could knock a few of them up and make them school dropouts. After all, just by being his women they'd make him even stronger, so there was no need for them to worry about threats.
He grinned widely as he arrived at the apartment he'd purchased- nothing too fancy for the moment, but once he had Rias he could expand in the future and turn his house into a proper shag pad for all those bitches.
"Why stop just there though?" Kenji murmured, grinning... Rossweisse, Yasaka, Jeanne from the Hero Faction, even Gabriel of the Archangels would fall to him. As would the likes of Penemue from Grigori, and Nyx from the Alliance of Hell...
Hell, he would make Ophis his as well. He would build the greatest harem known to man and become so powerful that he could breathe in the direction of the ExE Gods and make them run with their tails between their legs!
However, for now, he let out a yawn- that train ride had been more boring than he'd thought it would be, and it was getting somewhat late. So, he put in an order for dinner so he could eat and then get some sleep. Tomorrow, he'd be going to Kuoh to transfer into the school. He could hardly wait...

Kenji groaned, feeling incredibly groggy as his eyes opened to a bright light shining in his face... His mind felt hazy, his body sluggish... It was hard to think, but he knew something was wrong.
He feebly tried to move his arm, only to feel he couldn't... He struggled to turn his head and finally saw- it was strapped down.
"Subject has become conscious," a male voice entered Kenji's awareness. He turned his head to look up, but he couldn't see them properly due to the light shining down ino his face.
"Beginning log," the male spoke, standing over them- his face unable to be seen. "Subject was detected entering Kuoh, letting out an unusual amount of charm and lust energy. Determination - threat to Houses of Gremory, Sitri, and Agares. Initial hypothesis- Son of Love deity unaware of their heritage."
"W- Was goin' on?" Kenji slurred out. "O- Oo a' oo?" He could barely talk- drugged, his mind lazily supplied and even it struggled to supply that thought.
"Subject is capable of speech despite drugging, though poor," the man continued, undeterred. "Charm energy steadily increasing, some kind of defence mechanism as he realises his life is in danger perhaps. Keeping track of rising energy. Injecting more drugs into the system."
Kenji's slowly clearing mind was starting to cloud up again as more drugs were injected into his system... Had he been able to think clearly, he would have realised these drugs must have been supernatural in nature due to human drugs taking quite a bit longer to fully kick in.
"Subject has become docile. Beginning dissection."
Weird... Kenji was starting to feel like something was tickling his stomach. He wanted to swat at it, but he couldn't reach it.
"Subjects organs are in ordinary human locations- barely even a millimetre off," the male spoke. "It should be noted that organs for supernatural beings are moved around just slightly due to supernatural instincts within the body, making the organs slightly more difficult to hit. Organ placement indicates ordinary human."
Strange... The drugged up human could vaguely feel like something inside of him was starting to itch.
"Organs function at ordinary human levels. Indication - no Supernatural heritage nor bloodline. Hypothesis, subject awoke to natural magical power more in line with Succubae and Incubi. Beginning magic scan."
A shudder ran through Kenji's spine, and he giggled... He was feeling so cold and warm at the same time, so funny... So strange... Why did he feel like he was forgetting something...?
"Scan shows sign of magic awakening, indicating Holy Element. Conclusion - Ordinary human who awoke a charm based Sacred Gear. Unaffiliated with any faction. Threat Level - Lower than before, however still dangerous if allowed to run rampant..." The man's eyes narrowed. "Conclusion - Peaceful death, and seizure of all assets along with mass memory wipe. Nobody will remember that Kenji Sakamoto existed."
Kenji... He giggled more, that was his name, wasn't it? What a silly name it was, Kenji... Why couldn't he stop laughing? What was it he felt slipping his mind?
A mask was placed over Kenji's face, the young male greedily breathing in. "Hehehe..." He chuckled more, feeling something slowly invading his system.
"Charm levels further increasing... Lust levels also increasing," he noted. "Subject instinctively realising their death, body attempting to find nearest female to mate with in order to preserve their legacy. Time based containment barriers still holding, charm energy dissipating before it even reaches the edges."
Strange... So strange... Kenji was starting to feel so tired... So very sleepy...
"Charm energy dropping. Subject's pulse and heartrate are both slowing down."
Slowing down... Yes... Kenji was so very tired... Just slow down... Take things slow... When he woke up... He would... Finally...

"Subject flatlined," the male nodded, watching the dead body carefully. "Continuing to administer drugs until brain death also confirmed. However, death is certain. No need to monitor further."
He glanced down at the body, cut open with blood being funnelled under the table into a small vat for potential use later. After all, blood had many uses- transplants, for vampires to drink, and many more.
The devil heir couldn't help but idly think about what led him to kidnapping and- ultimately- killing the young man laying with his body cut open on his desk, not even yet a legal adult.
The male was the younger brother of the Heiress of the Agares Devil Family- her half-brother, to be exact. He was the son of Machina Agares- the Lord of the Agares Family- and Almohada Andrealphus, a branch member of the declared extinct Andrealphus family.
His sister, Seekvaira, had always doted on him and loved him- perhaps more than a sister should. It was because of such feelings that his father saw fit to send Seekvaira to the human world to rule the territory of Kuoh alongside Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri, her two childhood friends.
However, he wasn't content to just leave his sister to go to the human world without protection. And so, during one of his visits, he had made a little addition to the barrier over the town- allowing him to see who entered the barrier and if they had unusual supernatural abilities that could potentially be dangerous.
That was precisely what had happened earlier today- he had sensed someone with an unusual amount of charm energy entering the town and immediately decided to investigate. He felt he was right to do so, as he'd done an investigation and found many women who had seen him leave their boyfriends- one even breaking up with her fiancée- due to his presence. Had the boy- Kenji- been allowed to interact with Seekvaira or the others, it would have been disastrous.
Luckily, none of the others were yet aware of Kenji. This allowed him to slip into the town and kidnap the boy without anyone being the wiser.
He hummed and focused on the dead body before he gave Kenji's body a scan with magic and then nodded firmly. Confirmed- dead. He would not be a threat to any of the three families, as it should be.

He paused as a voice entered his mind. It was neither male nor female, perfectly androgenous, yet it didn't sound robotic. It was like someone was speaking with complete and utter apathy.

The devil frowned... What was going on? Where was this voice coming from? He looked down at the deceased body on the table... Was it from him?
