She said her eyes sparkling with excitement. "And I have a surprise for you. We managed to acquire quite a few top-tier Earth Style jutsu scrolls, along with a guide on how to obtain the Lava Release kekkei genkai. Since your natural chakra affinities are Water, Earth, and Lightning, this is perfect for you. You can improve your arsenal, Kaien!"

The office doors were blasted off their hinges as the Raikage stormed into the room. His massive frame gave away his anger, his heavy footsteps shoke the floor. Trailing just a step behind him was his son, Ay, whose expression was equally grim.
Inside the room was a small gathering who are about to face the angry Raikage: Benihime, Aya, Kaien, Killer Bee, and Kushina were all waiting.
"Where the hell is Renga?!" the Raikage roared, his fists clenched tight to turn his knuckles white.
Benihime stepped forward, her voice calm but carrying a sharp tone to cut through his temper. "Calm down, both of you. Did you forget that you were almost sealed away by Mito Uzumaki during the last raid? I stand firmly by Aya's decision to send you both away to the outer valleys of Kumo to cool your heads."
"Beni! Don't tell me to sit tight!" the Raikage retorted, his voice harsh. He slammed a fist onto the heavy wooden desk, leaving a faint crack in the polished surface. "I cannot just sit around doing nothing while the bastards who did this to Kaien... are still breathing!"
The room came to a tense silence. Then, a small, stammering voice was heard.
"G... Gra... nd fa... father," Kaien spoke up. The words were cracked, and forced out with immense effort. He took a breath, locking his eyes with the Raikage. "W... we w.. will ha.. have o.. our t... ti.. time."
"You are able to talk?!"x5
The exclamation came simultaneously from everyone except Aya, who forgot to tell them in advance. Benihime's jaw dropped, Killer Bee stopped mid-sway, Kushina's eyes went wide, the young Ay looked flabbergasted, and the fearsome Raikage himself stood completely frozen, his rage instantly vanished and was replaced by shock.

The Raikage's laughter echoed the room. "Where is that kid, Hinata?" he asked, wiping a tear of amusement from his eye.
Aya said with a soft smile. "She is sleeping. The poor girl is exhausted."
"She deserves the rest," the Raikage muttered, his laughter fading into a grim sigh. He leaned back, his massive frame sinking into his chair. "I suppose I've let my frustration get the better of me lately. I fought so hard with myself, tried to control my temper for so long to avoid plunging us into another full-scale war just after signing peace treaty, but in the end, I just couldn't hold back. Still, since I've already crossed that line and resolved to launch an attack, I made sure of one thing: I hit them hard enough that they won't be able to retaliate until they've fully recovered the last 3 times."
He crossed his arms, his eyes narrowing as he calculated their next move. "So, we don't have to worry about a counterattack for the time being. But we can't afford to be complacent. All of their reanimated shinobi have been drastically enhanced using Hashirama cells. On top of that, Mito has become a Jinchuriki and can already manifest a seven-tailed chakra cloak. Combine that with Blue B, who is already capable of pushing into his eight-tailed cloak form."
The Raikage paused, letting his words sink in before continuing. "And that's not all. Tsunade has mastered a Slug Sage Mode, and Minato has achieved Toad Sage Mode as well. Worse, he's successfully applied advanced shape transformation to his Lightning Style jutsu... Chidori. They are evolving rapidly."
The Raikage slammed his fist onto the table. "Which is exactly why we need to finish our fight against the Hidden Mist now. We need to use the Four-Tails immediately. Otherwise, there's absolutely no point in just keeping it locked up and rotting away back on Genbu Island."
"I w..wa.want t..to be t..the fo.. four tai... tails ji..jinchuriki.," Kaien said with his broken speech, though his eyes were fiercely determined.
The Raikage's expression turned serious. "Are you absolutely sure about this, Kaien? Being a Jinchuriki is not a burden to be taken lightly."
Kaien quickly controlled Kanji text instead of stammering: "Uncle Bee was only five years old when he became a Jinchuriki. Yugito Nii was only two. If they could it, so can I. Besides, Uncle Bee is right here to train me. He will help me become a perfect Jinchuriki."
"I've been thinking about this for a long time now, I want to grow strong. I never want to be put in a situation like that again and I will kill each one of them with my own hands."

Everyone stood before a series of gargantuan bone pillars. These towers acted as a support with a seal placed on top of it, pinning the Four-Tails into the earth. The work had been hasty, a desperate measure to contain the lava-spitting beast, and it required constant vigilance.
Benihime stepped forward, her eyes locked onto the massive, crimson-furred ape before her. "I don't know your actual name," she said. "So, for now, I shall simply address you as the Four-Tails. I am going to remove this seal, and seal you back into my grandson."
To everyone's surprise, the great beast didn't thrash in defiance. Instead, Son Goku gave a nod as Benihime began to unseal. Once the heavy pressure of the bone pillars subsided, the ape simply rolled his massive shoulders, stretching out his aching joints.
"Is this really how you treat a Tailed Beast?" Son Goku rumbled. "Anyway, where is this brat you spoke of? I'm not consenting to be locked inside someone who doesn't even have the guts to show his face."
Kaien stepped out, walking forward until he was standing dangerously close to the massive eyes of the Four-Tails.
Son Goku leaned down, looking at the boy, and a massive grin crossed his face. "I like your attitude, kid. To be honest, the only reason I'm agreeing to this without a fight is because my brother Gyuki seems perfectly content being sealed inside Bee-san, I figure I wouldn't mind trying to achieve a similar partnership, if you are worthy. But don't get ahead of yourself... it won't be easy to make friends with me."
Standing a few paces back, Kushina watched the exchange. "I didn't think you were so..."
"Smart?" Son Goku interrupted, snorting a plume of hot smoke from his nostrils. "Unlike you humans, apes are actually intelligent creatures. And as for you, you red-haired brat... I absolutely despise how brother Ku... Ahem.. Nine-Tails is treated. You keep him locked up like a monster and tortured. I have no respect for such a person. I can't believe you've spent all this time around Bee-san and learned absolutely nothing from how he treats Brother Gyuki."
Because Son Goku chose not to resist, the sealing ritual proceeded with remarkable ease. Kushina placed the Eight trigrams sealing formula. However, knowing that the beast and Kaien are not yet true allies, she wisely added a secondary layer of restraint just incase to ensure Kaien's safety.
The Four-Tails settled quietly into Kaien's stomach.
Son Goku's harsh parting words made her think. "Is the Nine-Tails… feeling the exact same way? Maybe I will try to make friends."

A/N: Huh... Kaien becoming a four tails jinchuriki might not sit right with you. But I have been planning to make either the Raikage or Kaien a jinchuriki from the start but the Raikage is too prideful for his own good.
So, the timing perfectly aligns with his goals to get his revenge on Konoha and Kaien doubting himself if he could contest with Itachi and Shisui, the canon prodigies.
But he can not use it publicly as Iwa believes they still have the four tails but he can use lava release (if he could) as Iwa gave away the receipe for lava release.
