Night has started to cover the whole world but Miata was still unconscious on her bed from the morning training.
Maria was beside her while Amelia and Zoe surrounding them. Healers has said that it's just exhaustion and over use of Aether. And until tomorrow down, Miata will be fine.
On the other hand, Nora was practicing beside Twila with Olivia on the other side of the training barracks which is connected to the jungle afterwards.
"Plant magic...", Olivia said just above a whisper "is basically not like other magics. It's for healing, defense and to collect life source of others". She looked at Nora then and whispered "...but it doesn't mean it's not dangerous.
Anyone can learn healing and collecting life source but if you want to become a Dawnguard, you have to know the art of poison and how could you defeat your opponent".
She lifted her hand towards the sky and then suddenly put it down slicing the air. And just as she did that, a nearby tree cracked into two equal half's.
Nora just stared- fascinated actually.
" This one is called Verdant cleave where you can break anything made up of wood just by focusing Aether into it".
Then again for Nora's shock, Olivia closed her both hands and then her eyes glowed yellow.
The broken tree stood again, healing the cracks and within less than 3 seconds, it was on it's previous shapes like reversing time itself.
"This one is called Verdant restoration. In this you have to collect Aether and focus it into a point and you can restore things as in their original form. It is just like healing but more effective".
But Nora didn't said anything. Her whole focus was on that tree-on what just happened Infront of her.
For years, she was just using her powers to healing others and just for defense. For the first time she saw using it for attack.
"...Can you... Can you also teach me" Nora stammered in shock.
"I am not that good at all. I am still learning. But Master could teach you well as he is also a nature user. And it's a bonus point for us". Olivia replied. Meanwhile Elana was enjoying her carrots leaning on a tree.
Twila's horns brightened and there Elana was in air-struggling, panic.
Let go of me. I will share my carrots with you. Please I am afraid of height. Please....
"Hahahaha". Olivia laughed so hard that she was about to trip toy on the ground before Elana's eyes brightened red and stopped Olivia mid motion from falling.
While Twila also put Elana on the ground.
You cannot laugh at me that way. It's killing of my dignity. Humph.
Elana turned away, mouth still full of carrots, still chewing them.
"Oh Elana. Are you angry with me?"
No answer.
"Ahha!" She grinned tilting her head. " I know how to destroy your so called dignity".
Then she moved her fingers into air and within seconds, dozon of carrots grew in the ground.
Elana looked at them with shining eyes but it disappeared as fast as wind.
Well. I am still upset with you by the way. But I can manage with these carrots for now. But don't think you win.
Then she putted all the carrots on her pockets-actually she has pockets which makes her unique among other bunnies.
Nora looked at Olivia who was hiding her laugh. "So what she said?"
"She accepted them with her dignity and
pride". Olivia replied shaking her head.
You are truly too funny Elana.
Why you are saying that. And you are the one who flew me on the air. It's all your fault Twila.

On the other chamber of the sactum, Master Cameron and Jaxson were discussing about reports.
Master Cameron was looking beyond the window into the distant forest ahead, his back was facing Jaxson.
"The three of them... I think they are ready now for a real training". Jaxson said, who was standing in one of the corner of the chamber, hands behind, watching at nothing at all.
"I know. They have potential and the raw force of never giving up. I personally want to train them" said Master Cameron.
"You know the time is coming when we will need a lot of Wardens at the final battle. You are the only Warden now in our team. Others are still Dawnguards".
"I know. That's why I am giving my best at all in all these".
" No. I don't want your best Jaxson. I want your heart and soul at the same time. You are my son but still your heart and soul is still somewhere else" Master sighed. Then turned towards Jaxson for the first time.
"Tomorrow, there is a meeting between all the 7 Masters. Master Alderic is also coming with his captain".
He said "Maybe this time you will finally meet her. For how long you are thinking of hiding from her? It's almost been 10 years at all of that incident".
" I know".
"Then why you fear not meeting her still after all theses years?"
"Because I still feel myself useless. I am still too weak for her. And it will be a shame for me that she has became the Darkness queen every demon fears and I am still that weak little kid who was helpless and just watched her bleeding" he laughed but didn't reach his eyes.
"As you wish".
That night, too later at midnight, he was still awake laying on the bed, arm on his eyes, counting numbers as a little child counting sheep for sleep.
Slowly, sleep took over and then he saw himself back in 10 years ago, 8 years old in the jungle.
He was running from someone-but not alone. Someone was running with him, clutching his hand-a girl.
And then he fell. The girl stopped and looked at him on the ground and back at those who were following them.
"Jaxson. Look at me". She choked out, both hands on his check, looking directly into his eyes.
"You are not weak, ok. You are strong, stronger than anyone of us. But we can't escape if we both just run this way. Okay. So run away from here as far as you can".
"But-"
"You are hearing me, right? I am here. So not even look back even for once. If you do..., non of us will survive." She whispered, making him stand and pushed him away.
"Just get out of here and never return back. I will find you later anyway".
And then she used her powers multi cloning herself and one of them picked up Jaxson and ran away into the mist.
Jaxson saw her disappearing into the distance and could do nothing while the followers were coming closer.
"Nooo!" He wakes up suddenly screaming. Breathing hard. "No...".
