"A descendant of the Divine Dragon Calystron?" Merlin was taken aback. "What do you mean?"
Nysera stared into his eyes, as if trying to determine whether he was lying.
Once she was certain there was no deception, she let out a long sigh and began to explain why she had said that.
Merlin listened carefully, and soon he understood.
"So you sensed a dragon's power within me, and you also saw the avatar of a giant dragon behind me when I attacked you earlier?" he repeated, rubbing his chin.
"Something like that." Nysera gave a small nod. "That dragon avatar was terrifying. I could even feel pressure in my bloodline. That's why I'm certain it was the mighty Calystron, and you must be his descendant. Even if you're not, you must be connected to him, right?"
She stepped forward, unconsciously bringing her face closer to Merlin's.
Merlin was startled by her sudden movement and took a step back.
