Sang Que pondered for a moment, then said, "After all, I wasn't born here, and I didn't grow up guided by the Wushi, so I'm unclear about many things. But is it possible that the Yunmeng Marsh mentioned in those sacrificial songs of the Chu State really exists as another world, and the Black Tai Sui is the gate to that world? That's why the Wushi men say they can go to the Yunmeng Divine Kingdom after death."
Everyone bowed their heads in thought. The elderly folklore professor, Gu Yun, nodded slowly, expressing agreement with Sang Que's words.
"The more ancient the things, the harder they are to verify. Many things that seem like feudal superstitions to modern people might not have been non-existent in the past. About the place called Yunmeng Marsh, there are many theories. A substantial part says it refers to the area around the ancient Dongting Lake, but it's also possible that it's not a myth but a real, hidden place."
