Thea Shaw carefully glanced at Mrs. Quinn.
Some people are just natural masters at concealing their emotions. Thea has been through a lot, but with someone like Mrs. Quinn, it's hard to tell at a glance how genuine or fake her remembrance of Regina Shelby really is.
She and Mrs. Seymour both nodded, once again advising her to be strong and take things easy.
There were still some people wanting to pay their respects, so both Mrs. Seymour and Thea Shaw stepped aside. Mrs. Seymour had her own social circle, so she naturally didn't chat much with Thea Shaw. Before long, Leon Vaughn approached Thea Shaw.
She said to Thea Shaw, "Alice Quinn said it was only recently that Regina Shelby found Mrs. Quinn. She didn't even know before that Mrs. Quinn had a goddaughter."
Thea Shaw looked at Leon Vaughn with some surprise, "You and Alice Quinn have become so close?"
