"Doesn't your fourth uncle plan to hire anyone to help with all those fruit orchards?" Xu Mumu asked in surprise. The fourth uncle's family has made quite a bit of money, so there's no need to save on this.
"Anyway, there's nothing else to do right now, so might as well tidy up the orchards early. We'll just take our time; there's no rush," Xu Jiaojiao said with a smile. Her parents work hard at home, so any help from her and her brother is welcome.
"My little sister's grown up and become sensible," Xu Mumu remarked with emotion.
"I've been an adult for a long time, okay? It's just you, big sis, who keeps treating me like a kid," Xu Jiaojiao grumbled.
Xu Mumu laughed. With a few kids around, the small yard had become much livelier. The house was tidied up, and new bedding was put in the rooms, with lots of New Year goods prepared at home.
