Surrounded by layered plains, mountains, and rivers, the east of Bay Stream City is nourished by a perennial waterfall tumbling from the high plains, rendering the land fertile and lush, a rare haven for settlements to thrive.
The disadvantage of being remote was offset by the Golden River flowing downstream and the transportation networks being constructed between major cities within the Empire.
