Shen Hao climbed onto the roof of the house and looked west, where in the distance he could see the fields and fishponds. One of the fishponds had already dried up, revealing the muddy bottom and a gaping, oversized hole.

Shen Hao smacked his lips. The lingering aroma of wine briefly interrupted his thoughts. Just before, he had been sighing that the entrance to the Sword Emperor's Tomb was nothing special—just a pitch-black hole in the ground, hardly matching the fearsome reputation of the Cloud Sword Domain surrounding it.
"See that cluster of cloud swords over there? Notice anything different about it?" Nie Yun pointed at a group of cloud swords not far from the entrance, smiling as he asked.
