"Sure, you can buy whatever you like. Pick something expensive, and I'll pay." The boy said with a smile.
The group was made up of students from a nearby school. They had no classes today, so they decided to visit the antique market for some fun.
Even though the wealthy boy, Zhang Yuan, offered to buy gifts for them, Zhao Ting and the others didn't take him up on it. They each picked out some cheaper items, each costing about a hundred yuan or so.
Zhang Yuan, on the other hand, browsed around and eventually bought a painting. According to its description, it was a Qing Dynasty piece, priced just over ten thousand yuan.
Qin Yun had also looked at it earlier, considering buying it. Nowadays, authentic paintings are rare, so it was likely a fake.
But he didn't take the risk. He had heard of paintings within paintings before; if that were the case, he could make money out of it.
But he was only interested in losing money.
