Garion suddenly looked at Alira and smiled. "Alira, can you go with Rovak later?"
Alira paused. "Go with Rovak?"
Rovak also looked at Garion. "Me?"
Inside the projection, Paren frowned. "What are you planning now?"
Garion waved his hand casually. "Nothing too complicated."
Alira stared at him. "Every time you say that, something complicated happens."
Garion ignored that and continued, "It's like this. You remember those pirates we attacked last time, right?"
Alira's eyes narrowed slightly. "Those pirates?"
Garion nodded. "Yeah. The ones who tried to block us when we first arrived."
Alira's expression became colder. "Of course I remember."
Garion grinned. "Good. Because it seems they already know about me and even sent assassins to my base."
The moment he said that, everyone's expression changed.
Alira's face immediately became serious. "Assassins?"
Paren's eyes sharpened inside the communication projection. "Garion, why did you not report this earlier?"
