Skill Overview:
- Basics: Make Some Noise - Deals Lightning damage to a single enemy equal to 50%-110% of Caelus' Attack. Gains 3 Punchline.
- Skills: Let the Storm Rage On - Deals Lightning Damage to all enemies equal to 150% - 225% of Caelus' Attack and gains 20 Certified Banger and 5 Punchline.
- Ultimate: May the Trailblaze Fly You Starward - Gains 10 Punchlines and increases Critical Damage and Speed of a designated ally by 20%-80% and 5%-12% for three turns respectively while action advances them by 50%.
When the target is an Elation ally, they additionally gain 10 Certified Banger and use Elation Skill by one time, taking a 20 fixed amount of Punchline into account.
- Talent: That Smile Hits Different - Caelus regenerates an extra 10 Energy and gains 3 extra Punchlines when attacking an enemy. When Caelus possesses CB, any damage dealt by Caelus deals 20%-45% additional Lightning Elation DMG to the enemy. This is calculated based on the highest amount of CB among all allies.
Elation Skill: I said 'Elation', Did I Stutter? Deals 8 instances of DMG, each deals 15%-45% of Lightning Elation DMG to one random enemy, then deals 60%-130% of Lightning Elation DMG, splitting evenly to all enemies.

- On Cloud Nine: For every 100 points of Caelus' Attack that exceed 1000, increases own Elation by 8%, up to 80%.
- Screw It, We Ball: Increases own Crit Rate by 20%. Recovers 1 Skill Point for the team when using Ultimate.
- Aha, Sic 'Em!: When an ally target uses Elation Skill, they generate an extra 5 CB for the ally after using their skill.
Eidolons:
- E1: Believe in the Light - When using skill, increases the amount of CB for ally when using Ultimate by an extra 5 points. Can stack up to 3 times.
- E2: History in the Making... - Ultimate additionally increases Elation stats by 18%, lasting for 3 turns.
- E3: Into the Spotlight - Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 12.
Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 12.
Elation Skill Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 11.
- E4: Save the World. Just Because - When using Elation Skill, increases enemies' damage taken by 15% and Elation damage taken by 10%, lasting for 2 turns.
