Yan Hong Yu sat in his office with a stern look on his face. It had been a few days since the last time she talked to Qing Ke. Yan Hong Yu was not able to shake off Qing Ke's words from his mind.
Ning Li Ming's driver, Old Zheng, had been working with the Yan family for years before Yan Hong Yu gave him to Ning Li Ming. They had known each other for years. It was still hard for Yan Hong Yu to believe that Old Zheng would hurt his daughter and granddaughter.
Still, Yan Hong Yu could not discard Qing Ke's words that easily.
Yan Hong Yu had his assistant investigate Old Zheng.
He wanted to know if Old Zheng had animosity toward him and was willing to hurt his family. Other than this excuse, Yan Hong Yu could not think of any other reason.
However, the investigation showed that Old Zheng had nothing against the Yan family.
Yan Hong Yu asked his assistant to investigate further, but his assistant had yet to find anything.
