Yan Hong Yu didn't tell his granddaughter that her grandmother was coming over. Before Ning Wei could leave, Peng Ying Tao arrived to pick her up at the company.
Ning Wei was surprised when she saw her grandmother at the office with her mother and her best friend, Liang Shuang. It took her a second to snap out of her trance.
"Why are you here?" Ning Wei asked as she looked at the three women in front of her. Finally, her gaze stopped at Ling Shuang.
It was not strange to see her grandmother and mother together. But why was Ling Shuang with them?
Ling Shuang raised her hand and waved. The smile on her face showed that she was happy to see the surprised look on Ning Wei's face.
Peng Ying Tao followed her granddaughter's line of gaze and smiled. "I was picking up your mother at your apartment when I ran into your friend," Peng Ying Tao said. "I asked her to come along. Wei Wei, I heard that Ling Shuang is your best friend?"
