The morning sun gently woke Grey up.
He blinked slowly. The sleepiness faded as he turned his head.
Beside him lay Valeria, Lia, and Alissa. They were all breathing softly, perfectly at peace after the exhaustion of last night's work...
The peaceful sight brought a smile to Grey's face.
Not wanting to wake them, he leaned in and gently kissed each of their foreheads.
Careful not to make a sound, he slipped out from under the covers and got ready to leave the bed.
But just as he was about to turn away, Alissa slowly opened her eyes. Her long hair was a beautiful mess, falling over her shoulders as she looked up at him with a sleepy, heavy gaze.
"Hug me..." she called out softly. Her voice carried a sweet softness.
Grey's smile widened this.
He gave up on leaving, walking right back over to the bed and gently pulling her into his arms.
Alissa immediately melted into his hug.
