"Good, honesty," Vladimir said. He went through the class; some said legends, some said family members, famous people. He took all of it in. "Honestly, great answers, however—" The whole class almost jolted back to reality. "Inspiration only takes you so far, and self-motivation will kill you in this line of work." The class's mood dropped as he said this. "Motivation only gets you through the door; teamwork keeps you alive."
"That's why we are going to do something difficult… teamwork." Vladimir's words immediately made Nyla groan because, without Arienne, what was she? He walked them outside, where he stood in front of a massive simulation building. "In here, I will see if 3 brains can save lives. Burning building, 4 civilians trapped, maybe injured. You need to see for yourself."
He pointed to Kairo's group. "Let's see if Lucan's chance goes to waste…" All 3 walked into the building, then the fire came: fake smoke to reduce visibility, fires that stained your skin black but were harmless and a simple timer on the wall: 5 minutes. Then 4 minutes and 59 seconds, all of them moved. All separately, "I'm going to get the furthest civilian." No one stopped Kairo as he sprinted.
Nyla went off slowly, checking every corner for a fight, and Maris analysed the situation immediately. She saw the structure was already weak and prone to collapse, so she moved with care. She made her voice loud, "Anyone here?" She heard a whisper and started to move… Kairo moved quickly, then ran up a flight of stairs; the smoke was thick and blinding. He kept moving.
Nyla creaked around every and any corner, looking to fight someone or something, maybe a pyromaniac.

Kairo charged ahead into the move, before hearing whimpers coming from a bedroom. "Anyone here?" He yelled into the room, and he heard a weak voice, "Yes… I'm in—" Kairo opened the wardrobe to see an elderly man struggling. Kairo pulled him onto his back.

Maris brought her civilian outside and watched them dematerialise, which was weird to say the least. Kairo watched as the second-floor hallway gave way suddenly… into a fire bed. Kairo looked around, then he decided, "Hold on!" Kairo forced the jump and made it before the footing itself gave out. Kairo jumped and just barely made it to catch the ledge. Kairo tried to pull himself up… "Wait. I have wind powers." Kairo sighed before speaking to the old man, "Trust me on this—" He let go, then turned. He punched the air, and a powerful gust of wind cleared the fire with ease, and he landed on the first floor, the old man still screaming out of fear of being burned alive.
