"I looked all around for him yesterday, only to later discover he had slipped into Isadora's room and they were together," a frustrated Vittorio narrated to Salvatore as they discussed in the meeting room, whilst waiting for Luciano to arrive.
"So he really went ahead with the DNA test?"
"Yeah he did. There was no convincing him otherwise. He thinks Valentina is a liar and there's no changing his mind about it. Heck he won't even let me talk to him. The only person who seems to get through to him is Isadora."
Salvatore scoffed.
"What?"
"He's overcompensating with Isadora. I'm surprised that it has lasted as long as it did."
"I don't know about that, man," Vittorio shook his head. "We may have underestimated that relationship."
"What do you mean?" His forehead creased.
