Chapter 217 - 217: March

BOOM!!!!!

First, a point of blinding white light ignited where the beam hit, looking like a supernova explosion. Then came a delayed, deafening roar that sounded like the entire planet was screaming in pain. Even from a long distance, the terrifying sound and shockwaves swept over the water like a tsunami, making the massive allied fleet shake violently.

Under the stunned eyes of everyone, a giant, terrifying hole was blasted into the cliff face of the Red Line. The edges of the hole were glowing red and molten like lava. This wall had stayed strong for millions of years, but now it was broken. Thick smoke, dust, and bits of vaporized rock rose into the air, forming a slowly growing mushroom cloud.

The barrier of Mary Geoise had been forced open.

Takuro slowly lowered his arm. The golden Ki flames around him faded a little, but the world-defying Aura he gave off only grew stronger. He turned around, his red eyes looking at the powerful leaders behind him who were still shocked by his power. A wild smile spread across his face.

"The obstacle is gone," he said calmly. His voice wasn't loud, but it carried a power that made everyone's blood boil. "In that case... let the attack begin."

After a short silence, the entire fleet erupted in roars that shook the sky. The wildness of the pirates, the focus of the Revolutionary Army, and the deep hatred of the Fish-Man race all came together into one destructive force.

"Attack!!!" "Target Mary Geoise!!" "Let those so-called 'gods' see our strength!!"

The massive fleet charged forward like a pack of prehistoric beasts. They sailed through the path Takuro had punched open—a channel with walls of water on both sides—heading straight for the smoking hole in the Red Line. The ultimate war that would sweep the world had started, and Takuro himself had rung the bell.

The Holy Land in Chaos

At the hole in the Red Line, smoke still hung in the air and lava was still flowing. The front of the allied fleet surged through the breach and into the outer parts of Mary Geoise. This was the "Holy Land," a place where only Celestial Dragons and their servants were allowed to walk.

The invaders saw a strange sight: extreme luxury mixed with extreme chaos. Streets made of white jade were shattered, fountains decorated with gold had collapsed, and rare flowers were burning in the fires. Panicked Celestial Dragons in expensive clothes ran around crying like chickens with their heads cut off. Their slaves stood still, confused and terrified; some were hit by stray bullets, while others tried to break their chains in the middle of the mess.

The fight quickly turned into a frenzy. The children of the Big Mom Pirates led their "Homies" forward like a tide against the guards. The Zoan fighters of the Beasts Pirates roared and tore into enemies with their animal powers. The commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates used their years of experience to take out key defenses. Meanwhile, the Revolutionary Army was more organized, fighting while shouting for the slaves to follow them to safety.

However, the World Government had ruled for eight hundred years for a reason. They had more than just basic guards.

Just as the allied forces were about to reach Pangaea Castle, a terrifying presence swept across the battlefield like a freezing tide of ice. The noise of the battle was suddenly pushed down by this energy. Five figures appeared silently like ghosts in front of the castle gates. They wore plain black suits, but each one gave off a massive pressure. They looked at the invaders as if they were just bugs that needed to be stepped on.

They were the Five Elders, the Gorosei, the highest authorities of the World Government.

"Impudence!"

The Financial Warrior God, V. Nusjuro Saint, spoke first. His voice was as cold as ice. He didn't even draw his sword, the Shodai Kitetsu. He simply pointed two fingers forward and sliced the air. A massive black Sword Qi appeared, sharp enough to cut through space itself. It swept forward in a wide arc, slicing through everything in its path—Homies, Beast Pirates, and stone buildings—as if they were made of paper. The cuts were as smooth as mirrors.

The momentum of the attack stopped instantly.

"A group of ignorant ants, daring to insult the Holy Land?" Marcus Mars Saint said with cold eyes.

"It seems this sea needs to be completely 'purified,'" Jaygarcia Saturn Saint added, leaning on his staff.

Even the ones who stayed silent, Shepherd Ju Peter Saint and Topman Warcury Saint, let out a massive wave of Conqueror's Haki. This pressure was mixed with a deeper, darker power that made the weaker fighters turn pale and lose their ability to move.

Takuro vs. The Elders

"Gurarara! Finally, some decent old men show up!" Whitebeard laughed. He gripped his weapon, a ball of vibrating energy forming at the tip.

"Worororo! The Gorosei? Let me have a piece of you!" Kaido roared, turning into a massive Azure Dragon in the sky.

But Takuro was faster. He was suddenly floating in mid-air between the Elders and his own fleet. Golden Ki flames burned around him as he looked down at the five men with interest.

"Oh? So the old men finally came out to play?" His red eyes scanned them, stopping on Nusjuro Saint. "That sword swing was almost interesting. You're a little stronger than the others."

The Gorosei, who usually showed no emotion, looked angry at being talked to like they were items at a store.

"Ignorant fool!" Nusjuro Saint shouted. He drew the Shodai Kitetsu, which glowed with a creepy purple-black light. In a blur of speed, he appeared in front of Takuro and stabbed his blade toward Takuro's forehead.

"Too slow," Takuro said flatly. He didn't even move his body; he just tilted his head an inch. The blade grazed his temple, cutting a few hairs but nothing more.

Nusjuro Saint was shocked. He quickly swung the blade in a wide arc to cut Takuro's neck. This time, Takuro just raised his right hand and flicked the sword with two fingers.

CLANG!!!!

It sounded like a giant bell was being hit. A massive force traveled up the sword. Nusjuro Saint felt the skin between his thumb and finger rip open, and his entire arm went numb. The sword let out a whining sound and almost flew out of his hand. He was blasted backward, crashing through a building. He stood up with a face full of disbelief.

He was one of the Gorosei, using a Supreme Grade sword, and he had been beaten back by a flick of a finger. The battlefield went dead silent. The other four Elders lost their calm looks; their eyes were now full of fear.

"Together!" Jaygarcia Saturn Saint roared, hitting his staff on the ground. Black rings of energy spread out to try and trap Takuro. The others prepared their weapons and Haki for a combined attack.

"Now that's better," Takuro smiled, looking excited. "I'll use you all as a snack before the main course!" He clenched his fists, and his golden energy started climbing to a new level.

The Shadow Ruler Appears

But just as Takuro was about to strike, a much older, more powerful voice drifted over Mary Geoise. It felt like cold snowflakes and carried a chill that froze the soul.

"Enough."

With that one word, time seemed to slow down. Falling dust froze in the air, and flames stopped flickering. From the deepest part of Pangaea Castle, near the Empty Throne, space rippled like water.

A figure slowly stepped out. This person was shrouded in a strange glow, so you couldn't see their face or clothes. They felt ancient and powerful, like they were the world itself. As soon as this figure appeared, the Gorosei stopped fighting and dropped to their knees in respect.

"Imu-sama!!" they shouted together.

This was the secret ruler of the world, the master of the Empty Throne who had lived for over eight hundred years—Imu.

Imu's eyes passed over Takuro as if he were a bug in a lab.

"Anomaly..." Imu's voice was flat. "Your existence has changed the path of history. Therefore... erase."

With that final word, a power much stronger than the Gorosei—a power that felt like it could change the rules of reality itself—descended on Takuro and his fleet. The true final battle for the fate of the planet had just begun.
